Comentários: Fantastic!

Vantagens:

Ease of use. Communication tools between all users. Access to multiple job posting sites while only having to manage one application through Apploi's system.

Desvantagens:

Restrictions regarding listing salary or bonus information in the title of posts.

Five stars for Apploi

Vantagens:

I find Apploi economical, efficient and user friendly, even for boomers! I receive many more qualified candidates than I received thru any other platform and Apploi is also very budget friendly. In a world where turnover is the rule rather than the exception, Apploi has been a lifesaver.

Desvantagens:

I have no issues with Apploi but would suggest that perhaps we could rate applicants for future reference .

I dont know when initiated was able to access---now cannot get on system..I receive emails with names and phone numbers and depend on my administrator to inform me they even meet criteria

never could get into system to read information on applications

Comentários: Overall it was good. There are little things to improve on like the messaging system but otherwise I will continue to use Apploi

I loved the ease of use of Apploi when creating job listings.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes messages between people we were interviewing didn't show so we had to switch to emailing.

Apploi gets the job done.

Comentários: I do love Apploi. We are highly dependant on it. It does operate with Wellsky, though we don't really use that aspect of Apploi, because it is faster to do the work through Wellsky. Apploi has a lot of drawbacks, but if you need responses to a job posting, Apploi usually provides them, and that's why we use it again and again.

Vantagens:

We seldom have few replies; we are usually blessed with an abundance. Yes, it is sometimes like looking for a needle in a haystack, but I'd rather have a haystack full of a few good needles, than no needles at all. We have hired many good quality applicants through Apploi.

Desvantagens:

It has difficulty catching up. It's a slow system and it can't keep up with you if you're in a hurry, and we're always in a hurry. There needs to be a better way to weed out applicants when they don't have the right qualification, or at least when there is nothing on their resume but their name!

Finding quality staff has never been so easy!

Vantagens:

Apploi is user friendly and up to date with all the tools and resources an employer needs to find quality applicants in a timely manner.

Desvantagens:

The new look has been a little harder to get used to, but I am working on it.

It can be slow when resetting after different parameters are put in

I love Apploi!

Comentários: My experience has been excellent so far. I have been successful in recruiting quality employees. Learning this system as a new user was very easy. If there have been any questions, the support team at Apploi has been able to assist me timely.

Vantagens:

Apploi is very user friendly for publishing open positions, reviewing new applicants, communicating with applicants, setting up interviews and adding them to my Outlook Calendar. The text/email templates setup make it quick and easy to communicate with applicants. Overall, Apploi is efficient and effective for our ATS needs.

Desvantagens:

There is nothing I can think of currently that I would improve on Apploi.

Most User Friendly, Self-Explanatory Recruitment App for Employers!

Comentários: Above Average! Very Positive! 10x's better than the previous system our company used (can't give names, sorry).

Vantagens:

Extremely user friendly. There's a button/note for everything! I love that I can keep track, so closely, to my applications.

Desvantagens:

I have heard from more than one candidate that the automated interview reminders are excessive (although I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing). Personally, I don't like that once I change the status of an application, it sends an automatic text/email to the candidate. I want to send personalized ones each time to fit my availability.

Fantastic System our Employes Love

Comentários: Melanie is a great support to our team and we love that we are currently sponsoring our jobs directly on Apploi who push for us to spend less instead of more like Indeed does. Our employees love the software!

Vantagens:

We love the ease of use and clarity with finding the right information needed and the way messages are automated, making our job so much easier.

Desvantagens:

We aren't able to reach anyone over the phone for support although it's not needed very often. We've had to do numerous edits to our onboarding docs to make them more functional, but the Apploi team was able to get it right.

Vantagens:

I can get e-mails when someone applies. This allows me to respond to an applicant in a timely manor. I also get e-mails when the applicant texts or e-mails. Again this allows for a timely response

Desvantagens:

Sometimes it is hard to ensure that documents are sent to the applicant

Apploi is extremely helpful

Vantagens:

Onboarding is easy and fast, I like that everyone is organized in the system and I can archive those I don't want to see all the time.

Desvantagens:

My list of employees is not alphabetized when I look at the dashboard.

Apploi makes hiring process simple

Comentários: Apploi makes the review of applicants easy. Everything is organized and in one place. You can communicate with applicants directly and keep track of the communication. Its a quick reference to track where you are in the hiring process of applicants

Vantagens:

It makes organizing and review applicants simple. Very ease to communicate with applicants

Desvantagens:

There is not anything that i do not like about apploi

When a new applicant is first emailed or texted through appoli it should update the status of the applicant.

Anyone can use Apploi. Great applicate/recruiting platform.

Desvantagens:

N/A at this time. Easier to use than the other plateforms.

Committed/Apploi Review

Comentários: We were having difficulty getting the customer support attention we needed until we started working with Greg Cherry who has been an absolute pleasure and resourceful to work with.

Vantagens:

I like the ability to filter by promoted job posts so we can best track it.

Desvantagens:

I would like to ability to get notifications in my email with the job location because we use 1 job title for 100s of job posts.

Quick and Easy

Comentários: I quickly had my interviews done and then we moved on with the next process for the applicants. Now they are hired and already to go.

Vantagens:

It's easier to book interviews because the app sends the text or email directly to the applicant. They reply back and we could schedule the interviews.

Desvantagens:

That any walk-in applicant has to be put into the app manually. Why because some of them didn't leave an email and on the app, you have to put an email if not you cannot go ahead to the next process.

Vantagens:

Automatic application process is really good. I like how we can directly message the candidates and not use our personal phone.

Desvantagens:

Noting. Really good system. Maybe add monthly trending report? That would be a great feature to have emailed out.

Comentários: It has been positive. It didn't take long to understand how to use it.

Vantagens:

The ease of use and the text/email option. It is a very user-friendly program. I also like that you can simply add a candidate to a job if their shift availability changes after interview.

Desvantagens:

Not being able to create job openings on my own. It would also be nice to be able to pause an opening if a specific department is full.

Being that I travel sometimes its hard for me to have access to apploi for other buildings.
