A great choice for email marketing

Comentários: I switched to ConvertKit because we needed a more powerful email marketing tool. ConvertKit is the industry standard, and I feel like our email marketing system is much more professional after switching.

Vantagens:

I like that the audience can click a link within an email and be automatically segmented. It is also easy to create new broadcasts (emails), and ConvertKit recently added the ability to have saved brand colors, so changing the font and button colors is simple.

Desvantagens:

ConvertKit isn't as "pretty" (or image-based) as some platforms; however, I'll take deliverability over pretty emails any day. It's also a little overwhelming to learn what everything means in ConvertKit, but once you become familiar with the wording and where things are, it's easy to accomplish what needs to be done.

It's basic and lacks some advanced features

Comentários: It didn't favor me, and I had to look for something better.

Vantagens:

I like Convertkit because its templates are easily customizable compared to some other landing page builders that I've tried. I mean, it's one of the criteria I research from every software.It's equally Mobile Responsive and supports a few awesome integrations.

Desvantagens:

Convertkit provides Limited Customization Options which can be hard to cope with. There is less flexibility when researching advanced customization options.- It also lacks advanced features like AB testing and advanced analytics, which I find essential for my business.

Top Tier Email Marketing Tool

Vantagens:

How easy it is to stay organized, schedule content, and collaborate with team members. Our [sensitive content hidden] has utilized ConvertKit for email campaign management for years and the features just continue to get better and better. It makes it easy to stay updated on metrics with click and open rates, subscriptions, etc. It has played a vital role in lead generation and the continued success of our company.

Desvantagens:

We have had a couple scheduling issues with drip feeds, but I believe they have been resolved.

Comentários: I've had a great experience. There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start, but CK is a powerful email marketing tool with loads of customizations and automations that make it worth the time to learn it.

Vantagens:

CK allows me to tag my subscribers so easily which then allows me to send customized content to each set of subscribers. I also love the email templates that make my weekly emails easy to complete. The extensive library of training resources are SO helpful when I have a question.

Desvantagens:

CK is pretty technical so you have to have more of a systems/logistical brain to use it. If you're used to drag/drop, point/click, you may be a little intimidated by parts of CK. It all works well but requires a bit more technical skill that I needed for Constant Contact. It's totally worth it for me though!

ConvertKit was a great product for this Newbie at Contact Management.

I loved that it was free to start up to a couple thousand contacts.

Desvantagens:

The price rose sharply as your contacts rose whether you were using it to make money off the list yet or not.

A great email service provider! The best!

Comentários: I am relatively new to the email marketing business. I have found the support of the Convertkit team to be great. It has helped me a lot.

Vantagens:

Convertkit is easy to learn, and many videos and training resources are provided for newcomers to email automation.

Desvantagens:

There's nothing I don't like about Convertkit. I only wish I had more time to explore and try all the features.

Amazing for creating custom audiences

Vantagens:

I like how easy it is to segment custom audiences within your emailing list. It helps us to not annoy our audience by sending them emails they don’t care about. We can better align with their interests.

Desvantagens:

The landing pages leave much to be desired, but considering how advanced the responses can be and how that can be set up, this is such a small thing.

I usually use ConvertKit in creating landing pages and I think it's good but it has its limitations when it comes to customizing.

Strong feature set but UX could be improved

Strong model of people in the audience along with the tools you need for both regular campaigns and marketing automations.

Desvantagens:

The UX can be frustrating. The email template builder is pretty clunky, e.g. sometimes super hard to select the element you need. It takes a while to get your head around when to use different options e.g. sequences vs workflows.

The best email software for bloggers and course creators

Vantagens:

ConvertKit is your best friend if you are a course or content creator and need to manage a lot of email addresses, send weekly emails, and use automations and auto-emails for sales and marketing. I do a lot of lead magnet generation and have so many different segments of email subscribers - CK is made exactly for this. I love how simple it is, it doesn't got bogged down with email design too much, it's more about functionality and high deliverability.

Desvantagens:

I can't think of anything I don't love about ConvertKit for email. For landing page design, there's a lot of customization that's missing, but I don't use it for that primarily.

Smarter email marketing

I've been using ConvertKit for a long time and in that time I've used it to get a little smarter when growing my email list. It's one thing to send weekly emails to your growing list, but it's another to segment specific users, tag them and put them into different categories so you can send them personalised emails. ConvertKit allows you to do all of this in a very user-friendly way. One of the key factors in sticking with ConvertKit for so long, was that it has automation at the heart. As online business owners, we don't always have the time to analyse data and manually sort subscribers so we can make more informed decisions. ConvertKit gives you the freedom to set up your own automations with a lot of flexibility, all so you can spend less time on marketing and more time in your business.

Desvantagens:

ConvertKit allows you to tag people who purchase products through their various integrations but it's a bit lacking in terms of data on this. You can see the products they've purchased, but you can't see where they came from. Which means it's much harder to see a holistic view of your marketing strategy with ConvertKit at the heart.

It's good for lead generation

Comentários: It's ideal for small business needs like lead acquisition and some marketing purposes. I recommend it.

Vantagens:

It has helped to achieve quite a great reasonable amount of results. We haven't been with it for a long time but It's been a nice option from form design to campaign management.

I think the landing page builder still lacks some advanced features.I also think that the company is not adding enough templates. ConverKit is costly but it's worth it.It doesn't handle large data well.

Automate Your Email Marketing & Stand Out

This is my favorite email tool of all time, and I've tried many. I'm not a fan of any email blasts that feel impersonal or boring. The customizable templates, audience tags, and sequences by action all work together beautifully with ConvertKit. Highly recommend switching over if you're using MailChimp.

Desvantagens:

I'd like it to be easier to embed videos and more options for image sizing without coding.

Vantagens:

ConvertKit is the top-of-the-line email marketing tool on the market. It's not just an email automation tool, it's more than that. It has many exciting and advanced features for marketers, making it a powerful marketing solution. The free plan is a decent option for beginners getting started in this industry.

Desvantagens:

The price is high, the 300 contacts limit is not lucrative, and if you have a large list, the price will go up pretty fast. I wish they had an LTD with a decent limit.

One of the best email softwares for newsletters

This software nails it down for what founders and small businesses need for effective newsletters. Not only was it incredibly easy to get started and set up, the templates and education provided by the founder was very useful. One of the best email softwares I have used.

Great for newsletters!

Comentários: Overall, ConvertKit is our current mailing provider for our newsletter. We've grown accustomed to it to and use it weekly for our newsletter sends and daily on my end for metrics reporting and analysis. It's easy to use, not overly complicated - yet full of useful features - and really helps us communicate with our beloved, amazing audience. The custom code feature is a particular favourite as well as the metrics breakdown and reporting. I personally and genuinely enjoy the ease of use the most in a metrics-reporting context and certainly think it's a good contender for newsletters and mailing lists.

Vantagens:

The ease of use of Convertkit is the most useful aspect of this tool. Your metrics are in good view for when you need to determine campaign success, it has tonnes of features ranging from things like templates to custom code which makes content creation a breeze and it's usability makes it easy even for a novice like me to use!

Desvantagens:

I think pricing could be improved a tad particularly as there are more competitive providers in the market with more affordable ranges. I think this may put off a lot of first time creators in particular, especially those who are initially starting out, however it's still fairly reasonable. Furthermore, and this could be completely my technical illiteracy speaking, I think features like integrations for things like real time metrics updates for client/customer facing landing pages could be a cool addition. For instance, I was looking into a function where I could display our subscriber count that would update in real time on the website in accordance with the number of subscribers we're getting on the daily, however couldn't find a way to do this.

Comentários: Overall my experience with convert Kit has been excellent. I also had an issue with my bill and their customer service is just fast and superb I can’t say enough about the experience I had with customer service is really cemented my decision and confirmed that I made a good choice by changing to the software.

Vantagens:

It was really easy to use, it was really easy to set up, it was really easy to transition all my emails from my old email management system. Also every experience I’ve had with customer service so far has been excellent. They respond fast and I just feel like they really worked a lot to help me when I had problems.

Desvantagens:

Right now I haven’t found anything that’s been difficult to use or any features that I wish were included. This is a pretty cut and dry service I write email campaigns every week and they deliver them so it does exactly what I needed to do.

Great Option for the Solopreneur

Comentários: I use this service for a relatively small email list I just started, and it works really well for the price. I use the optin forms and email sequences to gain more email subscribers on a regular basis. I also love that I can create really simple and easy to design automation flows between opt-ins and my general email newsletter. This is something I use on a daily basis.

Vantagens:

I recently switched over to ConvertKit from another service after reading positive reviews. I like their format for sending emails to subscribers so much more than any other platform I've used. The emails are really modern looking and simple, so they're appealing to my audience when I send them. I also like that I can simply reuse my last email and make changes to just the content. It makes sending a weekly email really simple. Another huge benefit to me is that I can segment my subscribers into different groups that allows me to send targeted emails in a more efficient fashion. I also track users who have purchased a product so I don't send them emails about the product they've bought. This software is an all in one, which I really like. Meaning, I am able to create an optin form, email sequence and product download all in one with this software. I love that it keeps everything really organized in this fashion.

Desvantagens:

Some of the ways to organize subscribers are a little confusing to a newbie. You can sort them into segments as well as mark users with tags. I wish it were more clear what each one did at first glance. I also wish there were more options to design the optin forms. They are pretty basic and there isn't a lot of room for creativity, but they are still functional.

Use it pretty much everyday

Vantagens:

I've tried pretty much every email marketing platform under the sun and for me Convertkit is leagues above the rest, mostly in useability. I'm after software that's simple (most providers make you go through 100 unnecessary steps to send a simple broadcast or set up an automation) but also powerful. Simply because of ease of use and everything just works, it's the best option. Other platforms promise a frustrating future.

Desvantagens:

It is fairly expensive, though they've gotten a free tier now which is great. I wish they had better reporting that wasn't exclusive to the pro option. And their customer support... it used to be good but over the past year or so it's really fallen in the hole. They take ages (as in days per response that may or may not have solved the problem) to get back to you, and instead of getting back to you they have a whole 'triage team' who come back after a few days to say they've recieved it and someone will take care of it. It's really stupid. That could be taken care of by a bot, and they should have hired more support instead of more middle management. It's just weird. Hopefully it's just a phase and they return to what it was.

Really easy to use but a bit pricey

Comentários: While using ConvertKit I found it really easy to use however I canceled my subscription due to the high price. Overall I think it's a good product but if you're on a tight budget it might not be the best product out there.

I like how everything is drag and drop, it makes it really easy to learn and use. The interface is very sleek and it's easy to find what you're looking for. The customer service is excellent too.

Desvantagens:

First of all, compared to alternatives it's expensive. Second, if you want to send more than text based emails you won't have many options. There aren't that many templates. It's better for sending plain text emails, You have the HTML option but adding customizations is hard for people who don't want to code.
