Vonage is extremely helpful in our day-to-day operations because we can quickly pull up numbers and copy them over onto our scheduling/client platform to see which clients called immediately.
We are still working on our fax numbers. Porting the number from our previous provider has proven difficult.

Great product for small companies
Comentários: Great!!! I definitely recommend this software and even though it might seem a bit more expensive than others in the market, their quality is definitely worth it.
Vantagens:
It is an amazing product for small companies. It has several useful features that work great for your business needs. Compared to other similar software out there, Vonage is way more reliable for your communication needs.
Desvantagens:
Even though we do love Vonage, sometimes getting in contact with customer service is a bit time consuming and tricky, but once you are connected to a customer service representative, you know you will get the help you need.

A Refreshing Change
Vantagens:
While every VOIP has its problems, customer service with Vonage is outstanding. They never leave any tasks unfinished and no questions are left unanswered.
Desvantagens:
The set up was tricky, but I am no phone analytics expert.

Vantagens:
It's good for voice calls and it's convenient for being on your phone and computer.
Desvantagens:
Texting is a very large part of what we do and the text feature has either been removed or just doesn't work any longer.

Comentários: Overall, I love using Vonage compared to RingCentral which I used in the past and wasn't too excited about. I would hands down recommend Vonage to clients and prospects

Honestly, I can't say if there is one. I love using it both on a MacBook and iPhone.

Vonage Business Communications was just ok
Comentários: It as meh. We were by no means enamoured by their customer service and we've moved on and been very happy with other VOIP services since. We've tested several services over the years and even changed a couple times in the last 15+ years but we would not go back to Vonage.
Vantagens:
Vonage Business Communications was fine. It checked most of the boxes and satisfied most of our needs. It was OK. It is just like any of the other business VOIP services out there.
Desvantagens:
We did not like their customer service. A few years back we needed some help and they were mildly helpful and only at their discretion. Things may have changed by now but we won't go back.

Comentários: It is great, and I love the app too easy to navigate and be on top of my messages.
Vantagens:
Very easy to navigate and has an app that I can get on my smart devices.

Very Friendly user to manage sms and reply to them.
Vonage Business
Comentários: In the beginning it was great, but only have of the capabilities makes it a hinderance in normal work activity

The fact that I can call or texted from the app

The sms feature has been down for months, having to jump back and forth between apps to call or text
If you want a big name with a big price tag
Comentários: Overall it was a pleasant experience. We got exactly what we needed at the time nothing more nothing less. We ended up switching and got wayyyyy more for way less and now we could never go back!
Vantagens:
Our call quality was always crystal clear and never dropped or missed a call.
Desvantagens:
We least like the price point and the long contracts that would auto renew without a notification and even on weekends/ holidays.
A good way to have your call center in order
Comentários: It has great quality on calls and keeping trakc of your agents via status on thier clients, you can even force to send calls to them if you have someone on a different process. you can listend to calls live, or recordings in both platforms needed. keep in mind on vonage businesss the storage is more limited that in Cotact center, you can even download and connect it via APis, so I'd say we are having a great time managing our call flow wiht multiple queues base on our needs.
Vantagens:
You need two products from vonage but once you have VOnage business and vonage contact center your are able to set up and manage a call center and its workflow and keep track of how your agents are behaving and even assist them if needed via call whispering or call monitoring,
Desvantagens:
It can be a bit complex to understand how to connect evrything to get the call flow in order.
Great voip phone system
Comentários: Setting up Vonage is easy and straightforward and the customer service is top tier.
Vantagens:
Vonage is straightforward and easy to set up they have phenomenal customer service. I have several customers that used Vonage and are absolutely elated about the price and service.
Desvantagens:
I would say my least favorite thing about Vonage would be the mobile application as it tends to crash more than expected if you are not using an iPhone.
Great Phone service but bad Customer service.

How it can be installed on your phone and computer and take calls from both. The admin portal is very easy to manage.
Desvantagens:
Customer service needs to have the option to speak to a person if the bot cannot help. I spent months trying to get someone to help with my issue.

It is an effective software that easily allows monitoring, recording and review of incoming calls to our company.Easy to monitor agent activity and live monitor calls.
Desvantagens:
Navigating the system as an admin can be a little bit confusing as it's not always obvious where to find a recording.

What I enjoyed best about Vonage was its ability to seamlessly switch between mobile and PC usage and the call's voice quality is excellent as well!

Probably Nothing , i have been ushing Vonage since last 6 Month and have no issue.

Great VoIP option for small businesses
Comentários: We have had a great experience overall from the sales rep to the buying process to the customer service and install. We'd definitely recommend them to small business who are looking to save a bit of money (at least compared to our traditional alternative).
Vantagens:
I love the price of this software most of all. This had so many more features than our regular phone service and was cheaper! It's fairly easy to use, has quite a few features, and has worked pretty solidly for us for the 6+ months that we've had it. We don't have plans to change at this point.
Desvantagens:
The only thing I'm a little iffy about was that it wasn't easy to switch our fax line over. We definitely ran into hiccups there, but their customer service team was excellent and we figured it out eventually.
Look elsewhere if considering Vonage (Telesphere)
Comentários: Was ok, but got constantly overbilled and was horrendous when moving our business elsewhere. Stay away.
Vantagens:
Basic VOIP software that allowed us to easily have remote agents. In the later years was decently reliable.
Desvantagens:
Support was horrendous. Would take forever to explain to the person what you needed. Would get constantly overbilled and have to spend hours going through the invoice and arguing to get it corrected. Billing was super convoluted. Would take several months to get a credit and our account managers would keep getting switched. Litterarrly had 5 different account managers in an 18 month period and had to start over with each of them on getting overbilled. Finally decided to move onto a different provider and then were told we owed a huge amount for Early Termination. Requested that they go back and review the entire history of overbilling us and they say they only go back 90 days. We stopped fighting with them on the bill each and every month as we were just ready to move on. One of our account managers told us there was no problem cancelling early and wouldnt be a fee. Of course we didnt get that in writing and that account manager no longer works for them. Bottom line, Vonage used to be the leader in VOIP but have been passed up by many other providers. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Great UCaaS solution
Comentários: Compared to other providers I found that Vonage offered the most bang for your buck. Their solution and support has been solid and I find the user portal to be user friendly.
Vantagens:
The mobility app is a life changer since you can now make and take calls from anywhere in the world and the person calling in would think you are in the office.
Desvantagens:
For smaller customers you are pushed towards using the instant chat as it is not easy to call in for support.
Vonage Business works very well for our company
Comentários: Our overall experience has been great. This is our second year using the Vonage business package and we are very happy.
Vantagens:
We like the ease of adding new lines, adding branch phone, so many reasons we like the company and products. We are a three branch company with drivers all over the place. We can easily transfer calls to our techs on the road, just as if there were in the office. We also like the spam feature, were we can see most calls registered as spam, allowing us to not answer these irritating spam calls. In times when we need to call customer support, Vonage team members are very knowledgeable and helpful. Lastly, we save money with this company, great price for an extra great product and customer service!
Desvantagens:
We cannot pick up a call anywhere in the office by parking the call, we must transfer it.

Great IP phones for companies with multiple offices
Comentários: If you are starting out or if you are an established company, we have found this to be the best option out there. We have tried Xfinity and several others and only found them to be hard to work with and or lack some of the main features that vonage offers.
Vantagens:
There are many pros to the Vonage system. For us we have offices in different states, so when we have patients calling one office and need another we can transfer them as if we were in the same office. There is also the ability to set up a Virtual receptionist so that your company can seem as if it is a much bigger office giving your customers comfort. You can set up a 800 number as well as faxing all in one place. Very user friendly compared to some of the other IP options out there.
Desvantagens:
Setting up the system can be a little time consuming, but well worth it once it is complete. As will all IP phone systems you need to have active internet for the phones to work. If you lose internet due to a storm like we have in the past, your phones need to be routed to another phone like your cell phone to receive calls. The positive is that the system allows this to be changed via the app on your phone so this is just a minor bump in the road.

Easliy retrieve VM as well as respond via text message. All in one product for managing your phone service. Enables multiple locations to call, transfer and communicate at the push of a button.
Vantagens:
The mobile app makes it simple to recieve all your work/office calls right on your mobile device. Remote work is seemless with all the functions of your office phone at home. Easily allows 24/7 phone monitoring from anywhere.
Desvantagens:
There are a lot of features that we do not use. Far to many to remember how to use when/if they are used infrequently. Quick guide would be helpful. We may have received something in the beginning but nothing that is left with the phone for new users or that have not gotten lost or damaged.

It is a fantastic offering for small businesses. It contains a number of helpful features that are excellent for our company needs. It is significantly more dependable for our communication needs than other similar software that is available.
Despite the fact that we adore Vonage, it can occasionally be difficult and time-consuming to call customer care.
Vantagens:
It is very simple to use as it provides support to various things like calls, SMS, and even voice recording. Mobile and desktop apps for Vonage are easy to use. It can connect up to three phones to a single extension and that is the best feature as we don't have to call individually.
Desvantagens:
It is bit slow and sometimes has a lot of backend issues which takes a bit to get resolved.

Voicemails are easy to access when not in the office, they also get sent to the company e-mail if nobody answers. Easy to set up phone numbers through the app on a mobile phone for usage of number during off hours out of the office.
Desvantagens:
It can be a little bit pricey for what they offer but it really is a well built voice software so the price is worth it.

Comentários: Overall I’ve had a couple people complain about the customer service luckily every time that I’ve called I was able to get fast and friendly service

It’s a great way to call clients over the internet I like the fact that you can receive and send text messages and look at voice mails
Desvantagens:
There has been a lot of times when the connection was bad my internet had a good connection too. Bad when you have people on the phone that are interested in your product and they can’t hear you because you are breaking up. Needs to put something where you can turn off the calls when you are not using it instead of it just popping up out of nowhere. You should also be able to change the name that’s dispalyed.m whenever you want
