We've used it for a short time but have noticed significant conversion gains since implementation.

Vantagens:

Advanced targeting options and built in functionality (sticky tabs) make it easy to use straight out of the box, and without coding knowledge. Of course if you want to customise it further, there is that option too which is fantastic. Service and support is always prompt.

Desvantagens:

Still evaluating but haven't had any issues just yet. The only thing I'd raise is the ability for GA integration to come with all plans (including basic and pro) as I feel all businesses would want this, regardless of size.

Excellent targeting capabilities

Comentários: I've really enjoyed Wisepops. I have not dabbled with alerts, but I'm also excited to try them.

Vantagens:

Wisepops is easy to install and offers powerful targeting capabilities. While many Wordpress tools rely on categorization inside of Wordpress to target at the page or category level, Wisepops can be deployed (or not deployed) by URL string.

Desvantagens:

There are minor design tweaks that are difficult to make inside of Wisepops. There are also times when Wisepops popups don't fit neatly into my Wordpress theme.

The system overall is good and the value for money is good, drag and drop builder is ok, they have an integration with relevant systems

they can make the navigation in the campaign list a bit better allowing to see more records in the same page rather than keep moving back and forth in the pages looking fir a campaignAlso the ux can be improved for utms and where you can find the integration

Easy to set up campaigns and to preview them. Lots of features and options.

Desvantagens:

I don't have any issues with Wisepops at all.

Pop-Up Builder App That Small and Large eCommerce Companies Should Consider

Comentários: This is probably one of my favorite programs to use. It makes me feel like I have this cool web development background, even though I don't.

Vantagens:

I have two small businesses that I'm affiliated with: My regular 9-to-5 job, and then my side home-based business. At my regular job, our development and SEO teams has used Wisepops on the sites that they build for our clients. At home, it's simple enough that someone like me, who doesn't have a super techy background can create engaging popups on my website in minutes. The 60 or so ready-to-use templates are all great, and they're totally customizable so everyone gets what they want. You can control the size, the theme, the colors, fonts, timing, and even which customers see which popups, and when. You can track and analyze each popup's performance, generate leads, plan and manage promotions and campaigns, track site visitor location, and even create popups with video, as well as HTML, images, etc. You wouldn't think that pre-exisiting popup templates would have so many features and customizations available, but Wisepops makes it possible and worth it.

Desvantagens:

Even though there are so many ways to customize the existing popups that Wisepops offers, I'd like to see more in the future. This isn't necessarily a negative, though, just a suggestion, if you will.

Very easy to use, quick to set up and good targeting functionality

Vantagens:

Implementation was extremely simple and understanding how to create, design and deploy a campaign was very straightforward. Overlays are cleanly designed and basic reporting metrics are easy to understand. Definitely a handy tool for any digital marketer.

Desvantagens:

Some of the templates provided are a little basic and lack the out-of-the-box dynamism of other competitors - more design consideration would be a huge boost.

Fantastic platform with some really handy features

Vantagens:

I really like how easy it is to use and how flexible it is to make it your own and still follow your companies branding. The HTML feature is also really cool where you are able to create your own look and load it into this HTML snippet to display your design in the pop up form.

Desvantagens:

I would say the trial could be a bit longer as it takes longer for some companies to get this software going due to working with external design agencies.

Best Popup Tool So Far

Vantagens:

Apart from really beautiful templates, this tool allows you to implement your own work with ease. It is obvious that the team behind the product is coming from the digital marketing field and they exactly know what you need as a marketer. The support team is excellent and they are "really" solution-oriented.

Desvantagens:

It is primarily designed for collecting emails, so you need to implement a workaround if you just want to run a survey.

They offer tons of templates to choose from and it's very easy to use.

Desvantagens:

I wish there were stock photos to use as backgrounds for the pop-ups, instead of just relying on solid colours or your own imagery.

Wisepops is a game-changer

Vantagens:

The software is incredibly easy to deploy. The AB Testing is next-level; it is so easy to test and maximize efficiency. And segmenting based on the UTM Parameters in the URL address is just so brilliant.

Desvantagens:

I can't think of any, honestly. Maybe some navigation could be a little easier, but only a little. They have built an excellent product.

Easy to use and great customer support

Vantagens:

The system is really easy to use. The developers have also just launched new templates and a revamped and easy to use interface. Many templates to choose from, suited for a variety of business goals. The support team is also top notch and is very reactive when you're reaching out to them for some help.

Desvantagens:

Pricing structure - charged by page view and not by pop-up display, meaning even if a pop-up is not triggered, you will get charged.

The service and product is very good.

Vantagens:

My IT person recommened it due to the quality, service and fee. She likes the ease of the system. I definitely recommend the product.

Desvantagens:

I do not not have any complaints about the system. My IT person really recommened the product so we agreed to use it.

Really easy to implement and update

Vantagens:

Ease of change. Also had some queries in the past and always got a friendly helpful quick response from the guys.

Desvantagens:

Cost is a factor - but we are confident that it more than pays for itself through increased conversions!

Good Functions without the Technical Work

Vantagens:

Easy to use and very flexible. No technical expertise involved and anyone can use. Running an ecommerce means that we need the updates on our website fast. Changes on Wisepops are instant and it is useful especially when passing information to our customers quickly and effectively.

Easy and Quick to Use Works Amazing

Comentários: I've been using wise pops for a little under a year and I truly love their amazing pop up features. Easy to use no need to spend hours setting it up. I would say that I was up and running within minutes. You can customize the design and setup to meet your needs. It's really amazing and I have received so much more subscribers since I starting using wise pops. You need to have this running on your site, its amazing!!

Great Product

Comentários: Wisepops permits to make our website really more dynamic with the adding of the bars.
Also the creation of pop-up linked to our CRM is a very powerful tool.
I cannot imagine now our website without Wisepops.

Vantagens:

All the functionalities are very easy to use. The support team is very good. The fact that Wisepops is linked with our mailing solution/CRM is very important and helpful. I strongly recommend Wisepops.

Desvantagens:

Maybe the countdown in the bars is not easy to adjust for the mobile version. But the service client is really reactive to help me to configure it correctly.

Vantagens:

Tremendous customer service!!! Fast responses, they go above and beyond. Limitless features! Everything we needed. Super user friendly interface. (Many other tools we use claim to be user friendly but require a full time education to work in their dashboard!)

Desvantagens:

Unfortunately we did not have enough use-cases for it. We have several various tools and some of them are extremely lightweight, but they get the job done. WisePops is a laser-hyper-cannon, perfect for massive agencies. Yet, despite that, these cons are balanced by its very reasonable pricing!

Vantagens:

Very easy to use and very effective. Can build your Pop Up ad with your own images/graphics and photos. The Dashboard stats are great for a quick look to see how my ad was performing. Being able to program how often your ad shows to the same end user looking at your website is a great feature. Two more great features in the build section is choosing which page to show Ad on and who your Target Audience is.

Desvantagens:

No discount offered for payment for a full year at one time for any of the plans.

Easy to use, you can make quick adjustments and the customer support is very good. It's a great addition to any online shop

My knowledge in the possibilities, it's a template and I don't know how to get more out of it. Just if I need to say one thing that would be it.

Comentários: My experience was very positive! I liked the software features, easily found answers to all my questions (on the Help center or contacting the support team) and really appreciated the Customer Support.

Vantagens:

I tried different softwares to create an exit-intent popup. Wisepops was the most customizable and easy to use.

Desvantagens:

The thing I like least is the fact that I can't track clics on Wisepops if I have more than 1 CTA.

Great Customer Service & Awesome Service

Comentários: I compared Wisepops to several other similar applications and decided to go with Wisepops. I'm glad I did. The customer service is great - they were quick to answer questions when I had them. It was very easy for me to set up our first pop-up - which was a for a promotional code. I'm extremely happy with this service.

Comentários: Ease of creating mobile responsive popups on our websites

Vantagens:

The simplicity, easy of use. Being able to track clicks and conversions. The ability to turn on and off the popup's on different campaigns and pages.

Desvantagens:

It lags a bit when designing the popup. Takes awhile to display changes/ creating new popup's dont actually show up on the website till maybe 24-48 hours later for me. (but i have colleagues who say it pops up after 24 hours)

Easy. Straight-forward. Measurable.

Vantagens:

It focuses on popups vs. other platforms start trying to be good at everything, ie. landing page testing etc. Its easy to use and has many features, plus google analytics tracking is automated, just type in your account number.

Desvantagens:

I'd like to see a conversion tracking within the platform so that one does not have to go into analytics to see it.
