Low waiting times in getting technical support from them. Lots of tools and features.

As you have lots of settings available, some times you get puzzled were to configure it properly, for instance when setting up notifications groups/teams.

Vantagens:

As notificações de alertas críticos pelo aplicativo do Site24x7, além dos alertas por SMS.

Desvantagens:

Cobrança em dolar americano, apesar do site ser traduzido para o PT-BR as cobranças são todas em dolar, aumentando os curtos com impostos.

Já trabalhei com várias ferramentas de NOC, mas o Site 24x7 se superou em tudo, é muito fácil instalar e configurar, conseguimos monitorar todos os ativos críticos, estou achando ele excelente.

Gostei bastante das integrações com o office365, Azure, Amazon e do monitoramento completo de Websites

An amazing monitoring solution with a reasonable price tag

Comentários: Quick and easy to set up with plenty of documentation and configurable options with a price tag that won't make your C level bat an eye.

Vantagens:

Alerts can easily be customized to be as noisy as you want or not at all and everywhere in-between. A lot of options such as SMS/Email/etc for alerting as well fantastic bonus features such as a NOC view makes this product stand out from the rest.

Desvantagens:

The recorded steps feature overall is great but I would like the ability more easily edit the steps as right now it's a little too complex to modify the existing recording.

Site 24x7 simple but powerful!

Comentários: Overall, my experience has been great if not excellent. Their suite of applications provide a “one stop shop” for almost all IT related support software. The ease of implementation coupled with the extensive capabilities of the product greatly outperform competitors and the best part, it’s priced just right.

Vantagens:

1. Setup is a breeze 2. Very intuitive, easy to navigate, and understand the various functions 3. Included features actually add value and are not hidden behind paywalls 4. Free trial

Desvantagens:

1. Application support can be better. While responses are prompt, support typically points you to help documentation that may have already been read. Sometimes human assistance is preferred. 2. Custom report creation could be more straightforward. I found it difficult to create certain report types in which i needed to select all for attributes\groups but didn't find the option easily

Reliable Uptime Monitoring with Comprehensive Features

Comentários: My overall experience with Site24x7 has been really positive. It's a reliable tool that does exactly what we need—monitor uptime and performance across our websites and servers. The alerts are quick, and the insights have helped us prevent downtime and stay ahead of issues. While there’s a learning curve with some advanced features, once you get the hang of it, it becomes an essential part of managing our online presence. It’s given us peace of mind and saved us a lot of time troubleshooting potential problems.

Vantagens:

What I like most about Site24x7 is how reliable and easy their uptime monitoring is. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if something goes wrong with our website or servers, I’ll get an instant alert so we can fix it fast. The reports are detailed but not overwhelming, and I appreciate that I can check on things from pretty much anywhere. Their global monitoring locations are also a huge plus, as we can see how our site is performing in different regions. It’s user-friendly, and the insights really help us stay on top of any performance issues before they turn into bigger problems.

Desvantagens:

It’s not the easiest to set up custom dashboards without spending some time learning the system.

Great monitoring services for MSPs

Comentários: We've been using Site24x7 for multiple years now to externally monitor external FW/Router interfaces, URLs, and SSL Certs. The product is consistent and accurate in reporting failures according to the set thresholds, with no false positives whatsoever.

Vantagens:

1- Permanent links to provide to our customers. 2- Dedicated customer login portal. 3- On-prem pollers. 4- Custom dashboards 5- Scheduling automations. 6- Integrations with PSA platforms.

Desvantagens:

1- The admin GUI could be a bit tricky, with multiple "Admin" tabs at each customer level. 2- Inability to generate historical logs/events for monitors if they are in a failure state. 3- Support could take a while to investigate a case.

The UI is a little confusing at first, but relatively easy to navigate after spending some time in it.

Comentários: It is a great tool with a lot of features. It would be great if they could add an initial configuration wizard to help setup some of the initial settings.

It is very reliable and works well when configured properly. It also has a lot of features under the hood.

Vantagens:

Easy Integration. Up and Running in an instant. Whole thing was set up for the whole website and support servers in less than an hour.

Desvantagens:

The german translation could be a little bit better. it's not bad it's just a bit funny or unusual at some points.

Comentários: Overall experience is very good. It answers most of our needs in terms of monitoring services.

Vantagens:

* Easy to use* Web Monitoring* Server monitoring* Integration with many different services and plugins* Log MonitoringOverall a good and not that expensive monitoring service.

Desvantagens:

* Support is hard to get, and when you get them, this usually first tier that will redirect you to someone else.* I Wish I could configure Selenium tests with ease - not the case today.

Good out of the box solution.

Comentários: It works great out of the box, super easy to setup, and support has always been VERY fast to respond to, and fix any issues we've had.

Vantagens:

The site is easy to use and setup is a breeze. We use it to monitor servers, networks and websites. I like that it automatically adds numerous monitors for other server roles when the agent is installed (SQL, IIS, etc etc).

Desvantagens:

I think the only thing is is lacking, is a more robust granular alerting system. That being said, it offers what I think are similar options as all of it's competitors, and most of the time you need a 3rd party service to have SUPER granular alert setups.

It has most of the features you'll want, but they won't work well

Comentários: We still use Site24x7 for some monitors and for their status page, but we backed off and completely stopped using them for some things like APM and AppLogs because those services flat out didn't work. If their site provided a reason why something stopped working I'd be more okay with making the adjustment to fix it, but I cannot spend this much time working with their support on the most basic functionality. Anything critical we've moved over to NewRelic for now.

Vantagens:

It supports a large variety of products and services built-in. The agents are fairly easy to install/setup. There is a decent amount of documentation available. Custom monitor plugins are very easy to create.

Desvantagens:

Doesn't support all the latest languages and platforms. They are a little slow at adding the latest and greatest. Their agents seem a little hacked together are are not as resource efficient as others. You have to manually upgrade/downgrade your plan as your usage changes. Most/All portions won't automatically scale and don't even have an option for them to, so things will stop working as you grow and you'll be over-billed as you shrink. Their PHP APM flat out doesn't work. Things will stop working and give you no indication as to why. You must reach out to support, wait a day or so, they will ask for logs, wait a day or so, provide some feedback. Then a week or month later you'll have to do it all over again.

Site24x7 - Excellent Cost/Benefit

Comentários: fantastic. could not be happier with the product. it lets us sleep at night, unless there are problems, of course!

Vantagens:

Site24x7 provides an excellent monitoring service for internal process and external service monitoring, at a very low cost. The integrations with different notification channels lets us target the appropriate audience for the messages. The API for creating and activating/deactivating monitors is very user-friendly and intuitive.

Desvantagens:

Not much, been a happy customer for 8+ years!
