Comentários: Minha experiência com o app tem sido ótima por todo o suporte que é oferecido ao usuário. É um app completo, principalmente se comparado a outros que possuem o mesmo propósito.

Vantagens:

A usabilidade e as ferramentas são incríveis para quem deseja fazer seus projetos, inclusive para quem não tem muita familiaridade com a tecnologia, isso porque é um app de fácil uso. A qualidade dos elementos em 3D é alta, dando um resultado de ótima qualidade para os projetos a serem realizados.

Desvantagens:

Infelizmente a maioria das funcionalidades é disponibilizada apenas para quem realizar uma assinatura. Além disso, o app tem agregado outros conteúdos para os usuários, fazendo-o ocupar mais espaço na memória do celular, assim como tira o foco do usuário.

If you are a E-Designer this is the perfect 3D interior design program

Comentários: I was introduced to Planner 5D four years ago when I needed to do 3D model after my student Revit expired and my sketchup wasn’t doing the job for my rendering needs. I found it a little challenging in the beginning but after watching the tutorials on You Tube, I got the hang of it. You’ll need it when you are doing second levels. All of my clients love their designs, they come realistic. I would advise to show the plans prior to rendering, because rendering can get pricey. You can put together plans quickly and make changes on the fly. I tell all of my friends to try this program. I wished I had it in school.

Vantagens:

The pricing is excellent, really quick to learn and every design is beautiful when it comes together and it offered on every major platform and on tablets. Easy to apply different textures, wallpapers and paint colors. Gorgeous renders.

Desvantagens:

I wished they offered curved and geometric objects to build with and more offerings for ceiling and roof treatments. The furniture catalog has come along way, but they need more offerings or be paired with larger retailers.

Planner 5D is simply fantastic! With it, I was able to unleash my creativity and turn my dreams into amazing design projects. Its intuitive interface and comprehensive features provided me with a fun and seamless experience while creating realistic visualizations of my interior spaces. Without a doubt, Planner 5D is an indispensable tool for those looking to carry out design projects in a professional and personalized manner.

About delay in rendering of project mostly

Very limted functionality

Comentários: All too often I feel I am working against the tool, instead of with it. This is annoying and time consuming.
If somebody can give me a tip about a better tool, with the functionality I am listing as missing, I will change in a snap.

Vantagens:

Nice 3d renderings, although hard to zoom in and out.

Desvantagens:

1: Buggy. Windows and doors skip around once added to a wall. I often have to put them back in place several times before they stuck. 2: I cannot create a room with irregular ceiling height, with different wall heights. The recommended "solution" using the magic cube is suboptimal, to say the least. If I replace a wall with a magic cube, I cannot add a window without losing the transparency. 3: I tried to create a loft with triangular end walls, which cost me all sorts of trickery and time, with a half-baked result. 4: Setting colors is a pain, because it is impossible to know to which part of an object (e.g. a window) a color square pertains. Trial-and-error is not good enough. Badly needed functionality: 1: Mark a room corner, and change its height, so that the adjacent walls and ceiling follow. 2: Change height of indivdual walls. 3: Make it possible to change size of each side and each edge of the magic cube, not only in the three spacial dimensions like now. 4: Make it possible to snap a door or window into the magich cube without losing the transparency. 5: We need a 'rubber band' grouping of objects, like in PowerPoint. 6: Grouped objects should be movable by arrow, not only ny mouse. 7: We need *menus* for grouping/ungrouping object, and a lot of more things.

Comentários: Absolutely awesome [sensitive content hidden] in Customer Service was one of the most awesome customer service people I have ever worked with. Very patient and thorough they did not give up until I was sorted out. I love this app. If you do this for work I would say offer it to your customers to play with their layouts then show them what you can do it would be a powerful tool in that way. Also if you have any questions or concerns I am going to ask for [sensitive content hidden] you should too

Vantagens:

I love how easy it is to use. I can make my own plans and share those ideas with contractors which is so awesome. I get to decide what I want to do myself and what I want to hire out for. I also get to see what’s feasible in my space before asking for the impossible.

Desvantagens:

I had a few glitches in the beginning but customer service was PHENOMENAL and sorted me out immediately. No cons for me. Maybe they could add pricing but that fluctuates so much based on market and date.

Super Helpful for our Zoo Redesign Challenge!

Comentários: Very happy with the capabilities. I have used it for courses, for physical planning purposes and redesign of spaces in the school as well. Love it!

Vantagens:

Customer service added free educational accounts for us so that we could use it for a zoo redesign challenge for the Minnesota Zoo. They were required to use a 3D design platform, but the free version was too limited so we were given free education licenses. The project was much more sophisticated and realistic as a result of using Planner 5D!

Desvantagens:

I wish it allowed the ability to resize without having to change the dimensions manually. I would like to be able to go to the corner of an object or room and increase the scale that way.

Comentários: Good, but not perfect, like any software in these developing days.

Vantagens:

Easy - to - use and very large catagory of 'things' that you can use.

Desvantagens:

You have to get premium for you to be able to use the entire range of furniture as an example. The pricing is a bit sneaky.

Quality Learning Tool

Comentários: Company was great and wonderful to work with in getting my students educational seat options.

Vantagens:

Students love the renderings and exploring features in 3d designs.

Desvantagens:

So far there hasn't been anything that we haven't like about 5D.

Comentários: Extremely happy- I love the design battles. I can’t wait for Sunday nights when a new one comes out. I look forward to it all week and appreciate the ability to develop my design skills further.

Vantagens:

I have enjoyed Planner 5D because for a novice like myself it’s been easy to learn, has great features and there are updates and new items added in often, the items provided are contemporary but also have range for difference in styles. I’m impressed that you can scan in a room and design it- this is something I’ve needed all my life for when I move, absolute game changer. Overall, it’s a great product and the customer service department has been quick and great to give answers/ solutions.

Desvantagens:

There are a few bugs to be fixed but they fix it relatively quickly and are happy to take the advice. Speaking with a customer service rep is easy and friendly.

easy to use. scan and start. customer service were very engaging. they helped me troubleshoot any issues rapidly.

what I liked least about it was the time it took for me to understand it but then after a while you get the hang of it

Forget the free trial

Comentários: Waste of time.

Vantagens:

If you are a homeowner and just want to do some simple reno planning, don't waste your time. Free mode gives you access to hardly any images - 1 or two toilets, no interior doors. Its really useless. You can't split a wall so you can accurately add a window, for example. Skip this one.

Desvantagens:

Options too limited. Suck you in with "Design for Free" but you have to pay to get any value other than shape of the room. I can do that on paper just as quickly.

Recommend For Interior Designer

Imagine a company who forces you to purchase the subscription during the free trial. Even if you cancel through their app, they will completely disregard it and still charge you through Apple subscriptions. A normal customer service would be understanding and refund you right away but this company takes your money and run with it. Horrendous. Save your $60.

Great Product for the price

There is an ease of use for this system. I love the drag and drop capabilities with plans and it makes rendering easy.

So far none but will come back if I ever do!
