Sobre ConvertKit
Software de marketing por e-mail para criadores, compatível com conteúdo condicional para diferentes tipos de assinantes.
It's really easy to create email campaigns and to use tags to create workflows for automation. For one client, their whole membership site is ran by convertkit integration.
This is the worst support I've had. They have a chat and you get switched from person to person over the course of multiple days.

Good job
Comentários: Convert Kit prioritizes user experience, especially evident in its automation features. The platform provides easily configurable automation sequences, enabling businesses to streamline their communication workflows. Whether it's welcome sequences or targeted follow-ups, Convert Kit simplifies the automation process, saving time and guaranteeing a personalized experience for subscribers.
Vantagens:
Convert Kit provides an assortment of aesthetically arresting and impeccably devised templates tailored to diverse industries and objectives. These templates transcend mere visual allure; they boast a heightened level of adaptability, enabling users to seamlessly harmonize them with their brand identity.
Desvantagens:
Nothing really. In rare cases where users face challenges, Convert Kit's customer support is highly praised for being responsive and effective. The support team is always available to help with any queries or technical issues, ensuring users can fully leverage the platform's benefits without unnecessary disruptions.

ConvertKit saves time, effort and money. Check it out.
Comentários: I've had a great experience. There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start, but CK is a powerful email marketing tool with loads of customizations and automations that make it worth the time to learn it.
Vantagens:
CK allows me to tag my subscribers so easily which then allows me to send customized content to each set of subscribers. I also love the email templates that make my weekly emails easy to complete. The extensive library of training resources are SO helpful when I have a question.
Desvantagens:
CK is pretty technical so you have to have more of a systems/logistical brain to use it. If you're used to drag/drop, point/click, you may be a little intimidated by parts of CK. It all works well but requires a bit more technical skill that I needed for Constant Contact. It's totally worth it for me though!

Great For New Teams
Comentários: Overall, I'd give ConvertKit another try because I think the platform itself is great and they've likely added a lot of features and clarity since I worked with them.
Vantagens:
ConvertKit has a lot of great features out of the box. From the visual builder to the double opt-in, the platform was easy to use. I especially liked the onboarding process–it kept me engaged and on track to win.
Desvantagens:
ConvertKit was fantastic for most things but I found some of the user views to be somewhat unintuitive. I didn't know what I was looking–are these contacts still subscribed? Are they subscribed but not confirmed? Who's my actual audience?

It's basic and lacks some advanced features
Comentários: It didn't favor me, and I had to look for something better.
Vantagens:
I like Convertkit because its templates are easily customizable compared to some other landing page builders that I've tried. I mean, it's one of the criteria I research from every software. It's equally Mobile Responsive and supports a few awesome integrations.
Desvantagens:
Convertkit provides Limited Customization Options which can be hard to cope with. There is less flexibility when researching advanced customization options.- It also lacks advanced features like AB testing and advanced analytics, which I find essential for my business.
A great choice for email marketing
Comentários: I switched to ConvertKit because we needed a more powerful email marketing tool. ConvertKit is the industry standard, and I feel like our email marketing system is much more professional after switching.
Vantagens:
I like that the audience can click a link within an email and be automatically segmented. It is also easy to create new broadcasts (emails), and ConvertKit recently added the ability to have saved brand colors, so changing the font and button colors is simple.
Desvantagens:
ConvertKit isn't as "pretty" (or image-based) as some platforms; however, I'll take deliverability over pretty emails any day. It's also a little overwhelming to learn what everything means in ConvertKit, but once you become familiar with the wording and where things are, it's easy to accomplish what needs to be done.

Convert to ConvertKIt
Comentários: I'm a convert! And, I recommend it to everyone who wants to grow a list.
Vantagens:
I think the tech support is the most helpful feature. The tutorials are great. And if I can't make something work, I send an email to support describing my problem/question and they send back step-by-step instructions for fixing the problem!!! The response time is very quick, often in a few hours - I think this is super responsive. Also, when you change to ConvertKit from another platform they migrate all your contacts with tags! So you don't have to be super tech proficient and concentrate on the content of your message, not the tech behind your message! I changed platforms because I wanted to create a 30-day email series that was evergreen, meaning any time someone signs up, they start at the beginning of the series. My old platform could not do this without a substantial cost upgrade. I had this up and running the day after my contacts were transferred!
Desvantagens:
I had a little trouble figuring out how to customize the text at bottom of my emails, the update subscriber info and unsubscribe. I got it figured out but it took me an hour or so.

Solid email marketing platform for all sizes of business
Comentários: Using convertkit allowed to me to grow my email subscribers and nurture my relationship with them as I could create great automation sequences and build funnels to best serve my audience
Vantagens:
User friendly interface and the majority of features most small businesses will need to perform their email marketing
Desvantagens:
As the company grew the price became higher without significant improvement in the product
Great app for email marketing
Vantagens:
I love everything about Convertkit. Their system is easy and efficient compared to others I've tried before. A few years ago, I tried a couple different email services but I recently switched back to Convertkit.
Desvantagens:
Their price is higher than others but yotally worth it because of their top services.

It's pretty intelligent but I think it can do better.
Comentários: It's quite great for email marketing - It can be very helpful for lead generation especially.
Vantagens:
It provides a user-friendly interface to easily import and organize subscriber lists, there are also features like tagging and segmentation which are quite handy as they help to categorize subscribers based on interests and behaviors.-It also provides facilities to create visually appealing opt-in forms that are easy to integrate with tools like Elementor and others and can be beneficial for lead generation.- There are equal features that can enable you to create advanced email sequences as well as workflows based on the subscriber's actions.- there is quality customer support - they're good.
Desvantagens:
Some of the downsides of this marketing software are :- It offers quite an affordable pricing solution however, it comes with hidden fees -the amount you pay tends to augment all of a sudden as your subscriber's lists grow. I don't see any transparency in it. It's better to tell me upfront that this is how much you will be paying for my tool while providing supporting reasons, that way it will help me to make proper planning rather than tricking me into purchasing a product with surprises attached.- It offers basic reporting and analytics. - it's somewhat limited in design and landing page customization. there are quite a few number of advanced options that I find to be missing.- I adore the fact that there is a free version, however, it only supports a few subscribers which can be little compared to some other software.
Has its benefits but not what I needed.
Vantagens:
It was fairly easy to get the account created.
Desvantagens:
It was hard to get things working the way that I wanted. There are other services out there that provide better options to what you are trying to do. I didnt find that this software provided everything that I needed.

Solid and improving email marketing software
Comentários: Overall ConvertKit is a good solid option, but only really if you're using the paid version. The free version lacks a lot of the good features. It is priced competitively and once you learn how to use it, it's pretty user friendly. Reliability wise, I've never had a problem as far as I can recall. Customer service is pretty quick and I've even reached out to the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] via Twitter and he was responsive.
Vantagens:
When I started using ConvertKit it was a relative new entrant to the market and a competitor to the likes of MailChimp and AWeber. It was started by someone who had used other email marketing solutions and and had tried to overcome issues with these solutions. This meant for someone who was reasonably software literate it was straightforward to use and had some great features, and these have been added to as time has gone on.
Desvantagens:
There has been an update on the landing page section which meant I could no longer use one of sign-up forms, which was used multiple times over my website. Although necessary for them, it caused me as a user quite a headache to resolve. Also, if you go over a threshold of subscribers, the price goes up automatically...if you go back below the threshold you have to tell them to move you back down. The free option is not particularly great for brand new websites and on websites I have built for others, they've tended towards something like MailerLite initially.

Powerful email marketing
Comentários: Overall, ConvertKit is a great option for bloggers or small business owners who want to make the most of their email marketing efforts. I've used several providers over the years and ConvertKit is currently my top choice.
Vantagens:
The automation features that involve tagging subscribers and setting up sequences allow for a lot of potential. There are many ways to deliver highly-targeted emails to your subscribers with ConvertKit.
Desvantagens:
The starting price of $29 per month is higher than most competitors. As your email list gets bigger and you move into higher-priced plans, ConvertKit's pricing is more on par with competitors, but the starting price is definitely high compared to some of the other options.
The only email marketing software I’ll use
Comentários: Convertkit is in my opinion the best email marketing software. It is pricey but with everything that Convertkit offers, it’s worth it. If you have some coding experience you can overcome the limited email sign up boxes customization by adding some code. But for an amateur you’re pretty much stuck with very limited design options for your email sign up boxes on your website.
Vantagens:
Convertkit makes it really easy to collect and tag/keep track of subscribers and set up automated emails. The layout is clean, simple, and user friendly. Customer service is also amazing! They reply super fast and are eager to please.
Desvantagens:
Convertkit offers several different designs for the email sign up boxes but I wish they were more customizable. You can pretty much only change the font size, background color, picture, and bold or italicize the font. That was definitely a disappointment.

The Best solution for your Email Magement
Vantagens:
I love its ease of use. Love their tagging feature - you basically have just one list but every user in the list can be tagged several times. That makes the list management very easy. With the creator pro they have extra features like changing a link within a mail after we have sent it.
Desvantagens:
Nothing really. I love it! It takes time to understand terminology for a few specific things..like they have "tag's and "segments" as well as "products"...maybe would have been even simpler to just have the "tags".
Smooth and easy to use
Comentários: Overall I had a wonderful experience using ConvertKit, it was just too expensive for my small operation.
Vantagens:
I love how intuitive and easy to use ConvertKit is. There is almost no learning curve, it's very easy to understand. I was able to create an email course in half the time it took on another service.
Desvantagens:
I decided to end my account with ConvertKit because it was too expensive and complicated for my simple needs. I wish that they had a more affordable option with simpler features.
ConvertKit Review
Comentários: I'm not new to email marketing, but I tried ConvertKit and didn't stick with them. I found their foundation to be overwhelming and unwieldy, and I could have done without the way the letters to my supporters seemed. The messages are straightforward. As a web-based business coach for ladies with administration-based firms, I don't need to waste time figuring out how to use an email promoting stage that I'm paying for, and I also believe that my words should stand out. ConvertKit performs neither of these things for me.
Vantagens:
The most accommodating aspect, in my opinion, is the technical help. The practice exercises are excellent. Furthermore, if I am unable to make something work, I send an email to support expressing my concern/question, and they respond with step-by-step instructions for resolving the issue!!! The response time is really fast, typically within a couple of hours - I believe this is extremely responsive. Furthermore, when you switch from another stage to ConvertKit, they migrate all of your contacts with labels! So you don't need to be very tech savvy; instead, focus on the substance of your message rather than the technology behind it! I changed stages because I needed to create an evergreen 30-day email series that anyone could access at any time.
Desvantagens:
The implementation is essential; it continuously resembles a beta delivery. The structures aren't as responsive as they claim; things appear fantastic on their page and then on view, but when distributed, you have to tinker with them to get them to work. When I first needed to contact their help desk, their email module was causing'malware' alerts on my site with Avast, and they were more concerned about removing me from their daily task records than with resolving the issue. This was eventually resolved; I accept that it could have been in Avast's hands, but this issue lasted fourteen days in convertkit's hands. I then got a list of 5 enquiries for which I had received a response.
Convertkit is my email service provider. Here's why...
Vantagens:
Like most brand new online entrepreneurs I started off with Mailchimp which is free. As I grew my list and my marketing techniques I needed something more robust with more options to segment out my list (not really done with the free platforms). I now have so many sequences and segments that are completely automated and my list has been actively growing. ConvertKit is "customer-based" instead of "list-based" meaning that I can send emails out to specific people who have taken specific actions rather than emailing an entire list of people reglardless of their actions and losing subscribers by sending irrelevant emails to the wrong people. Each subscriber is tagged based on a link they clicked, a form they subscribed through (freebie), a purchase they made from me, and SO much more. I even have tags set up when I'm running a webinar to see who watched the whole thing, who didn't show up at all, and who watched the replay. There are just so many options.
Desvantagens:
This is not an intuitive software initially- especially if you're coming from a list-based provider like Mailchimp. There will be mistakes and there will be a learning curve. But that comes along with running a business. Luckily, the chat and email customer service is generally pretty active and helpful. I've used them a lot.

Amazing tool for Content Creators
Comentários: ConvertKit is a great tool for email marketing. It does what I need it to do and let's me create attractive campings, landing pages and newsletters.
Vantagens:
There are a lot of things to love about ConvertKit. It's easy to understand and you can get started quite quickly. The tool has good segmentation, automations, and confirmation emails. Also the email builder works really well!
Desvantagens:
The thing I like least is the pricing. If you're just starting out, the price can be a bit high depending on the amount of subscribers.
ConvertKit had helped me greatly to streamline and simplify my email marketing processes.
Comentários: Time saver and great use of use.
Vantagens:
Ease of use and easy UI/UX experience in using the software. The user interfaces are way better than other email marketing software on the market. It has enough basic features and a few powerful features such as tagging certain opt-in groups of users for niche marketing purposes, which I find it very useful. There are less clutter when it comes to feature layout on the interfaces, so one can focus better on using key or common key features. A nifty feature which I liked most is the Visual Automations, that Convertkit had come up with. It's a graphical way to set automation. It uses three types of items: Actions, Events, and Conditions. It's all visual and one can easily define these items. Moreover, ConvertKit has just introduced new features into its software such as enabling one to create custom consent checkboxes, find your EU subscribers and get consent from existing subscribers. Also, four new legal forms and support processes were introduced as tools to help one get one's own business compliant with GDPR.
Desvantagens:
Personally, I would like more visual stuff or graphical interfaces that I can interact with such as drag and drop functions. At this point of this review, ConvertKit had plans to revamp the software to become more powerful and there is a new branding makeover for ConvertKit. For the monthly price for the 1st 1000 subscribers for new customers, I do find the price is expensive. But one has the option to go for yearly subscription in order to get bulk discounts in the long run. Thus, one has to consider different pricing options that ConvertKit offers before committing to a paid account. One can try out a free one month trial via its free webinars though.
ConvertKit is the most tech friendly
Comentários: I enjoy the ease of using ConvertKit and how easy it is to use when working with a team.
Vantagens:
After trying all of the popular email marketing platforms, I have found ConvertKit to be the easiest to use, and the best for managing my clients' email lists. The customer support is always outstanding, with quick replies and they always can solve an issue for me, and if they can't they get back to me once they figure it out.
Desvantagens:
I wish there were more features/more integrations with other platforms.
Great option for growing companies
Vantagens:
I like the flexibility and everything you can do with tagging and creating funnels. It is very affordable for growing businesses that are looking to scale.
Desvantagens:
It was complicated to set up on my own. I had to hire someone to help me. There are areas that don't autosave and I have lost content as a result.

One of the best email softwares for newsletters
Comentários: Excellent!
Vantagens:
This software nails it down for what founders and small businesses need for effective newsletters. Not only was it incredibly easy to get started and set up, the templates and education provided by the founder was very useful. One of the best email softwares I have used.
Desvantagens:
I have nothing much to criticize about the software.

Convertkit
Vantagens:
Convertkit is a powerful email manager and landing page creator. It helps me a lot to automate my tasks.
Desvantagens:
I love working with Convertkit, it is a real asset for my business.

Decent Email Subscription Manager, But Not Right for Everyone
Comentários: ConvertKit is easy to use, and I appreciate the fast customer service response. Ultimately, however, most people would be better off using a cheaper, more minimalistic tool or a more expensive all-in-one CRM/email tool. ConvertKit is great for a very select audience, who find themselves in the middle.
Vantagens:
ConvertKit has a lot of functionality for the price tag in terms of automation. It is kind of a step between free, minimalist tools like MailChimp and really robust tools like Ontraport.
Desvantagens:
I struggle with the pricing. Simply put, most people who want to automate their email campaigns will likely get more value from a tool like Ontraport or Infusionsoft, which also integrate with payment systems and have more CRM functionality. Other smaller businesses and bloggers are typically better served by less expensive tools such as Mailchimp, which don't have all the bells and whistles of ConvertKit, but which get the job done. So, although I do think it is a good value for the price... I'm not sure who actually NEEDS this mid-point tool.

Great no-code tool to manage subscribers
Comentários: Overall it does a great job of quickly getting started with building an audience and delivering value. Still, after a certain point, it gets expensive if you are not monetising your audience. I also feel reporting, and email automation can be improved as well.
Vantagens:
Entire newsletter subscription management is effortless with Convertkit. The landing page can be customised according to brand, with an email form deployed in less than an hour is remarkable. I also felt the overall delivery rate is much better than Mailchimp.
Desvantagens:
List management and email automation can be improved a bit. Sometimes I have to go to other tools like ActiveCampaigns just because their automation is much better. Reporting can be improved as well.
