Simple and Easy-to-Use

Comentários: My client needed a solution to get a message out to the masses, quick. He only had phone numbers, no email. SlickText was a quick and simple solution to get his message out.

Vantagens:

I love the intuitive ease of the platform. It is very simple and easy to navigate through. As someone who just started using SMS Marketing, I was able to jump right into the platform and deploy a text right away.

Desvantagens:

Perhaps more customizations of uploaded lists. I really need to be able to tag (or remove) those who tell me STOP or OPT OUT. My client gets his list from a national commission so I am sure we will have repeat names/numbers on a list and I would hate to spam them because I removed them from one list but they showed up on another.

Comentários: Overall, SlickText has become an important system in our HR management processes and for security / weather alerts. We love the platform

Vantagens:

We use SlickText to communicate announcements and emergency messages to our employees throughout the USA. We have also started using SlickText to perform employee appreciation contests to give away cash and sports tickets to our employees. We love SlickText's interface and instructional videos. It is the perfect solution for real time communications to our employees.

Desvantagens:

There isn't much not to like about SlickText, but it is hard for us to manage our employee contact management system within both our HR platform and SlickText. We get it done manually. Thankfully, we have less than 200 employees and turnover is minimal.

I don't love the Character limits when using emojis

It was hard to navigate. I need more visual tutorials.

The lady who helped when I called was warm/ friendly, knowledgeable, & patient. The service is just what I needed—text announcements for fans without having to gather emails also.

Comentários: We use them as a higher education institution to contact students about our classes and services. We have used them for 8 years and recommend them regularly.

Vantagens:

The customer service is top notch. They are highly reliable and can adjust their pricing based on your needs. Platform is very easy to navigate and analytics are solid.

Desvantagens:

When you clone campaigns, the analytics seem to have a glitch in there.

Easy to use and a great interface. We saw our text engagement stay high!

Uploading the lists is a little tedious, but with some practice you'll have it down in no time!

I have not found a flaw with the system. However, I do wish that I could see who opted out so that I can follow up with those particular people separately via another method.

Incredible Flexible Marketing Program

Comentários: Impressed with all of the marketing options and the amazing customer service

Vantagens:

Slick Text has tons of options to customize it to your EXACT business needs. Great for ANY size business.

Desvantagens:

Setting up for the first time can be a little bit overwhelming (Because they have tons of options - which is a great benefit) However, their customer service is available even in the evenings to help and are VERY helpful.

We are able to organize our separate location contact lists and easily schedule mass text messages

Desvantagens:

The limited character count makes it difficult for us to not personalize messages with images and emojis

Comentários: We love SlickText, and recommend it regularly.

Vantagens:

Our initial buy-in for SlickText was the ability to reach the pocket of all employees, quickly and in a manner that fits their lifestyle. The program offers a variety of options for surveys, message delivery, etc and we use those features regularly.

Desvantagens:

We are patiently waiting for some of their marketing campaigns to open up to better fit the use we intend for them. For example, we'd love to use SlickText for employees to notify us of equipment drop off and then that information be fed to employees inside of the company that are not a user/manager inside of the textword. I don't want them to have to rely on logging in to retrieve the information.

An Event Planner's Dream!

Comentários: Nice, intuitive platform with outgoing, helpful team members (when you need it)!

Vantagens:

SlickText is super easy and intuitive to use. I am the type who likes to get under the hood and poke around first, so I did just that with the trial, and then I was able to chat with the SlickText team about any outstanding questions I had. I am SO grateful to those who helped me spearhead my first event with a new company, and we seriously got so many compliments on how communicative we were through texts. I made a joke about how we're getting the kudos for something I pre-planned a week before the event and basically forgot about.

Desvantagens:

I think there's some room for growth in the segmenting/text group experience, but it really wasn't a make or break at all, and I figured out a solution for my specific use case by reaching out through chat, and it was super easy from there!

Works great for Youth Organizations/Parent Groups

Vantagens:

Instead of having to create a group chat, this just works so much easier!

Desvantagens:

I am not sure of anything I don't enjoy yet.

Comentários: Slicktext has helped with our time management in contacting all our employees quickly. Its super easy to learn and the customer services is quick to respond when needing help.

I wish it had more private settings to allow multiple users to have a hand in it without seeing everything.
