Easy and has provided me great intel!

Vantagens:

Mediarader has been great when trying to reach important marketplace clients as well as analyzing spend

Desvantagens:

When trying to pull reports it can be difficult to filter and use, I would suggest less reports that are easier to use.

Useful and necessary to do my job

Comentários: All good.

Vantagens:

It's usually very easy to find information and is mostly up-to-date. I use daily and find it a necessary part of my day.

Desvantagens:

Besides the basics - company, contacts, where/how much media they spend, I don't use it for the other parts. I don't find it as user friendly even though I've been walked through how to use it. If I have to spend too much time figuring it out - I won't use regularly. But for the basics I need and even their emails - that's been very helpful to me!

Terrible Product - under delivers on every level.

Comentários: Terrible. Zero ROI. Unhelpful customer service team. When asked to get out of the contract early because the platform is pretty useless, we received abusive and aggressive emails from their 'legal' and collections team.

Vantagens:

Nothing about it met our expectations. They over-promised during the sales process - the platform does not come close to doing what we need it to do, data-wise.

Desvantagens:

1. The data is out of date and most contacts are not valid. 2. Sale team reported numerous issues with quality.

Vantagens:

I love the app! It's great for business travels. It makes it easy to prospect and get information while on the road.

Desvantagens:

Edit credits can be confusing as there are different places to look. Otherwise, there are no problems!

Vantagens:

Historical data, perfect pitch portal, ease of use and extraction. Really helpful that we can customize our competitive set (YT vs. Top 100 comscore pubs)

Desvantagens:

Often times buying demo information is not accurate. Contacts not always updated, especially with agency folks covering off multiple brands.

Desvantagens:

Need to work bit more on GUI Part. Integration with third Party softwares can increase the scope.

We don't work with Developers. there is no reason for them to review this product. We also don't work with computer software companies. I don't know what Rich to Moon means?

Vantagens:

Easy to use and navigate, I love that it opens a new tab with each agency or contact. The fact that you can export entire reports is very helpful

Desvantagens:

I have not found any flaws with the software, everything feature extremely easy to use and the team is very quick to respond.

Easy Functionality and always provides a contact to lead conversation in the right direction

Great value for the data. Easy to use. Reliable information. Contact lists are up to date. Offers different functionality to help in the sales process.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes there is too much information to navigate through. There should be an identifier associated to the main point person or decision maker

Vantagens:

Able to select a specific company and compare information easily. Easy access and more make this a great program.

Desvantagens:

Targeted lists are difficult to gain due to over achieving depth and have to sort through some info repeatedly

Ease of use and the extensive data. Not only do they have more contacts and intel regarding media campaigns they have the most up-to-date info. Additionally the ad agencies seem to engage and provide additional data to help us tailor our campaign

Would love to see more Federal Media Contacts as well as Gov Relations teams

Comentários: I use the software a lot and an comfortable using it. It’s helped me to open doors and start conversations. Plus its gives me confidence that I have the background info to show prospects I’ve done my homework and ask meaningful questions.

Vantagens:

MediaRadar is easy to use. I like The tearsheets option. It helps me a lot to see examples of creative running with competitors. And the Perfect Pitch feature gives me a quick understanding of the prospect and what they’ve done.

Desvantagens:

Contacts aren’t always there but the “request a contact” button is there to help.

Best friend for sales people looking for leads

Comentários: Overall is the best i have ever used. I have used 2 others in the market but by far, this is the best one.

it is easy to use and very accurate in the information it collects.

Very easy to find what I'm looking for.

Comentários: Great insight to what's happening wiht an account as well as prospecting new clients in my territory.

Vantagens:

Way more types of info available. Digital, native. It provides a full view. Also, like the creative assets posted so you know the direction of the campaign.

Desvantagens:

Contacts are always up to date but when I reach out you are very good with responding. sometimes difficult to locate 'my' preferences and make changes.

Comentários: Overall very happy with our purchase, Media Radar has proven very useful for research, prospecting, contacts, and agency planning

Vantagens:

easy to navigate wealth of contact info extremely responsive customer service team great tool for competitive prospecting

Desvantagens:

load times for data are extremely slow data points are sometimes over generalized or glossed over, especially for digital insights and the “perfect pitch” tab wish there was more info on mobile and app advertisers/publishers

I miss it!

Vantagens:

Media Radar gave me a leg up on my competition giving me instant access to the best data in an organized manner. Used it at my last job and unfortunately no longer have access.

Desvantagens:

The price! I wish that my company was at a place that we could afford this or that I could use a free trial to convince partners that we need this.

Vantagens:

Finding out instantly if a prospect advertises and where. The ability to easily add magazines to the competitive set.

Desvantagens:

Clicking around and getting lost. That would be the biggest issue which is probably a training issue

Comentários: I love media radar, it is very easy to use, it has a variety of updated information and really appreciate the LinkedIn link, very powerful software. I would recommend it to anyone who needs information for companies.

That I can’t see reports for video, it should not be a under 1 license.

MediaRadar provides relevant sales and competitive data that helps target and upsell clients.

Vantagens:

Intuitive interface, extensive reporting, depth of data on individual organizations, account review pages give a detailed snapshot all in one place. MediaRadar has also integrated a number of new features including native advertising into their platform over the past 12 months which has been extremely helpful.

Desvantagens:

There have been times where the email tearsheets haven't been updated on a regular basis due to a bug in the software. The customer service team was extremely helpful in providing continual updates as to when the service would be back online.
