Comentários: It has been great. In addition of recognition for our accomplishments, provides an extra compensation for the effort.

Vantagens:

I like the engagement from all levels of the company personnel.

Desvantagens:

More options for the reaction of the posts. Example: likes, high five, etc.

Vantagens:

I really appreciate Applauz Recognition for its focus on building a positive workplace culture through tailored employee recognition. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy for organizations to enhance morale and engagement.

Desvantagens:

One downside of Applauz Recognition is its limited integration with other HR tools, which could enhance user experience. Some users also feel the reporting features could be more robust for tracking recognition trends.

Fun to use, but didn't find it to be overly useful for us!

Comentários: It gave us interesting ideas, we enjoyed using the software just didn't really fit with out operations.

Vantagens:

It's got an excellent user interface and UX design, so it's super easy to jump right in and start using Applauz for your employee recognition programs.

Desvantagens:

It's not a knock on the software, but I just didn't find it brought that much value to us as an organization. We went back to our own "old-school" methods of recognizing our employees!

No visa card in the marketplace, really the only I don't like about Applauz. Everything else is good.

what I love about applauz

Comentários: I love it all together as we can recognize others for many different things such as helping, there for one another but you can also use it as a tool just to say good morning how is your day as our teams are spread apart so we can communicate even with other not in our district but that are part of the team over all

I like that it gives us a chance to give recognition to others on the team.

I've not found anything that i do not like about applauz

I like being able to recognize any of my collogues at any time for their achievements & also earning points to order gift cards etc.

Round of Applause for Applauz

Comentários: When we started using Applauz we expected to recognize agents for their attendance and quality scores. Applauz quickly became more than a recognition platform, it became part of our culture. Our staff welcomes each other every morning, they give each other high fives, show gratitude towards their peers and celebrate their own achievements.

Vantagens:

It is easy to use, employees love receiving Badges and points for different things and being able to exchange them for goods. It's a great tool to recognize employees for their achievements, and attendance.

Desvantagens:

There's nothing I consider a con about Applauz.

The only con I have is having to search for something that I missed when I was off or on vacation.

Innovative recognition program

Comentários: Applauz is the perfect way to give and receive recognition. I like the ability to recognize others via this platform. Being able to recognize others or be recognized by others and then being able to use the points for things I need is fantastic.

Vantagens:

I like the ability to use points the way I think is best for me.

Desvantagens:

The catalogue of items to purchase with points could be slightly more organized but overall this is a very minor issue.

It’s so easy and it encourages staff engagement to notice each other and the good things happening in our agency not just frontline but behind the scenes.

I really can’t say. If I speak for the agency we have a few people that struggle with technology so they’d have comments about it being online Also on the recognition part the comment space need to allow for more space

Comentários: We put all our advisors on the platform. They love it. They earn points throughout the year and can redeem points when they are ready. We use them for incentives as well.

People get to order what they want as gifts. There is a great variety of merchandise.
