One place to store and access all credentials, knowledge base and Standard Operating Procedures.

Desvantagens:

IT Glue is a static resource. No dynamic updates.

Great product. Very strong in features.

Comentários: I have been very happy with the product and support. Of course there are always things that can be improved in the opinion of one user, but overall I have been very happy with it. I would love to be included in small sessions where us as the users, could show an IT Glue Team Member, some of the ways we use it and therefore how this might be improved.

Vantagens:

It is a great place to store a lot of information securely. It has a lot of great features.

Desvantagens:

Word processing has a lot to be desired and I would love to see some tweaks to the alerting of warranty expiries. I would also like to see some additional functions and nagging features within checklists.

Vantagens:

The main structure and functionality is reasonably good.

Desvantagens:

The search function is very poor. Results can be varied, and it frustrates my team regularly. The lack of ability to imbed/import certain formats into the documents/articles is annoying at times.

Easy to use. Great place to store documentation. Would recommend to all MSP's.

Desvantagens:

Contracts!.. If your a MSP you would want this service so why do you have to be on a contract. What if you have a Part Time and when they leave you still have to pay. Passwords are not tested to make sure they are not on the dark web, Secure, or used multiple times. MFA Should come up before the Password.

Comentários: Overall it is very good. Search could be faster, but on the whole it has revolutionized our business.

IT Glue organizes our client data in a fantastic, searchable format that saves tons of time

Desvantagens:

A few things: - when searching, you cannot tap enter after your search term or an annoying context menu opens that can only be cancelled by pressing escape. Super counter-intuitive - Consistency: it would be great if we could past inline images everywhere (like in passwords) and not just in certain arbitrary areas. - LAN diagrams should be larger in the preview window, lots of wasted real estate

Comentários: I've been using ITGlue at my last 2 jobs and have never had any issues with it.

Vantagens:

Its great to be able to access important IT information anywhere at anytime

I have no cons that I can think of ever since I have used IT Glue.

It can be cumbersome and there are more features available than we are using right now.

Vantagens:

One place for literally everything - documentation, configurations, passwords, MFA, custom flexible assets. It has the ability to "take/sync" to so many other things, like Manage, Automate, Quickpass, and others.

Desvantagens:

Occasionally I have trouble with advanced formatting to text in documents.

Does it's Job well!

Comentários: It's been really good. As mentioned in the "Cons", the only down fall is we've had the freedom to make a mess of some of our documentation, and we've had to re-organize a couple times, but that's on us more than on them.

Vantagens:

it's ease of use and search features. I also like that it tracks domains and SSL certificates.

Desvantagens:

It gives you lots of freedom to make a mess of your own documentation

Comentários: IT Glue has been a tremendous add to our stack.

Vantagens:

- Integration with our RMM and PSA works seamlessly - Flexible assets that are ready for import have a great amount of coverage. - Reputation offers a way to motivate employees to engage with documentation

Desvantagens:

- There is not much I don't like about IT Glue, but if I had to choose something it would be the ability to have a templatized environment for different typed of clients.

It is a great product that does exactly what it is supposed to do and integrates with all our other utilities.

Desvantagens:

It logs us out of the browser too often when we are idle.

A Significant Timesaver, with amazing Organization tools and Flexible UI

Comentários: My Overall experience with IT Glue was amazing. Getting things done Quicker, Easier and the Best part: It's all organized, within just a couple of click really. The Integration support also makes things significantly easier. So overall, amazing really

Vantagens:

Simplicity. It's simple and easy to get around. I really love the Quick Search Keys like Q for Quick Search in whatever site you are on. It's really a very-very noticable timesaver. I also like the Intergrations you can have with iT-Glue, like NinjaOne, which is very nice to have on hand.

Desvantagens:

The Mobile App. The Mobile app UI feels a little to cluttered. I think the Desktop Website UI would be a better fit overall. I know the app allows that, but i still don't like how it works. What i also don't like, is that you can't stay logged in. Would be nice to get an option with "Remember me for 30/14/7 Days", without needing to log in again. I get that it's for security, but i really would just like to have the option.

Secure and reliable

Comentários: We have been using IT Glue for a very long time and we haven't had any major issues. Our client's data is kept secure.

Vantagens:

IT Glue is great for keeping all your client documentation secure and in an orderly way. The integration with our PSA and RMM solutions ensure that everything is kept up to date and we don't have to update everything in 3 separate places.

Desvantagens:

The add-ons. We are paying for the top license yet there re still more add-ons that have to be purchased separately if you want to utilize all aspects of the software.

Comentários: It works as a shared data repository and can be available for customer access also.

Vantagens:

Central location for all important shared data.

Desvantagens:

The mobile app is not fully functional. Documents are not available.

Comentários: Overall it's a very easy tool to use once you get the hang of it. It integrates well with just about anything.

The automation and information it provides all in one place.

Some of the integrations can be a little complex to set up.

Excellent Product

Comentários: So far it has been excellent, easy to use and navigate. Integrations were easy to execute and get sync'd up

Vantagens:

Easy to use and navigate and integrate 3rd part applications like Datto RMM.

Desvantagens:

When syncing the devices from Datto RMM, I had to essentially confirm all the devices page by page. I would have like to had an "approve all" button

Comentários: To properly comprehend and make use of all the functions, there can be a steep learning curve that takes a lot of time and effort.

Vantagens:

I just started working with IT Glue and it makes collaboration streamlined with my more experienced colleagues. It keeps clients' information organized and easily accessible.

Desvantagens:

The learning curve can be steep, requiring significant time and effort to fully understand and utilize all features.

What your IT department has been missing.

Comentários: This chanced the game for my company. Tech could easily find the information they need to fix an issue as well as find problem equipment and replace them before they took down any of our services.

Vantagens:

This program can take your whole knowledge base and still have room to add more. It also integrates into many of the RMA to give you a detailed note of your assets to make it easier to see patterns and issues. Then there are the several tools IT Glue has to find the data you have stored in a fast and efficient way. The flow is just something words cannot explain.

Desvantagens:

I do not have any. IT Glue does what it claims to do and does it well.

Safe storage for all your important passwords

Vantagens:

Having a safe offsite location that we can all access at different levels of access for all our critical passwords, contact data, disaster recovery planning and more is such a fundamental key part of any IT infrastructure. IT Glue provides exactly that, and does it very well.

Desvantagens:

It is not the cheapest solution but its the best for a reason and you'll be glad you used it if the unthinkable happens and you find yourself in disaster recovery scenario

Vantagens:

I love all the features, they are all good and unique, and everyday use

Desvantagens:

nothing much, because it is useful for me and in out company.

Simple Knowledgebase management

Vantagens:

Simple and lightweight. Page loading is fast so it does not feel like a pain while working through IT Glue

Desvantagens:

Search sometimes breaks and does not give intended results though I know what I am searching is in it.

Excellent Product

Comentários: Excellent and easy to navigate. With great support.

Vantagens:

All the integrations with more to come in the future.

Desvantagens:

So far, none. Have not had any bad experiences.
