Great software that saves time and Nice people to help anytime needed

Comentários: More time to focus on everything else and less time having to do admin work.

Vantagens:

You can almost do everything you need with in the software. They keep adding more and more integrations so eventually it will all be in one place and I love it.

Desvantagens:

I do not like the home page layout as it is a little intimidating to my new staff when training them and they find it confusing. Its okay once you get used to it though.

User friendly

Vantagens:

It is very easy to use. The Jackrabbit team is super helpful setting you up. If you have any questions they get back to you very quickly!

Desvantagens:

Would like to see more done through the parent portal side.

Swim School with Jackrabbit

Comentários: Jackrabbit has a lot of features for managing classes, students, and payment processing. It is hampered by an extremely outdated user interface that makes training very difficult.

Vantagens:

It can handle multiple types of classes and allows us to bill customers each month through recurring payments. It integrates with our website, so class availability is updated automatically.

Desvantagens:

The user interface has way too many buttons and is very difficult to navigate. Simple tasks such as moving a student to a different class requires way too many clicks. Additionally, the Staff Portal show all the classes even if there's no one enrolled.

Powerful System with Powerful Support

Comentários: Clunky at first, however slowly but surely I'm learning great ways to make my work more efficient.

Vantagens:

The features and updates seem to be a direct result of user feedback. The constant trainings and webinars are amazing and truly over-the-top customer service. The community is great and Jackrabbit does a great job of using community as a resource.

Desvantagens:

It's a lot for someone new to learn and with multiple ways of doing things, it can be a little overwhelming - BUT the support Jackrabbit gives more than compensates for this.

Jackrabbit Swim Review

Comentários: It’s been great! Sometimes the updates are hard to follow but I’ve always found that they are better in the long-run. It’s been more than efficient for the needs of our company.

Vantagens:

It’s very easy to get help if need me and the fact that they listen and apply updates to help with the issues we come across.

Desvantagens:

It’s not a user friendly when trying to access the website from your smartphone. There’s a few options that don’t actually work when you try to use your phone’s internet browser instead of your computer’s internet browser.

Vantagens:

Being able to Chat with humans to help solve a probity would take me hours to figure out. Very disappointing the hours have been modified to start so late. When admin get work done in the am before classes start

Desvantagens:

JR is a very powerful system to the point where you can’t not pull simple information from one module ie students to another transactions. You have to kick a lot of reports out to create simple reports.

Great for swim school owners

Comentários: I’ve used jackrabbit Swim for two years. I recommend it to lots of people as a business owner with multiple locations and multiple instructors with both one on one instruction and Group Lessons. This has been the most fitting software for me.

Vantagens:

I love how easy the software is for me to use as a manager, I love the reports, I love that my instructors can log on and see their classes. I love there’s a place for my instructors. I love that my waivers are signed automatically.

Desvantagens:

My only con is that in the off-season in order to not be billed for a lot of customers I have to manually go in and move my database over to a lead, my other con is my client’s find it hard to use from their side

Raving for JackRabbit

Comentários: Very useful tool for recreational programming. Does take some admins work off hand, but it quite a bit of work to get all information transferred to a facility's original software, to a new one, JackRabbit.

Vantagens:

The calendar! Hovering toggle over class prompting class details to pop up.

Desvantagens:

Skill editing options. A bit confusing to check skill progress that's assigned to the class, versus skill being assigned to a kiddos profile. Downloading individual PDF pages, to send progress reports to families without having it include the progress of the whole class.

TSC Office Administrator and Swim Instructor

Comentários: Information was readily available for every tasks I performed as an administrator. As an instructor it was easy to update student data and manage my on instructor schedule and profile.

Vantagens:

It’s efficient for consolidating and evaluating trends clientelle registration and determining product needs. It is also efficient evaluating accounting specifics and tracking swimmers’ oerformance. I especially value how data interfaces with other applications for seamless management of operations. It’s easy to use and teach others to use.

Desvantagens:

I liked it overall. However, when scheduling classes and assigning instructors duplication sometimes occurred

Useful platform with ease of use

Comentários: I have used JR for over a decade and overall enjoy it. It is simple for staff and parents to use the portal. We use it for family registration, enrollment, staff hours, reports for backend office, and managing our daily classes.

Vantagens:

I like the color schedule grid for classes and then separating them into different income categories. Helps with reports and finding classes that bring the most revenue in.

Desvantagens:

Some small tweaks with new features I would like to see added for ease of use. I like the new features, but sometimes there is more work or steps to get what you want.

Aquatic School Review

Vantagens:

Joackrabbit can do most things if you can figure out how. If you can't figure it out, their customer service is excellent to help and they take feedback to build out new features.

Desvantagens:

We are excited for the check-in feature to be added for parents and for when we can choose which classes automatically get makeups and which class types do not so that we are able to use the function to let parents submit their own absences.

Game Changing Software for our business

Comentários: We love JackRabbit. They have great customer service, they are continually rolling out improvements and have really helped make our business easier to run!

Vantagens:

I love the ease of use for parents and staff alike. It puts most of the functionality of our business in one place.

Desvantagens:

The only downside we have seen so far is not having open API which makes us have to do a handful of things manually instead of being automated. It still adds a ton of value, this is just a direction we hope they head in the future.

Comentários: Overall ut works good with the exception of a couple of situations that should be improved.

Vantagens:

That all of our classes are purchased online freeing up an employee from dealing with the mundane task of setting up a schedule.

Desvantagens:

The inability for the pare ts to change lessons without call and waisting an employees time.

I love jackrabbit

The support center that is always available. The ease of use when it comes to batch editing and posting and processing payments.

Desvantagens:

Not having multiple registration forms so I can’t do lessons or camp with the same form

Comentários: So far this is the best software that I have come across while running my swim school. It has defiantly increase the number of students that we are able to take.

Vantagens:

I like how many different things I can keep track of.

Desvantagens:

I wish it was easier to do private lessons with this software.

Works well for our purposes

Comentários: Positive - it does have many features that are very useful

The limited ability to customize tasks - for example not being able to set closed dates for different locations

Jackrabbit swim

Vantagens:

It keeps track of kids birthday and aged, gives us the oppurtinity to put them in the correct class.

Desvantagens:

the new schedule update, unable to see all the classes at the same time.

A learning curve, but once you get going its pretty easy

Comentários: As a novice there was a learning curve, but It does what I need it to do and once you use it for a week or so it becomes pretty simple.

Vantagens:

I like the weekly calender, gives a great snapshot of the schedule for a week

Desvantagens:

Opening mutliple windows, need an app for sure

JackRabbit is one of the better swim school software out there.

Vantagens:

JackRabbit is pretty user friendly for companies and customers alike. We like the flexibility of creating classes and how it ties into our website!

Desvantagens:

The software updates are great but it would be nice to have more input on these updates so that we can make sure that our settings aren't being changed without us noticing.

Comentários: Overjoyed

Vantagens:

Customer support is just unbelievable.. Reporting is incomparable.

Desvantagens:

slightly complex to navigate and find areas within the platform, but support is never far away.

Overall good product

Comentários: Overall good product and easy to use. Would recommend to others, but would also love to work with Jackrabbit to be able to customize a bit further.

Vantagens:

It is user friendly and I appreciate the video tutorials in the help section. Much better than having to email someone and wait for a response, so they are thorough and cover almost every single topic you could be looking for. Parents have found the Parent/Portal easy to use as well.

Desvantagens:

There is some information I need to order to run each session that is not collected so I have to email participants to collect that necessary data (such as parent/guardian DOB is needed to enter them as members of the facility). Also I wish when pulling transactions to process payments, it would pull those that have paid already as well (and label them as paid) so I don't think I have missing payments. When transfer participants between sessions, the data does not always track automatically either (I have to shuffle participants a decent amount because they registered for the wrong class or need to combine classes) and when I go to process payments, typically the missing transactions belong to those that were transferred from one class to another. Leaving me to track them down individually to process payment.

Versatile software for any swim school

Comentários: The software saves me so much time and it's super easy for parents to use.

Vantagens:

The ease of parents being able to book on and pay and see their child's progress. Copying classes each term in bulk and automatically booking swimmers on. Saves so much time.

Desvantagens:

Can be difficult to find what you're looking for.

Comentários: Its been great. My coach. [SENSITIVE CONTENT], was amazing. I learned the system in about 3 weeks. Very user friendly and the reports are amazing.

Vantagens:

It was very user friendly. I was able to navigate through the system with little help at all but I do enjoy the help videos if I ever need to figure something out. The coach, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], that was provided to me was absolutely the best trainer I had worked with.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes registration will allow people to sign up for classes but not pay at that time.

Comentários: It is exceptionally easy to clock in, manage my personal schedule, keep track of my students progress and notate when necessary.

Vantagens:

The simplicity of the program grants the user the capability to examine all necessary info to determine student success and setbacks.

Desvantagens:

The calendar platforms could be laid out differently. This way, it contains more pertinent information.
