It made our special event ticket sales simple to manage, and I love that I can quickly print a ticket list for check-in or easily check guests off directly from the list. The online training videos were also extremely helpful and made the setup process smooth. Funraise has truly streamlined our event and donation workflow.

> **Desvantagens**: Funraise has a great dashboard that provides a helpful snapshot of our fundraising—donations raised, number of donors, new donors, new recurring donors for the last 7, 30, and 90 days, along with useful pie charts, yearly performance data, and LYBUNT retention information. The only thing I wish Funraise offered is the ability to export the donor names and details displayed on the dashboard. Having an export option would make it even more valuable for analysis and reporting.

> **Desvantagens**: With so many CRMs on the market at reasonable prices, Funraise is lagging way behind. It does not have many of the features found in standard CRM programs and the ones that are there are either very limited or cumbersome to use.

> Not a good experience at all. We are moving on to another CRM.

> **Vantagens**: The back end usability is easy and quick to learn.  The widget to collect donation directly on our website has been wonderful.  The campaign page features have been perfectly suited to our needs.

> **Desvantagens**: The customer service if there's a problem is dreadful.  We had tens of thousands of fraudulent charges happening at one point and it took two weeks for them to enable the reCaptcha feature for us to put on our donation form and then another six weeks to remove the charges and donor profiles that were created from each of them.  During all of that time they only let me know the state of where things were at if I reached out to them.  Each time I was left with no timeline on when the problem would be resolved.
