Comentários: Trustpilots are part of my incetive at work so I tend to make sure that my name appear on the platform and trust pilots work the same as google reviews

The fact that a customer can mention my name and the whole world will know that I provided an efficient service

Trustpilot has a very user-friendly UI and UX on their main dashboard. I also really like the UI design choice, for example the stars symbol, they look really pretty

The tool is not powerful in letting me filter out and know for sure whether the reviewers are authentic people or just bots.

Disappointing Service and Misleading Practices

I approached the company with a serious concern that directly contradicted their community guidelines. Rather than receiving a thoughtful response, I was met with robotic, automated replies. These messages, which were ostensibly translated into Danish, failed to address the specific issues I raised. It's perplexing and frustrating to receive a response in a language that suggests no genuine effort to understand my initial communication. Furthermore, the company's reliance on automated responses underlines a significant gap between their professed values and actual practices. It's disheartening to see a company talk about authenticity and customer engagement, only to hide behind generic, automated messages that offer no real solutions or acknowledgments of the problem. The irony is that their replies often reference their guidelines and rules, which, from my experience, they don't seem to follow themselves. This contradiction not only undermines their credibility but also highlights a worrying lack of accountability. For a company that is part of a platform like Trustpilot, which is designed to foster transparency and honest feedback, this behavior is particularly concerning. It's essential for such platforms to represent companies that genuinely interact and engage with their customers. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience. In conclusion, I am left with a sense of profound disappointment and frustration. The service I received was far from the sincere, problem-solving approach I expected. If the company is genuinely interested in improving and upholding its standards, I urge them to reevaluate their customer interaction strategies and start practicing what they preach. Until then, I can only advise others to approach this company with caution.

What I like best about Trustpilot is the fact that they make you go through a screening process to detour people from leaving fake reviews or trying to blackmail or bribe merchants.

Comentários: Personally wouldn't recommend Trustpilot. It's a have-to-use in some cases but I wouldn't pay for it.

Very little accountable to help us prevent 1* reviews that were left by competitors or none-genuine sources. The paid plan feels like a big commitment for very little gain.

Comentários: I have been using trustpilot for years, I am always looking for new methods of online earning and investment, the web is now a jungle that includes many types of worlds, good and bad, I use trustpilot mainly to be able to make a first online selection and to understand so which websites are more reliable than others. On many occasions it has allowed me to fall into guaranteed scams, in fact the websites were perfectly created and seemed to be reliable sites, but reading the reviews on trustpilot, left by unfortunate people who had fallen for it before me, I understood that instead it was a scam that would have cost me money and time. I must say that very often trustpilot, thanks to the positive reviews, has allowed me to discover websites that I didn't know. Fundamental division into categories to find new inspiration.

It is very professional review platform. All reviews are assesed by the platform, hence only reliable review are very helpful. Resulting I know what to expect when doing a first time ordering at a company withour worrying about mal practices.

Comentários: Using it for less than half year. It's easy to implement but it's hard to uplift feedback score when you start from industry average rating (3.6 in my case)

It's respected by many people. It's recognised in most organisations. It's important if you sell stuff on your own website.

Companies who aren't on Trustpilot are at a huge disadvantage. Makes it easy for them to handle complaints, but mostly it can convince customers to dare take the leap of faith and use your services (at least when scores are on the higher end and complaints are handled professionally).

There's a sense of a lack of control. If you manage your business poorly or sell a subpar product you might lose credibility from an excess of bad reviews.

Trustpilot offers an easy way to see how users evaluate service providers and possible collaborators, helping my business decide who to use and who to avoid. Similarly, it is a trusted platform to engage my own customers in case they have an issue with what I provide.

It is a little too easy for complaints to remain on the platform even though issues have been resolved between customer and provider.
