Simplest tool for Safety and Asset Management professional

Vantagens:

Having a platform that fulfills all elements of Safety did it for me. It is user-friendly with a timely support system when you need it. Onboarding was seamless and tailored to the needs of my company.

Desvantagens:

Would like to see approval and sign-off done remotely by users in the future.

Vantagens:

It was developed with ease of use in mind, and the system is easily to customizable for each company’s needs. The new custom form builder that I a demo for will be extremely useful. Also the support team is excellent

Desvantagens:

The one feature I would like to see added is the ability to “save filter presets” when viewing columns. For example, when looking at the “Action Items” or “Assets List” I apply filters to the columns. When an Item is opened to be reviewed, then the back page button is clicked afterwards, it removes any filters and take you back to page #1. Having the system save the page # and any filters, would be a huge time saver. We use the system to lookup lots of asset history, so we spend a fair amount of time navigating these pages.

Incident reporting is a great feature as its detailed.

Desvantagens:

that alot of the documents uploaded have to go through the SE team. Might be handy if a business can have admin access too as things may change with the business every once and awhile.

Migration to online Safety Program

Comentários: We have been able to streamline our daily safety, equipment maintenance which was one of our main objectives.
Right from initial building of our program to ongoing additions or upgrades they have been fantastic.

Vantagens:

What I really loved about the software is having everything available and trackable. My employees do daily sheets on their Cell phones and it uploads to data base. It has made our Secor audit so much easier. Our vehicle and equipment maintenance program is by far better now.

Desvantagens:

Not much to say on least like about software. Generic FLHA has some things that do not pertain to our job scopes.

Growing with the product..

Comentários: Amazing. The customer service and relationship speaks volumes.

Vantagens:

The development of this software has been the most enjoyed feature. Either the team is already developed/devloping what I am looking for or they are willing to look into it and follow through. As our needs and uses grow so has the software.

Desvantagens:

Looking for a bit more customization in the hands of administrators and looking for even more ease of use in the field on mobile apps

Best decision ive made

Comentários: Without the team here, i wouldnt have been able to start my company when i did. They had it set up in great timing. The level of details in all the work helped me get approved to work in the oil industry with no difficulties.

Vantagens:

Organized. Easy to use. Levels of detail for tasks and safety.

Desvantagens:

Nothing. Its perfect. Delete the cons section.

Safety Evolution review

Vantagens:

Product is easy to use to manage live review of safety documentation, allowing live response to maintenance issues with equipment and monitoring of employees to complete their required documentation (FLHA)

Desvantagens:

Some steps to access documentations in large amounts or to send off to clients requesting it is time consuming by having to open and download documentation individually.

Great Product

Comentários: It doesn't matter what question I have, I'm always able to reach someone that can help me. The representatives always make me feel like I'm the only client they have, which I know isn't so. They spend as much time as they need to until I understand where to find the information I'm looking for.

Vantagens:

I'm a new employee at my job but since I came on board I found the product fairly easy to use. With a little training and the quick tips they send I found I was able to get around with little or no problems. If I can't find something a rep is always there to help me. That is really important to me.

Desvantagens:

At this point, because I'm new, I don't see anything that I like the least about the software. It seems to be fairly user friendly which is very important to me.

Comentários: There has been multiple changes to what we have needed from the basic set up but the team at safety evolution has been diligent at meeting our needs in a timely matter

Vantagens:

its a simple program to use thats accessible from anywhere with a smart phone. as it is easy to use it has increased the amount of recorded information from mantainence that was occasionally missed in the past using paper

Desvantagens:

when looking at the tasks assigned to me I have to click into the task to see what unit it is for which takes a little time and semi annoying but not a huge problem

A huge savings in operational cost

Comentários: I use this software in my clinic to do new hire onboarding and safety stat tracking. The system allows me to tend to managing the data rather than spending hours analyzing it, in turn this saves me thousands in administration cost and gives me the ability to see trends as they develop and be proactive before it's a problem. The ease of use the software has makes it a great option for experienced users as well as users just starting out, the data is easy to understand for all experience levels. I especially like the ability to provide online orientations to my new hires this frees up time when they arrive on their first day by allowing me to focus on training the procedures and methodology rather than spending hours with setting up orientation videos and quizzes. I would highly recommend this software and its team to all users both small and large no matter the industry you work in, it has allowed me to become leading edge while saving me thousands making my business more profitable and lean.

Vantagens:

Easy to use, data is easy to verify. Cost is on par with what I imagined spending, cost savings to my company are excellent

That I didn't purchase it sooner
