We love the integrated confirmations and client contact system Meevo 2 provides, the online booking and appointment scheduling is so easy.
The amount of time and stress the on boarding cost me was exhausting. Also, trying to sort out editing the actual system and not the ‘ghost’ training platform.

The product is amazing but the customer support that is offered for the initial setup is superb!
Vantagens:
I love the ease of use between any device from an iPad, iPhone, MacBook, Desktop its all effortless!
Desvantagens:
Setting up the security settings at first is a bit much, however you have much ability to limit what each member of your team has access to. Once you get passed the first step it is awesome!

Comentários: My overall experience with MEEVO is outstanding! We have been approached by other vendors who cannot deliver the quality of tech support, integration and reporting. MEEVO takes business to a higher level of success backed by quality training, Inspo, and metrics.
Vantagens:
Meevo checks all the boxes for client management, staff management, inventory, marketing, online booking, egift cards as well as amazing reporting capabilities to track everything from payroll to metrics. It's a no-brainer for any savvy business owner in the Salon/Spa, Massage business.
Desvantagens:
The interfaces with external vendors don't always work seamlessly. For example, we use Salon Clouds for our SOAP notes and duplicate client management requires a bit of extra work on our end.

Vantagens:
Very easy to use. Loved the color coordinating. Also reports were never wrongs
Desvantagens:
We used meevo before the new update. Not sure what it’s like now, but a lot of our clients were not getting appointment reminders.

Vantagens:
Confirmation Manager and Textel (Meevo Messenger) are game changers!!
Desvantagens:
The horizon in the appointment book. When clients check-in, other than the check indicator, that appointment should change colors, and once that client checks out they should change another color, not just being crossed out.

Comentários: I LOVE MEEVO! Everything about it from scheduling, to booking, to payroll, to reports are just amazing.
Vantagens:
Honestly there is nothing that I don't love about Meevo! I used it at a previous facility I managed and it was a no brainer to bring in when we were looking for a new platform to use at my latest job.
Desvantagens:
That somehow clients often get confused when doing online booking and book multiple services for themselves when trying to book for a group. Then because we require a deposit for online booking it can be a challenge getting that deposit to apply to the correct appointment once the servicing guest has been corrected.

Best software for our Salon and Spas!
Comentários: I am very happy with the Meevo software and customer support we receive. The training is easy and convenient, which helps to get new hires using it quickly!
Vantagens:
How easy it is to use the software. I like being able to customize things. But mostly the customer service is outstanding!
Desvantagens:
I honestly cant think of anything! The only I dont like, is when my receptionists dont use the corect client name and make a new one! But it is easy to fix, by using intelli merge or manual merge of duplicate clients.

Vantagens:
I LOVE the reporting features. This is awesome!!
Desvantagens:
The layout could be better to make the other features seamless. We have to do a lot of clicking and this could be more functional. There isn't a way to categorize on the screen.

user friendly and well rounded software
Comentários: I have worked with millennium/ meevo for over 20 years now. meevo is great and well constructed above many other salon/spa softwares out there.
Vantagens:
the reporting is great to really see what's happening daily in company. smart centers are great for coaching and goal setting. meevo is always open to make changes and add new functions for the changes in industry.
Desvantagens:
some reports are too broad and not always detailed enough but there have been some new changes that are nice. once a new idea is implemented it takes so long for it to go live.

Multi-Location User
Vantagens:
Meevo offers a lot of great benefits for multi-locations. It is easy to navigate between locations. Central Office is great to see individual numbers or combined data.
Desvantagens:
I wish some of the reports were customizable to get specific data we need. Would also be nice to see staff rewards/incentive platform. Something we can setup to acknowledge when then hit goals. Would also be nice if it interacted more with Aveda for automatic price increases.

Meevo is worth it
Comentários: Overall switching to Meevo was a good decision and makes the daily work flow run more smoothly.
Vantagens:
I love how my stylists get notifications when a client checks in. I like that there are many integrations that can be added. The customer service is great!
Desvantagens:
The transition to integrate Tippy and Meevo Pay were a little rocky.

Meevo is the Best Salon Software currently on the market.
Comentários: I have used Meevo with 3 different businesses. I have found it to be easy to use, answers to questions are easily found and support from Meevo is always good.
Vantagens:
Covers all the bases for running an appointment based business. Training and set up are well done. Support is great. Meevo continues to improve itself. We have two businesses in one location and it keeps track of clients and appointments very well.
Desvantagens:
I don't have anything at this point. Meevo addresses concerns very well.

Customizable and Customer Focused
Vantagens:
Meevo has many options and abilities to customize the software to the business. I appreciate the branding opportunities and the way you can update and adjust so many features.
Desvantagens:
I wish they allowed you better marketing options with email. It seems difficult and frustrating that they say Meevo brings over the guests to market to but its not that easy to do.

Comentários: Great tool to have in a bust salon-for the most part user friendly. More importantly, customer service is GREAT! When I need help, they are there to assist in a professional polite manner.
Vantagens:
Meevo is very easy to use for its appointment book and client data base. I is very easy to find information and pull from for marketing.
Desvantagens:
Reports can be a bit more user friendly-better explanations, easier to find.

Meevo is a secret weapon for accurate medical spa retail sales and and analysis.
Comentários: Exceptionally responsive to us (their customer).
Vantagens:
Cost of set up and monthly fee. Opportunity for add-ons. MEEVO pay Transaction fees and streamlined process, data analysis, retail and customer focused. They get it.
Desvantagens:
Would like it to add EMR for small purely medical spa practices.

Won't use any other software
Comentários: Five star. We came from a salon that used Meevo, and previously Millennium. I have been a big Meevo/Millennium supporter for years. I won't even consider speaking to anyone else regarding their services.
Vantagens:
Ease of use, amazing customer service and education, lots of add on options
Desvantagens:
My only want is for only booking to have a request only option for stylist. We have stylists who are request only and unfortunately we cannot offer for their clients to book with them online without opening them up to non request clients.

User Friendly
Comentários: I have Meevo to be easy to use and the customer support is great
Vantagens:
Meevo is easy to use with many helpful reports
Desvantagens:
Meevo does not allow me to run payroll numbers for dates that are not exactly the same as the pay period. It also does not have the option to change a pay rate only as if a certain day. You cannot change a person's pay in the middle of a pay period and if you go back and run a prior period, it uses the current rate

So easy to learn the system and become comfortable.
Desvantagens:
If you don’t know how to perform a specific function, the lack of icons to press is limited, and it can take a while to figure out new issues your company deals with.

Comentários: It is such a user friendly system. Smooth process in booking appointments, including several appointments for same client.
Vantagens:
The ease of learning the system is awesome. If I have questions, I have no problem finding within Meevo, and/or Meevo training.
Desvantagens:
Hitting the back button!! Really there is nothing to complain about.

The whole system is so user friendly and easy to train on . The tech support is amazing! The development team asks for and really listens to feedback and implements changes.
Desvantagens:
I can't think of anything specific, but the great thing is that the MEEVO team is so innovative, that they are constantly working on keeping it current and cutting edge!

I like that it is easy to use and train new employees to us.
Desvantagens:
Since we are a school having people with the same name can get difficult as you can’t use the same username.

Meevo is a must
Comentários: I have had a great overall experience with Meevo. They have so much to offer and I am learning my way through it!
Vantagens:
I was so scared to change softwares, but Meevo made it very easy!! It was a huge change for myself and my staff, but with the "sandbox" feature it eased us all into it!
Desvantagens:
I don't have any dislikes as of right now.
