Wodify is as Close to Perfect as Possible

Vantagens:

Wodify is easy to use for me, my coaches, and my clients. Recent updates to the Wodify app have transformed the ease at which my clients do business with me on a daily basis.

Desvantagens:

My least favorite aspect of Wodify is the payment processing fees.

Great CRM for Gym Membership Management

Comentários: Wodify has been for the most part a very intuitive and easy to use CRM. The positives it brings outweighs the workflow impedances. It was a major upgrade from the system that we were using prior to this one. They are responsive to inquiries and are consistently attempting to improve upon the platform.

Vantagens:

I like that Wodify has a easy to use GUI, and can be utilized for multiple different purposes. It can help keep a business organized from keeping inventory to chatting with clients directly.

Desvantagens:

Some minor workflow issues can slow down the process. One example is not being able to click on a client's profile from the class schedule. Another is that the website tab doesn't update with the current information at times. It will have the previously visited information listed.

Horrable to work with

Vantagens:

Wodify deleted our busness TWICE within 2 months and it is not possible to directly get in contact with them. Its a nightmare recieving hundreds of emails with no support. The system has more bugs, glitches, and down time than every other website and app we use combined and they are still arrogant about there own problems being "user error". this app is many years old, and the reviews were so bad it appears they took it down and uploaded a new app, i beleave it was 2 stars with thousands of reviews before they re started and that would be a honest perspective. check out BBB, they have a 1 star review that is much more accurate.

Good software for crossfit strength

It is a very intuitive product. I like that you can input the workout for clients to see.

Desvantagens:

A bit buggy. SOme kinks still being worked out and occasionally it has issues with payment

Our experience with Wodify

Comentários: Swapping over from MindBody is one of the best decisions we have made as a studio. The team at Wodify are professionals who are constantly developing new features and diligently taking care of their current clients. It feels like we've bought into a team with the tools to help us succeed, rather than just a product to do a job.

Vantagens:

Their experienced team made swapping from MindBody easier than expected. We received a dedicated account manager who has an astonishingly quick response time and ensures that our issues get resolved promptly. Constant updates and new features with transparency on what is being developed. Custom reporting is incredibly helpful and allows us to take a microscope to any part of our business in a quick and repeatable manner. It's usefulness cannot be overstated. Family account management is easy for clients and admins.

Desvantagens:

Billing for seminars or multi-day events is tricky. We ended up creating our own billing solution with Stripe. First-time client setups require more setup than expected. There is no way to automatically assign progressions (belts), adding new family members to an existing account requires manual input.

Greay MMA gym mgmt tool

Comentários: Am immensely pleased with Wodify and am very thankful for the ease of use and practicality of the tool.

Vantagens:

Ease of use, fantastic on-boarding reps, great tool support, client/provider transparency.

Desvantagens:

Unique group event/seminar management comes up somewhat short.

Have it all in one spot!

Vantagens:

Tracking years of lifts & benchmarks is amazing to have right in your pocket. As an owner operator being able to have people sign into class allows us to prepare for four members or 24 members depending on the day and time of class. Having punchcard members is super helpful to use the system digitally and get rid of paper cards.

Desvantagens:

I can never do as much on my phone as I can on the desktop it tends to just keep loading.

Very complete software

Comentários: We have been with Wodify for many years now. They have listened to us when we had issues in relation to the pricing and tried their utmost best to improve our situation. It is a very complete software to be used in any CrossFit Box.

Vantagens:

It is a very complete software with everything that you would need in a CrossFit box. Support is very good although there is a time difference with the US. With the new tier pricing, it might be very attractive for new boxes, paying more according to their growing needs.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes, too many options when creating new classes. Leaderboard should be optional.

Wodify Review: Keri is the best!

Comentários: It's still too new to say. It is growing on me. The members and coaches are having a much better experience which is most important from my overall business standpoint. There are still some things on the backend that need to be improved and on the positive there are some features that I am really enjoying that I did not have before.

Vantagens:

The product was not easy to use. I will admit I struggle w/ technology. My Onboarder ([sensitive content hidden]) made the process much, much easier through the outstanding support I received. She was prompt to reply, learned my learning style and went above/beyond to send me customized tutorials on the how to for various functions. She needs a raise and is an outstanding employee, professional and very personable. I can't say enough good things about her.Back to Wodify: it is a much better/easier experience for our coaches and members. The announcements feature is fantastic

Desvantagens:

Mostly all related to the back end:1. Members cannot be alphabetized by their last names. That makes certain tasks much more laborious.2. Memberships cannot be cancelled mid contract which they sometimes are and I have now do that manually.3. Holds cannot be removed. People end them early and sometimes extend them. And the most annoying - the invoices get messed up when a hold is placed. I then have to go in and manually adjust all the remaining invoices to reflect the billing date on the 1st.4. Partial payments cannot be made. I have to make a note and keep track that way.

Terrible Support & Constant Glitches

Comentários: There is always something wrong with the back end Wodify Core app. You can never rely on it to make a quick change or upload a new workout due to constant glitches and freezing.

Vantagens:

It was great to have everything packaged into one place for managing my gym.

Desvantagens:

The support at Wodify has never actually fixed any issues. They will either "add it to the list" or push the fault on you. I recently got charged 2x for the same invoice due a a chargeback and wodify did nothing to help me and told me to work it out with my member. When I tried to do that, I gave her a refund and then lost the entire invoice once again because wodify did not communicate the refund to the bank. Their resolution was for me to "work it out with my member or the bank". I've been with them for over 9 years now and will be leaving next month.

Essential to our Business

Vantagens:

It's becoming more and more an all inclusive one-stop-shop for managing my business

Desvantagens:

Certain limitations on changing or modifying a membership is frustrating. Some functions require clicking through too many screens. I wish the mobile app for admins worked better.

Great gym management platform, developed and reliable

Vantagens:

Simplicity and ease of setup. Plenty of functionalities

Desvantagens:

Pricing and too many add-ons, paid for obviously.

Comentários: Too many to even name! Wodify took care of 10-20 other systems I would have had to put in place. Now with Wodify it's all contained in one package. I run my whole gym business through Wodify and also much of our "community" aspects as well! One of the best benefits I've gotten is just knowing my business. The reports are amazing! Knowing the ebb and flow of your business, what sells and what doesn't, etc. Love how easy it makes communication with my members as well! And how easy it is to convert leads!

Vantagens:

Customer service is probably number one or two, right behind just the overall system itself! It's amazing just how "complete" the whole Wodify software is! It is literally everything we use at CrossFit Simplicity to run our business. Not to mention its everything we use to run and distribute our programming to members. Wodify is really the whole package. In the past I utilized the most basic features like the coachboard, whiteboard, and memberships. However, in the past 2 years I have really explored the software and it's taken our gym to the next level. We now use the online sales portal to sell memberships online and we use all the backend systems and reports to keep an eye on the health of the gym and make better business decisions. I also LOVE the customer service! I love that I can just schedule call on my time and I am not waiting on hold. It's also great that all the Wodify employees are kind, respectful, and very helpful! Wodify is WORTH THE MONEY! Its the all-in-on gym software!

Desvantagens:

I hate to be over the top, but to be honest I can't think of any "cons" to Wodify. All I can say is that I am not that great at computers so it's taken me a little time to really get the most our of it BUT...That's where the amazing support team comes in...I have called the Wodify crew as often as I need to and everyone is pleasant and helpful! No complaints here!

Widify

Comentários: easy to use daily, easy to set up membership, programs, classes, members and so on. Overall really good

Vantagens:

Easy to use, pretty much run autonomously.

Desvantagens:

unfortunately no online or credit card payments in my region (Taiwan)

Best customer service!

Comentários: Great experience, I look forward to using the software every day because I know if I face any problems the answer is a quick email away. Customer service have never taken more than 24 hours to reply to us!

Vantagens:

The team of developers clearly utilize feedback from clients as the software features compliment our requirements to run the gym subscriptions/memberships/rentals/point of sale on a daily basis. Wodify is easy to use and easy to train staff to use. I would say the #1 feature of this software is the top of the line customer service. The team has helped us countless times in the form of video calls, emails, recorded custom videos etc..

Desvantagens:

Wodify payments and Wodify SMS features are not available in our region. Having those features would be a game-changer. Also, some features like the Payroll and Quickbooks integration and certain mass email options are not in our package (Grow) and the difference of price between Grow and Promote is substantial so we are unable to make use of them.

Full business operations all in one packaged deal that comes with excellent Customer Service.

Comentários: Was able to get my Wordpress linked up with Wodify to get the WOD to post to my website daily. Love it!

Vantagens:

The software is structured very well, making it easy to run a small business without being overly time-consuming. It's an all in one package deal allowing small business owners to process sales, athlete checking-in, programming, integration with Wordpress (website), tracking revenue & athlete performance, scheduling, and even laying out competitions, with ease. I enjoy how user-friendly it is and make it so convenient that everything is run in one place.

Desvantagens:

I personally least like dealing with the WordPress & coding. However, once set up it's a great feature to have. I did need help to get my WordPress linked to Wodify in order to post my daily WOD on my website. However, the WODIFY Team is amazing, and they have been so pleasant to work with, helping me every step of the way to get it all set up. Technology is constantly changing, so once in a while, I have to schedule a meeting for some help. But I am very confident the issue will be resolved once I submit a help ticket.

Simple and very effective in regards to what I need for my daily workouts.

Comentários: Easy access to daily workouts and needs that I might have at the gym. The class times/schedule is also very often handy!

Vantagens:

The app/software is simple and very intuitive to use and navigate through. Daily workouts and past workouts are all available for you to access, but the best part is that it records and track subsequent workouts or lifts that you've already done which is a great motivator. A build in percentage calculator to ease your mind when you're mentally unable to do the math for maxes, and even useful tools such as their extensive exercise database. Simple, to the point, and then some extra icing on top. It also has a nutrition category in which you're able to access, but I haven't had much need or use for that. I'm sure it's great just like the other components of the software though.

Desvantagens:

I would say that a visual face-lift for the interface wouldn't hurt. As of now it's a pretty standard looking platform but could be enhanced a little so that it doesn't look like a program from the early 2000's. Other than that, nothing that really sticks out in regards to the actual use of the program.

I have a lot of likes about this software. I love the professionalism of the company, the customer service is top notch. I always hear back from the company when there are issues, and they respond quickly through email or we can schedule a call. The software itself manages everything from workouts, programming, invoicing, merch and swag sales, memberships, waivers, etc. It has cut down my paperwork to zero and allowed me to focus on more important things. 1,000 High fives to Wodify. I'm thrilled to be here.

Desvantagens:

I have two minor complaints. The first is the integration between the merchant is a bit cumbersome, if the payment merchant refuses a payment or if I wish to reverse a payment, it takes some time for Wodify to clear the invoice and allow it to be reversed or voided. The second is it would be nice to get live customer service instead of calling in. But not at a trade off, when I do reach someone or they call me, they are always super knowledgeable and keen on solving the problem. So if the solution is a call center that has lost touch with the culture of the current team, then I prefer to wait.

Been using this for 3 years and it's amazing!!

Vantagens:

Our box using Wodify daily and it's great to be able to see the WOD everyday and to compare your scores with other people in your box.

Desvantagens:

Not much bad thing to say about Wodify, it can be glitchy something.

Awesome platform, very user friendly

Vantagens:

It's easy to read, easy to navigate, functionality is intuitive. I participated in a challenge using Wodify Rise and WOW - what a fantastic platform. It made tracking progress and ranking participants SO easy.

Desvantagens:

The only thing that I get confused by is the multiple app widgets for Rise, Core, Client, etc. However, I've used PushPress, Triib, and SugarWOD in other capacities and prefer Wodify.

Good all in one software

Comentários: We have been using Wodify for 3.5 years for our gym and have had mostly positive experiences. There has been periods of time when the software was constantly glitching and unreliable though.

Vantagens:

Only need one product to do the job of a couple different software products

Desvantagens:

It can be very expensive and has limited functionality with regards to some features

Good for gym administration, not so much for athlete tracking

Vantagens:

Extensive features for gym management from class schedules, athlete membership management, staff payroll or communication management with athletes

Desvantagens:

The athlete performance tracking interface is very outdated. The Whiteboard and WOD sections should really be improved. The athlete app for performance logging is limited and lacks an offline version.

The best, combines systems for the owner and the end user.

Comentários: Integration combines many systems and I can use my smartphone to run them all. It handles everything for you.

Vantagens:

They are always evolving. Updates, new features, always something. They listen to their clients and make improvements.

Desvantagens:

The only thing I don't like is how the many on the left side does not have s scroll bar. Make it hard to navigate.

Good tracking system buy doesn't integrate with Twitter and no longer posts to facebook.

Comentários: Tracking, being connected to others, can see history and progress over time

Easy to use , let's you like others' performance, keeps track of history of workouts, graphs your progress over time.

Desvantagens:

It doesn't work posting results to my twitter page. I contacted their support team 2x but told it was a known issue and being worked on but it's been over 2 years with no change

One of the best crossfit software

Comentários: It works great, never had a big problem.

Vantagens:

It's a fantastic software for crossfit gyms. I used as a client and works really great. The customer service is fantastic. The new mobile app is fantastic.

Desvantagens:

Nothing, the only thing to me that could be improve is the client side, it looks too old.
