Comentários: Contactually has been extremely helpful in letting me streamline my pipeline, keep in touch with old contacts/clients, and has definitely paid for itself 10x over. The features are lightweight but still substantial enough for me (I run a small web design agency with 10 people and handle the majority of our sales/marketing). Contactually is an absolute must for my business. I highly suggest testing it out.

Vantagens:

Lightweight, has mobile apps (iphone/android), allows for easy scheduling/tracking of emails, as well the ability to add users into 'programs' -- so you can nearly automate email campaigns to your clients/prospect list.

Desvantagens:

The cost is $40/mo per user (the package I am on), but like I mentioned the system has MORE than paid for itself. There are occasional hiccups with the platform, however I am an alpha tester so I'm seeing things before they go live to most people.

Contactually is a game changer for any sales or marketing professional

Comentários: If you sell anything (one way or another, we all do), you need a smart way to stay in touch and engage with all your customers and prospects. I've never seen anything like Contactually before. It's lean, fast, logical, easy, inexpensive, and seems to have every CRM tool you could ask for. With Contactually, you will boost your efficiency and effectiveness immediately. In each contact page, you have everything you need to maintain relationships that turn into more business. Send emails within the platform, follow your prospects on social outlets, and share valuable information that makes your customers' lives better. You can automate your client outreach, use templates that save a ton of time, and easily manage your pipeline of deals. I never thought I'd become a cheerleader for a CRM, of all things! But if you're not using Contactually, you are missing out on the most powerful CRM for salespeople and marketers - ever.

Read THIS before using that

Comentários: The software is very user friendly and stores everything you would ever want in one tidy place but it does not accurately store the data. It has deleted contacts, merged unrelated contacts and added incorrect info to contact profiles, rendering it more dangerous than helpful. I have used CRMs for decades and this was the best product I have ever used before it started corrupting all of the data in it.

Vantagens:

Contactually is super smooth and easy to use. It will store everything you need and do everything you would want a CRM to do and more. I tried thousands of products before moving to this one about 3 years ago. It is user friendly and pretty, but read the HUGE con below before choosing it.

Desvantagens:

While I think Contacually is the best CRM I have found to date and it will do everything you want, it has now mixed up all of my data. It has merged unrelated contact together, deleted contacts, added job titles and profiles to contact that don't belong to them. I am a HEAVY CRM user and now I can't trust the data I put into Contactually because the phone number I dial may or may not belong to the person Contactually has associated it with and may of my notes on interactions with people have just disappeared. BE VERY WARY of this product. I have lost decades of data on over 20,000 contacts because this software shuffled and deleted my data. With all of its flash and function, it did me far more harm than good because I will never be able to get the missing data back nor straighten out who is really who.

Does the Job for CRM and Email Automation!

Comentários: Overall, I like Contactually. It is one of the easier and more eye-pleasing platforms that is out there for CRM and campaign management.

Vantagens:

I like that Contactually is farely easy to learn to input your clients/contacts into the database. I also really like the feature that allows you to flag your contacts, and based on those flags, can send automated messages. This can help streamline tasks like on-boarding and keeping track of the process flow.

Desvantagens:

Finding features can be kind of a challenge.

Amazing and Robust! I love it

Comentários: It was difficult to followup and stay engaged with all the new leads and prospects I have, it was a daunting task that I could not keep up with. Contactually takes every lead from multiple sources and emails and puts them into one place, where I can track all interactions and engagement, and it allows me to use templates for emails so that I can generate automated email programs to ensure I remain engaged. With automated reminders and tasks I can ensure that no lead is ever forgotten.

Vantagens:

The ability for it to link to multiple email accounts, because as a real estate agent I use muiltiple accounts. I also love the overall robustness of the programs, the templates, and the training videos are super informative.

Desvantagens:

At this point nothing. I was literally blown away by the features this program provides.

Best Tool for Staying in Touch

Comentários: I've been using Contactually for well more than a year. There is no contact automation tool available with this kind of power or ease of use at any where near this price point. They've made the UI slick and intuitive. It integrates with my Google Apps and SalesForce CRM and they've managed to do all that without a lot of technical glitches or issues. Contactually helps me move people through the pipeline and keeps important clients and leads from falling through the cracks.

Desvantagens:

could be more robust in allowing me to track a person through various social media

Comentários: I have used Contactually since soon after it launched. I have found it to be one of the most user friendly systems I've used in over a decade. It is very "plug and play" with a low barrier to hitting the ground running. The buckets are a terrific way of effectively segmenting your database and tags are a great method to further group by project. It has been a wonderful tool both in my business as well as my non profit work as well. The iPhone app is terrific- to keep those connections and relationships on the go- truly appreciate the daily digest as well.

Easy to use. Great mobile app. Inexpensive.

Simply the best contact management system combined with a smart CRM.

Comentários: I have been looking for the best platform that integrates with my business tools, simple and easy to use, but with all the important features that I would need in a contact management and CRM for business. Contactually was the solution. Absolutely the best in class and I would highly recommend it for any business.

Excellent CRM for Personal and Small Project Work

Comentários: it helps me manage my personal strategic network and get ahead as a professional.

Vantagens:

Contractually does all the basic things right - managing contacts, tagging them, emailing, tracking interactions, integrating with other apps effortlessly. For me as someone who uses a personal CRM system for my own strategic network, it is exactly what i need.

Desvantagens:

I use an iPhone, and the iOS app does not automatically sync my phone calls to contractually, so I need to add them manually. same for whatsapp. this is of course no fault of contactually but a limitation of ios and whatsapp being closed gardens and inaccessible. but that's the one thing that make my life harder as a user.

the hidden fees makes contactually appear dishonest. Usually the is admin access. This program has the fees hidden or somewhere else until you sign some up then it's full price like a user. When i say the price I canceled my two people immediately and I am still being charged. They never actually used the program . I think this company cares little about clients and more about hidden price and makes it difficult to ever get money back. So disappointed!

Full of Glitches, Bugs and Flaws

Comentários: We purchased the team version with high hopes, based on the previous reviews. Little did we know that this is an unfinished product. Too much to put in one review--suffice to say, this product is several Betas away from being close to ready. A total exercise in frustration if you have a large number of contacts. Several calls to support only showed the flaws are on the books and they are working on it. In the meantime, what a mess. I am going back to a CRM that has been tested thoroughly. The bucket system is a great idea--and the only part of the program I will praise highly. As for managing contacts-- it has been a disaster for us. I hate to be so negative, but as a long time user of Top Producer and Agent Office before that--this is not a good CRM for our team.

Vantagens:

Bucket system, decent email templates

Desvantagens:

Import process, lack of features in contact management, does not refresh properly when making changes, freezes after too much use, only allows so much deleting and then stops working till later on--takes too long to get support

Good CRM - takes time to set up

Comentários: Overall, we have had good feedback from the people who took the time to set up and strategize about their accounts. Adoption and training was the biggest challenge.

Great CRM for any startup trying to scale!

Vantagens:

After having my team try several other CRM tools, I'm thankful that we found Contactually. Onboarding was simple, the customer service team is very responsive, and it integrates seamlessly with our existing systems. Overall, it is a great value for the price and I wold highly recommend it to anyone running sales for a small team. A few of my favorite features that I can no longer live without are: 1. ScaleMail - allows us to send large, personalized batches of emails to potential clients 2. Pre-built lead nurture programs to help our team stay focused in our outreach efforts 3. Library of pre-written (and proven) email templates which provide GREAT inspiration

Desvantagens:

When we first began using Contactually we had one minor issue uploading contacts, but after notifying the team they quickly resolved the issue and uploading has since been a piece of cake!

Vantagens:

So much to say!!! I love that contactually will automatically update contacts. I really like the ability to send template emails and schedule these. I think the pipeline and program feature is invaluable. Finally organizing by buckets is great as was the onboarding process.

Desvantagens:

I price has gone up in recent years. I wish i could switch to the annual payment without losing the grandfathered in option. I also wish the app had more functionality especially access to the pipelines.

Buy this if you want to use a competing Brokerage's CRM

Now owned by a brokerage. Hello? why is this good for any agents not working for that brokerage now?

Vantagens:

Not a bad CRM depending on your use case. Doesn't quite offer all of the features that the bigger names do, but it works for smaller-scale marketing.

Desvantagens:

Lacks some functionality, but overall is a decent CRM if it meets your needs.

Contactually perfect for my needs

Comentários: I've tried a lot of CRM systems, and most of them take way too much time to customize and set up in a way that's actually useful for you. Contactually is the only one that I feel reflects the way I actually network and keep in touch with people. I like the focus on push reminders (who I should be following up with each day), buckets (based on how I know these people), introductions, and group emailing. It's simple to use and I've recommended it to multiple people too. There's even an awesome mobile app!

Comentários: It's really the team at Contactually that make this such a great product. They pro-actively support user to get the most out of the system.

Vantagens:

Fantastic customer service and support, great understanding of the real-world challenges of their market, solid CRM features.

Desvantagens:

Some of the interface is still a puzzle to figure out how to use it. For example, it always takes me a while to find the "add contact" button.

Keeps Me Front of Mind When The Opportunity Matures

Comentários: I have been using Contactually for about a year and it is a key part of my marketing. It enables me to keep in touch with the people I need to stay in contact with on a consistent basis. I love the way you can "bucket" your contacts and then set an appropriate frequency to stay in touch with them. I also love that I can keep content I come across in the system and then share it strategically. Contactually ROI for my business is simply beyond belief!

Just wasn't able to make it work...

Comentários: I really wanted this to be the CRM for me. Just too high cost for the amount I was able to actually implement it successfully. Then with the mass batching of buckets being so difficult to solve the issue, i needed to move forward

Comentários: I generally use Contactually every day to follow up and build relationships. I generally can't think of the most important people to reach out to each day, so Contactually tells me who those relationships are. I couldn't live without it.

Vantagens:

The ability to round robin or import leads directly into my team members bucks is extremely nice. Also being able to see the analytics of how the team is performing is invaluable. We were able to build out a 14 year automated program that will bring us to the next level!

Desvantagens:

As with any system it takes a little bit to get used to, and then just when you think you have it down pat you realize there are even more functions you can use. so I wouldn't really call that a con. Just like any system, nothing is perfect but Contactually fits our team needs amazingly well!
