Sobre Braze
Braze (anteriormente Appboy) é uma plataforma de engajamento de ciclo de vida que cria laços entre as pessoas e as marcas que elas amam.
It allow anyone with basic skill to create and maintain campaign. The data integration is another feature which allow seamless migration of data to Braze.
I haven't had any issues with Braze so far. The minor problems and bugs were either quickly addressed by Braze team or resolved on our side.

One thing I don't like about Braze is that it doesn't have an auto-save feature. Our team creates more than 20 emails each week, and mistakes can happen. An auto-save feature would be really helpful because it would save our work in case something unexpected happens, like a browser issue. It could save us a lot of time if our work doesn't get lost.

Comentários: I am working hands on with Braze for over two years. the platform is very easy to use, cloud based so it is very agile and fast. no downtime, details documentation and great support, fast and highly professional

Horrible Custom SAML SSO integration for Google Workspace companies
Comentários: I'm sure its main customer engagement function is fine. But if you are planning to use Braze with Google Workspace and want to set up a secure login with Custom SAML SSO then look for another app.
Vantagens:
Haven't used the customer engagement part I'm just the System administrator, but I'm sure its fine.
Desvantagens:
If you are using Google Workspace the Custom SAML integration is horrible. Usually the setup with other companies takes a few hours, one week if there are issues. But am now six months into use. The support is polite but unable to help us to solve setting up a Custom SAML connection. An issue we have not had with setting up Custom SAML SSO connections for other apps.
With Braze you just get it done!

Comentários: My overall experience with Braze has been great. In less than a year that we have been using the platform, we have witnessed our feedback be implemented and have seen constant improvements to the platform. This speaks to how well Braze listens to user feedback, and in turn results in a great user experience. The platform is easy to use, provides us with all the tools we need, and has improved our quality of work immensely.
Vantagens:
Braze's ease of use is by far the best feature of the platform. Having a team of multiple users, some of which have never used an email marketing platform before, it was vital to introduce a platform that was easy to pick up. Braze provides us with a very intuitive, user-friendly platform that we quickly found ourselves to be comfortable with.
Desvantagens:
What I like least about Braze is the lack of an auto-save feature. Our team builds out over 20 emails a week, and errors are expected. This can be minimized with an auto-save feature that allows our work to be saved in case of any unexpected browser failures, for example. It would save users plenty of time in case of any loss of work.

Vantagens:
Campaign and template is the most important feature. It allow anyone with basic skill to create and maintain campaign. The data integration is another feature which allow seamless migration of data to Braze
Desvantagens:
The current email template management requires more improvement when it comes to switching between html and drag and drop mode. Since we work on this on a daily basis, this is the least like but at the same time most beneficial one as described previously.

Best CRM Tool
Comentários: It's the best CRM / MA tool I've ever used. It's easy to use if you know what you're doing, but is a bit complex for an entry level CRM Manager.
Vantagens:
It offers a great flexibility in terms of segmentation, personalization and analytics.

Documentation is not enough at times, not up-to-date or hard to navigate.

Comentários: Overall have a had a great experience with Braze. I've enjoyed the powerful and easy to learn platform. Also, the success team has been very helpful when needed.

Large data ingestion of our flat audience files can be slow at times and create a bottleneck and wait times.

I like about this application is that it is very timely and relevant to my work, since I am working from home as a trainer I usually use this so that I can have real time communication with my trainees or clients.

Braze is easy to set up and use. I can create and manage lifecycle management campaigns without much technical/engineering know-how. With Braze , I can segment users easily based on product and characteristics and then, target automated campaigns.Furthermore, the customer support team is genuinely helpful. They efficiently address and resolve queries .
Desvantagens:
I would like to highlight one issue in reporting. It is sometimes challenging in the reporting which mails are currently active and which not, while switching emails in canvas.
