Easy to use

Comentários: provides benefits of filing applications much faster

Vantagens:

This application has been a good way to notify human resources about licenses, vacations, and permits more quickly and safely. In addition, it makes it easier when there are absences from work to be able to have the notification and have a record of the days missed. With its mobile application that works perfectly, I can register requests for licenses or overtime worked from anywhere without having to be in the human resources office.

Desvantagens:

Each function has been useful in my work life and I like all the processes I can do from the application

Comentários: Very, very positive! Edays has been well received by end users, with overwhelmingly positive feedback and has been formally accepted into service.

Vantagens:

The service provide users with a new modern multi-platform solution for managing leave and provides new capabilities for managers to visualise all of their team members leave requests. Edays is be hosted in the ‘cloud’ and accessible from all our corporate that have an internet connection using Single Sign On (SSO).

Desvantagens:

There were essentially only two main issues. Firstly, out of the box Edays was unable to work with the sheer number of different rota patterns in HSE (over 500). However, with close collaboration and a degree of re-tooling, we successfully overcame this. Second, we had to work with Edays to make the application function for adaptive equipment users (JAWS/Dragon etc.), in so far as these users / line managers, were able to book and approve leave. Edays have were encouraged to seek and achieve WCAG accreditation.

Worst Customer Service

Comentários: Awful. Have implemented and used many other more intuitive and better performing systems.

Vantagens:

In principal the features are easy to use

Desvantagens:

In principal the features are easy to use and seem relatively straightforward, however when you try to use or change any of its functionality in practice, it never works correctly. The system regularly encounters issues and records change without any admin or user instruction to do so. The technical support team are never able to investigate or explain these changes. Or provide a satisfactory resolution. The technical support are unhelpful and provide no service whatsoever.

Versatile yet easy to pick up. The edays staff support are great!

Comentários: Fantastic support from day one. Initial setup and handover was very smooth and simple to pick up.
Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and competently. All the edays team are friendly and knowledgeable.

Vantagens:

The system is very versatile and the online guides are great for training staff to use edays. Easy to learn and adapt to the company needs.

Desvantagens:

The app limitations doesn't allow staff to declare on the self-cert form.

Vantagens:

Easy bookings, reports, calendars automated carry over, bulk update

Desvantagens:

complex rota set up and system changing it in the new calendar year so I had to fix it again.

Why E-days!

Comentários: Excellent support from the on-boarding team, it was very easy to get our company up and running. Whenever we have had a question, the product support team have been able to solve it within a few hours

Vantagens:

Simple to use, every user finds it intuitive to use and as a manager provides crystal clear overview of everyones absenteeism

Desvantagens:

No real issue. Understanding part-time rotas took a bit of time and some additional support videos would be helpful in this area

Comentários: Our overall experience with EDays is that it is a really easy system to use not only from a management perspective but also from a user perspective. The help given by [sensitive content hidden] and her team has been most appreciated.

Vantagens:

When we needed help the most due to being let down by another software company EDays stepped up to the plate. [sensitive content hidden] our Customer Success Manager and her team's assistance was critical to Vacgen not loosing valuable data and also keep a great product available to all our staff.

Desvantagens:

The setting up of rotas and initially not having the ability to make manual changes to holiday allowances when an employee leaves.

Comentários: Very pleased with the usage of the platform during the year. I also liked the quick replies to my questions and concerns. But I am very displeased with contract renewal policies. Edays is not customer-oriented.

Vantagens:

User-Friendly Interface Mobile Accessibility Customizable Absence Types

Desvantagens:

1. The interface is user-friendly but it would be good to have a separate field where managers would see pending approvals, not in the Ring notification tab which is very small and almost invisible and contains other notifictions as well. 2. No possibility to export the leaves as an excel file.

Comentários: Highly satisfactory. The E days system is highly valued across our business.

Vantagens:

Ease of introduction of the system and ease of use for both employees, managers and administrators. The strong user interface means that it is viewed as a strong business aid for both employees and managers rather than a burden.

Desvantagens:

After 5 years of use, we haven't came across any downsides or dislikes of E Days.

Comentários: My manager and I have implemented Edays in our organisation since January 2023, and it has made such a diference. We can easily access annual leave records for all our workforce digitally.

Vantagens:

Its interface and layout - They easy and straightforward, and do not compromise on operational quality.

Desvantagens:

Reporting tool could be easier to use, when pulling reports.

Every company should have a system like this

Vantagens:

Even though I’m self employed the company that I work for needs to keep track of my absences so I use edays. It’s very used to see the whole year and get to have a clear picture of everyone’s holidays so no one clashes with each other.

Desvantagens:

Edays doesn’t let you book holidays with less than 14 days notice - I think. But that’s actually a great idea so the companies have time to find cover

My user experience wiht Edays

Comentários: As an HR Business Partner, I am having a positive experience with edays so far. I comply with our legal obligations. It gives me and all our employees a better visibility on our absences and more autonomy to plan our holidays. Using edays has improved data quality for HR and Payroll. It is now much easier to move from one holiday period to another.

Vantagens:

Edays is a flexible and a user-friendly application. What I like with Edays is the ability to adjust to a local legal obligation. I appreciate calendar and the holiday balances in real time. This feature gives our employees more visibility and autonomy to manage their absences. The Customer service is available and very reactive.

Desvantagens:

I do not see major cons. The challenge would be to create an interface with our HR Management System.

Comentários: Very positive. Staff like it because it is easy to use.

Vantagens:

It is a great tool for keeping track of all absences and attendance in one place. We use it for recording, monitoring and reporting. All staff use it no matter what their role is.

Desvantagens:

It's sometimes difficult to get what's need from a single report and it becomes necessary to run additional ones in order to draw comparisons.

Vantagens:

That you can track, run reports and monitor all types of absence and that is provides in graph format and numerical

Desvantagens:

The user guide is not always clear and you cannot always find answers online to your questions.

E-days is an E-ngaging and E-xcellent Absence Management system

Comentários: Responsive technical team, They were very supportive in the introduction and implementation of the system, There is a wealth of easy to access support tools and the team are always quick to respond when ever we have a query or an issue

Vantagens:

Its flexible and adaptive attributes make it so versatile and yet its simplicity is a real strength. It never breaks or goes wrong!

Desvantagens:

There is nothing we would consider requiring improvement

E-Days Review- first three months

Comentários: It is easier to track absences, not just for a particular employee, but for the entire population. We're able to see how many planned absences will occur, so we can put measures into place, employees are able to book time offs and await approvals. It has definitely saved time.

Vantagens:

- It is user friendly and the support portal is very efficient and effective, and the support team works to fulfill ticket requests in a very short time so as to prevent any consequences from occurring.- Reports are extremely easy to pull and aid in the decision making process.

Desvantagens:

Entitlements feature wasn't the easiest to navigate once an employee was already added. However, support as previously mentioned, support is readily available.

Good system for multiple departments

The detail that can go into edays makes this a very cost effective solution for any business

There are limitations to some things, however edays are good at listening and do make amendments.

Keeping track of staff

Comentários: Very positive. The team setting up edays for our use was very helpful, professional and thorough. Post launch, the online support team have been helpful and quick to respond.

Vantagens:

We use this far more than just a holiday and sickness tracker. Our staff travel extensively and we use edays as a group planner that shows the meetings and travel that we all undertake. It give a great overview of our staff's whereabouts at any given time.

Desvantagens:

Difficult to answer here as overall we are very happy with the system and what it provides for us.

Vantagens:

We needed a solution that managed all 18 team members holiday requests, and absenses etc in an easy to use, and easy to monitor interface. E Days Provided that for us

Desvantagens:

The intergration was a little difficult, but in truth, the integration of any software, or indeed anything new in to my business is not without its challenges.

Simple & Easy to Use

Vantagens:

Working with E-Day's it was just very simple to implement the software directly into our organisation quickly. Lots of reports & features to satisfy everyone.

Desvantagens:

Nothing major at all, so it then becomes things that are just general observations. One of these is that in Managers dashboard I would like to be able to sort people in teams in alphabetical order if required. The details are viewed in the way the initial upload was done but could save us time being able to sort here.

If there is anything that I can't work out how to do, the e-days support team are always efficient and extremely helpful - I cannot fault them at all!

Great service, great product

I love how useful it is and how quick the team get back to me if we have an issue

Desvantagens:

Sometimes and only sometimes it doesn't do something that it should do but the team are so helpful and fix the problem straight away.

E-days support

Vantagens:

We've been using E-days for quite a few months not and in generally trouble free. When we do have issue, usually due to the initial set-up but e-days technical support have been great. Very fast and very responsive.

Desvantagens:

Wish we'd have asked more questions during the initial set-up most of our issues are related to how the software was initially configured.

E-Days a great tool for managing your people

Comentários: This tool allows me to manage my staff absences and holidays from my phone and authorise holidays as and when they appear as a request.
It allows my employees to view the holiday schedule when they are away from work which they find really helpful when making bookings for holidays at home or the weekend

Vantagens:

I like being able to use an app or to view the plan on my phone

Desvantagens:

I have not found anything that I cannot overcome
