Comentários: The product is clutter-free and any features that are added have simple use cases and helps in easier implementation. A good user interface to avoid daily hassles involved in bug/defect reporting daily as a tester.

Vantagens:

Bug identification and creation have never been simpler. Its unique way to describe and categorize the issue at hand is well sorted and makes for a clean and understandable user experience.

Desvantagens:

There might be issues that are created and assigned by parts and during bug/defect identification and creation, assigning these bugs should have an option to assign multiple members instead of single-member.

Backlog need to be changed and improved

Comentários: Sorry but the truth is inconvenience for me. I hope Backlog can do more for me and my project.
I can't have the statistics I want at Home, I can't see overall my project ...
I Hope Backlog can be developed and help us more in the future.

Vantagens:

The color of issue can be changed, I can customize the characteristics of issue for each project.

Desvantagens:

when I filter all issue of project , it shows parents issue and sub-issue. If I click on the arrow, which is head of parent issue, Backlog shows all of sub-issue of that parent issue, which are showed before. So many issues are showed twice. It can make me confused. I think Backlog shoud list parent issue and issue has no parent issue. About issue has parent issue, you can hide and when user click on the arrow, it can be showed. Thank you

Good service, worth using

Comentários: Pretty good, better than using Jira because the interface is more user-friendly and the features are easier to use

Vantagens:

Sharing this information has been really helpful, and it reminds me of the old-school forum style where people supported each other

Desvantagens:

I’m having difficulty uploading the image through the html tab and sharing its link.

Comentários: My experience so far is good. I Appreciate the system.
Backlog is useful and it can really help to simplify the process within the organization and can monitor the task which is very essential in the organiztation.

Vantagens:

Team collaboration. It really helps with managing task within the organization and very useful because most of the team is working from home, we just need to use the backlog to monitor our progress in different projects.

Desvantagens:

Maybe can try improving some layouts. The ticketing feature in Backlog is needs to be enhance. Also, need to register all members so that they can send an email for support and etc.

Vantagens:

It's ui and ux interface. The website is so simple and easy to understand. It didn't even took me 2mins to understand the working of the website. I always use it whenever I manage any project. It is the best website.

Desvantagens:

To be honest, there's nothing to dislike about this website as i said I am using it ig for a year now. Never gave me any reason to mad about or get frustrated. Totally the best website.

Attachemnet upload actually i can able upload only one attachement for one issue

Comentários: It is good to use this product for project management.

Vantagens:

I like the Save as filter feature which is pretty easy get details quickly.

Desvantagens:

Dashboard UI is not that great and Recent Updates doesn't have any date filter and because of that I need to scroll too much.

Comentários: I love backlog - it provides a single location for me to gather all my tasks, thoughts, files, and more. It helps me keep up with the ever growing client demands that come in each day.

Vantagens:

Backlog really keeps my work on track. I can easily enter, edit, and share my to do lists so that my whole team can coordinate together!

Desvantagens:

I like the app itself, but there were some barriers to adoption. I think this was more of a company specific / people specific con though.

The title, description, order, and estimate.It is easy to use

For now there’s is no features missing. Actually I haven’t use backlog for long but it’s okay with my little experience with backlog and I can highly recommend it worth spending time and money.

Helps prioritize tasks, keeps your to-do list up-to-date, helps you focus on deadlines and it's very flexible.

Desvantagens:

It restricts storage for files with large sizes and it's always too long for larger projects making tasks become lost.

The low tech look and interface gives you comfort and does not overwhelm you.

Desvantagens:

UI is not as responsive as it should be. All pages load fully which takes time.

I have the activity and my comment in one tab in Page. I just want it 2 tabs.

Good tool for bugs tracking

Comentários: We are tracking UAT issues and so far, Backlog has been helpful in the entire process! I also like that it's easy to search and sort items as there are multiple filters you can apply.

Vantagens:

Reassignment of "assignee" is easy and beneficial for instances where there's a lot of back and forth between resources. And the attachment of images as well. You can insert the image at the position (in the message) where you want it.

Desvantagens:

none at the moment. I actually haven't explored the other functionalities (aside from adding an issue/task) so I cannot name anything that I dislike or the least.

- its very good tool to manage our tasks and clearly find report of execution of task.- Easy to device work among users.

Desvantagens:

- i didn't find anything to improve from your end.

Amazing tool

Comentários: Amazing and user friendly with simple and basic fields to use.

Vantagens:

It was very easy to use tool. Didn't face any issue at all.

Desvantagens:

On adding a comment on the Backlog ticket even the user changing the ticket should get an email. Not a big issue though.

I like that we only use one device to track all the defects that can be found.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes attaching image is confusing .

Vantagens:

Very easy to manage task.Hassle free edit start and out both times.Group tracking was top notch .In Backlog UI is very attractive from my side.

Desvantagens:

In my opinion need to add more feature like screenshot images video etc.

Tracking various projects issues with different status are made easy. I can also upload bugs/tasks from my phone which super handy.

Desvantagens:

Since I have not been using Backlog that long, I do not see anything that needs to be improved.
