A perfect tool for marketing and client onboarding

Vantagens:

I value ClickMeeting for its ease of use and clear interface. From the perspective of an event organizer, the system's intuitive operation and extremely competent and swift customer support are also significant. We have been using the ClickMeeting webinar platform for many years and cannot imagine switching.

Desvantagens:

Managing uploaded files and certain limitations regarding formats can be problematic.

When stability is your #1 criteria

Comentários: I like that it's a flexible and easy to use tool.
Support is always here to help.
My main concerns are the hefty price if you signup without any discount, the lack of flexibility when it comes to upgrades (need to go through support), the lack of marketing features to maximize sales / conversions when you're live.

Vantagens:

It's the most stable webinar tool I've tested. Even if you run into problems, you can still switch to the phone option to pick up where you left. Recordings are made in the cloud and can be synced automatically with your dropbox (but as a rule of thumbs, I always recommend to make your own local recording, better be safe than sorry). The API allows to automate a lot of stuff in the background if you want to skip their registration process to increase conversions.

Desvantagens:

There is no way to have a real button for your call to action like in webinarjam : you can just paste a link in the chat. Generally speaking, it's not a "marketing centered" tool so you won't have all those features like "scarcity" countdown available. Pricing is quite expensive, especially if you need to run parallel sessions and capacity upgrades. For big capacity upgrades (>500 attendees), I had to contact support ahead of time as it's a manual process. It's not always possible to "know" in advance so you will most likely run out of capacity or pay for nothing. The API

Unrelaiable features and poor customer support

Comentários: Problems with clickmeeting were causing unnecessary work on our side, although we paid for the additional features that on paper should help us avoid manual tasks. Customer support was not helpful at all and unfortunately made us look very unprofessional.
Wouldn't risk using clickmeeting while hosting webinars with higher attendance.

Vantagens:

Interface was user friendly, haven't experienced any connectivity issues or technical problems during webinars.

Desvantagens:

Features that you pay for additionally are bugged and are causing a lot unnecessary work on the user side, while supper from clickmeeting is non-existent. "It works for me" is their standard response. In specific: - you can attached files to your webinars which can be downloaded by the participants, but the feature does not work. We had to provide the files through different vendor. Support claimed that our customers (all of them!) were using wrong browsers but support didn't even suggest browser that should be fine. Meanwhile we checked it on 4 kinds of browsers with no success. - certificates of attendance were supposed to be sent automatically. Some of the participants didn't received any, so we had to do it manually.

Vantagens:

ClickMeeting offers robust BIM and video conferencing capabilities. It also enhances quality video calls over the internet.

Desvantagens:

Currently, I am facing zero issues when using ClickMeeting.

The best platform for webinars

Comentários: Very good and getting better all the time.

Vantagens:

*The ability to go between video and screenshare with ease - the fact that the presenter can be the whole viewing window with one click. *The on screen functions - drawing etc. *The ability to prep everything before hand and be able to jump between slides, videos, camera, white board etc at the click of a button - this is far superior to Zoom, Skype, Teams etc. *The all-in-one event set up & registration system *The chat function works better than other platforms *The post-event data is excellent - a real bonus

Desvantagens:

*Connection in China is patchy *Not enough people use it

ClickMeeting for NGO's activities

Comentários: having ClickMeeting we can deliver trainings for our clients - paid and free of charge; many events are free of charge so it's important if the platform is cheapbefore we had problems with delivering trainings, with managing trainings etc.

Vantagens:

reasonable price, automated functions, easy management

Desvantagens:

I can't point anything bad about this platform, the only thing it could be useful: if the platform could send invoices - autmatically - integrated with invoices programms

Automatize webinar creation process with ClicMeeting!

Comentários: I am very happy with ClickMeeting. I can easily record videos, use automation to send invitations and reminders for upcoming webinars. I can send follow-ups after a webinar, gather feedback by sharing surveys, and target products for sale! And during a meeting or webinar, I can engage the audience so they are not just passive listeners. Published tests during a meeting always make a positive impression :)

Vantagens:

What I like most about this system is its intuitiveness. The fact that I can use the predefined settings before the webinar and not have to wonder if I'm sure I set everything right.

Desvantagens:

It would be worthwhile to extend the default settings to include integrations with an appointment booking system.

Comentários: Very positive. Customer service was helpful and engaging.

Vantagens:

It has many functions that makes an online event easy to conduct and engaging for audience, but it is not overwhelming. Design and style of menus are extremely intuitive and do not require training to use with ease.

Desvantagens:

It could use a bit more options for paid sponsorships, such as banners.

Exceptional is an under-statement

Comentários: Fantastic. I could write reams, but that one word sums it up.

Vantagens:

Reliable, ease of use, continuously being improved, new features regularly added

Desvantagens:

Perhaps the inclusion of a variety of background images that could be used such as a scene in nature, a book shelf, etc.

Horrible functionality and customer service.

Vantagens:

It was easy to set up it got increasingly complicated with so many unnecessary options that weren't well explained.

Desvantagens:

EVERYTHING else was horrid. I lost 75% of my attendees due to the terrible functionality and un-user friendly platform.

Very good communication tool for the Foundation

Comentários: Overall, it is a very good tool for our applications, i.e. for webinars and symposia. The ability to serve 3,000 participants or even more in our business is essential, and ClickMeeting provides such an opportunity. The ease of interacting with participants is also what distinguishes this product.

Vantagens:

ClickMeeting offers very easy management of "presenter"/"participant" statuses and communication between presenters and participants of webinars and conferences.

Desvantagens:

An option for improvement, in our opinion, is the possibility of closing the event (webinar, conference) by the presenter. Our experience shows that this option should only be available to the administrator.

Clickmeeting experience!

Vantagens:

I liked how simple ClickMeeting was to use. It was extremely simple and intuitive to set up and manage a meeting. The user interface was also appealing and simple. Further to that, ClickMeeting included a slew of features, such as screen sharing and video conferencing, that helped to make the meeting more productive and efficient.

Desvantagens:

The automated thank you email should be customizable. We now send our own personalized follow-up message to attendees because we can no longer use that feature.

Powerful, easy to use, well priced product with excellent Customer Service

Comentários: We converted on in person trainings to Click Meeting and it was a fairly seamless transition. It's easy to use.

Vantagens:

It is reliable and easy to learn and use. We do lots of Click Meetings and we are always satisfied with the performance.

Desvantagens:

We haven't run into anything that has caused us to reconsider our purchase. Maybe they could drop the price ;-)

Good platform to connect with clients

Comentários: We have been using the platform through the pandemic and it's certainly a great tool.

Vantagens:

The platform provides a seamless experience to for both hosts and attendees. Along with various features to help improve the engagement in a webinar, the price for all of them are quite reasonable.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes our attendees cannot join even with good internet connection. There is still no option to change virtual background on the browser, this is difficult for big corporates that have strict rule of installing third-party application on their devices.

Some technical issues happened. We are also happier when we have highest option than the simply one.

Good webinars deserve a good platform like Clickmeeting

Comentários: It is already more than 4 or 5 years since I created our corporate account for Clickmeeting. Support is very helpful and I really know they care about their users. They've helped me to solve an issue with running several parallel events recently. So, I'm totally satisfied with ClickMeeting.

Vantagens:

Clickmeeting's interface has always been an advantage of the service. Now, with their new dashboard and live steaming options for Youtube and Facebook is it just perfect. However, the best this is stability of service, which is essential for online events.

Desvantagens:

As far as I see they still use flash technology. I have not ha any issue with it, but this may be a problem for some users.

Very good tool for online teachers

Comentários: In addition to teaching, ClickMeeting can be used very well for online meetings or streaming events.

Vantagens:

It has everything one needs to teach online and to interact with participants, such as whiteboard, Q&A, polling, automated recording or upload to a YouTube channel. Moreover, the design is elegant.

Desvantagens:

Technically I do not miss anything. Nevertheless, the price is higher compared to other providers.

We are satisfied with using ClickMeeting to plan online events, primarily webinars and workshops. 

ClickMeeting features an intuitive and straightforward user interface that makes it simple for anyone to start a video conversation or join an online event. Tool is very simply to use and doesn't need to be installed. Meetings are usually stable, even in low-bandwidth conditions. ClickMeeting offers a variety of features, including Follow-up emails, Presentation mode, Automatic recording of meetings. The platform provides tools for engaging with attendees, such as chat and Q&A session.

Desvantagens:

We didn't notice any disadvantages of the software.

Comentários: We have been able to organize and conduct customized webinars for lead generation from across the country. It has cut our administrative costs and headaches significantly when we switched from a competitor's product which had limited features and was much more expensive.

Vantagens:

The software is designed to accommodate how businesses work. You can use default features to set up a quick online meeting or custom design a webinar for 100 attendees. It's flexibility and intuitive interface make it accommodate our complex requirements. Customer service has been very responsive, informative and friendly as we have come up the learning curve.

Desvantagens:

I wish we could customize the autoresponse thank you e-mail. We turned that feature off and now send our own customized follow up email to attendees.

Comentários: A great platform for organizing meetings and webinars. The tool is very easy to use and allows you to send automatic reminders to event participants.ClickMeeting allows you to upload a presentation, moderate a chat or conduct a Q&A session.

Vantagens:

Simple operation.Notification support.The ability to upload presentations and display them to participants in high quality.Possibility to conduct a webinar for up to 500 people.

Desvantagens:

None :) ClickMeeting works very well and I wouldn't trade it for any other tool.
