Fantastic product & team

Vantagens:

I work at a Shopify+ agency and we use Okendo's products extensively for our merchants. We have done 30+ installations of the various products. Okendo is a fantastic platform that I would highly recommend to any eCommerce merchants. The features available in each of their products is well thought out and enables any merchant to create and identify Superfans. The integration with Klaviyo in particular is absolutely invaluable. The onboarding experience is also always top-notch, and customer service is always a very high quality.

Desvantagens:

Although I am forced to fill out this section, I don't see any cons about Okendo.

Favorite review platform so far

Vantagens:

We've tried many different review platforms (Judge.Me, Stamped.io, Yotpo) and Okendo has the competition beat when it comes to the combination of features and pricing. Their white-glove team helps with set up to ensure that the on-site display looks great, is there to help with integrations, and is available via chat for any questions.

Desvantagens:

They've focused heavily on expanding to new products (Surveys, Quizzes, now Loyalty) and I think that's creating less of a focus on their core, original product. I'm concerned that in the long-run reviews may atrophy a bit, when compared to alternatives if they aren't iterating or releasing new features.

Okendo is great and easy to use!

Vantagens:

I really like how Okendo is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Their support is great and would recommend to any business looking to have ratings and reviews set up quickly.

Desvantagens:

I don't like that I'm not able to directly syndicate reviews with other retailers (since Bazaarvoice owns this segment), but hope that we can do this in the near future! Totally not Okendo's fault.

Comentários: Okendo has been a game-changer for us! The integration with Shopify was seamless, and setting up review requests was super easy. I love how customizable everything is, and the reviews have really helped build trust with our customers. Their support team has been amazing too—always responsive and helpful!

Vantagens:

I like the UI on the website. Backend is very easy to navigate and work with. Customer service very good.

Desvantagens:

Pricing can be a bit sharper, especially for low volume smaller businesses.

Excellent Reviews Product, Other Features Need Work, Satisfied Customer Nonetheless

Comentários: Positive - I think we have liked the most important feature, Reviews.

Vantagens:

The review platform is easy to implement and to manage on the backend

Desvantagens:

Quizzes is useful but the building tools are not the most efficient.

Solid review app for non-syndicated stores!

Comentários: I was really happy with the software and didn't have any complaints with it - we just had evolving needs as a company, that Okendo wasn't equipped to meet. Syndication capability with our retail partners was the key one.

Vantagens:

Easy to moderate, manage and respond to reviews, really polished AI responses, and integrated well with our helpdesk software.

Desvantagens:

Syndication with key retailers was not possible, and the ability to do it manually was more expensive than competitors who could automate the syndication.

Easy to use and brands have a lot of control!

Comentários: Great experience overall! Okendo checks all the boxes that our previous review platform, Trustpilot, couldn't do. I also like the other capabilities Okendo has beyond reviews but we have not dipped into that yet.

Vantagens:

Easy integration with Shopify, it looks really nice on the site, easy to use, prioritizes product review generation and works in favor of the brand - we have more control over our reviews.

Desvantagens:

Review request templates don't look the nicest.

Well-rounded, convenient way to collect customer reviews!

Vantagens:

Very good UI & looks great on the website and convenient to have surveys as well.

Desvantagens:

Nothing much, price could be better but it's nothing absurd.

Okendo and Shopify works great

Comentários: Positive so far, hopefully we can fix deliverability issue.

Vantagens:

Easy integration into Shopify. The team was great with the setup and the UI was easy to use

Desvantagens:

Seem like deliverability of review request aren't as good as other platforms.

Does the heavy lifting...

Comentários: Great - we've been very happy. Any issues we run into we have solved items via Okendo Support email team.

Vantagens:

Syncs with my other apps, and works great on Shopify Plus.

Desvantagens:

Almost too many options, so take a minute to get used to everything and sort out how much you want to ask/require of your customer trying to leave a review. Any issues we did have, support was available.

Decent app that gets the job done

Comentários: Overall pretty good app that's probably the best on market and satisfies our needs.

Vantagens:

Speed - easily the most visually pleasing the easily intregratable widget to add to our product/collection/site pages.

Desvantagens:

No ability to set notifications for negative reviews, have to manually search them. Would like to see some improvement here so we can catch and handle negative experiences faster.

Comentários: Easy to use, follow up support form account manager, checked ROI, and let us know engagement was high.

Vantagens:

easy for customers to use. easy to monitor and approve, unapprove.

Desvantagens:

paying more for extra feature. hard to change the design of the front end on website, not as customizable.

I considered a few options and was happy with my final choice.

Desvantagens:

cost is higher than I'd like, so if possible would like a better price

I chose Okendo to replace Yotpo

Comentários: Having qualitative reviews helps a lot to reassure our new customers since we are a young brand ! Okendo is the best app to do so.

Vantagens:

Okendo was very easy to implement, and the Okendo team was super friendly and helped set up the reviews the way we wanted to. We were able to customize very much the reviews, and the team understood perfectly what we wanted from the start. The commercial offer was very good and the value for money is great. I also like the fact that you can group products to maximize the number of reviews under one item. For me it is the best app for reviews !

Desvantagens:

There are not many things that I don't like, maybe it would be nice to be able to customize a little bit more the emails but that is it !

Okendo Reviews

Comentários: We had a great experience with Okendo and now that is it set up, the reviews are pouring in. Love that it doesn't take maintenance. It just works

Vantagens:

Okendo was easy to install on our website & add to our Google Shopping feed. Customers respond to the review emails, we don't even have to offer them a discount. The review emails are easy for the customers to use & upload their own photos of the products. Love that set-up wasn't complicated - it just works

Desvantagens:

Okendo just added reporting, a feature we appreciate now, but wasn't available when we launched. We'd love if Okendo would incorporate directly with Freshdesk - our customer service app

I love them so much!

Vantagens:

We have been using Okendo for a couple years and it helps us get sales so easily. I love the photo option so users can submit photos.

Desvantagens:

Honestly nothing, I love it so far and it helps us make money.

Perfect for a clothing brand

Vantagens:

Love the review sliders that help prospective customers gage the fit, quality or anything else you’d like to set (we’re a clothing brand called TITAN and we use those, specifically) The ease of use and management of incoming reviews is phenomenal. Widgets on-site look clean and simple while also providing ample amount of information to customers. I could go on, but you should try them out and see everything they have to offer for yourself.

Desvantagens:

No cons at all to be completely honest.

Best Review Software Out there

Vantagens:

Great and easy to use. Nice interface. Functions well with our site

Takes too many clicks to add something to a group.

Okendo for Reviews

Comentários: Generally I like the product and overall capabilities.

I like the ease of use for posting / sharing reviews

Desvantagens:

Very difficult to get answers to questions in a timely fashion. Understanding how we have been charged is challenging.

Just what we need!

Vantagens:

Okendo back end is super user friendly - take 10 minutes to poke around and you'll be a master. If you have any questions their customer support is just a click away and can easily go into your account and point you in the right direction.

Desvantagens:

There may already be a way to do this, but I would love to integrate the review email with our Email service provider so we can make it more on brand.

Easy to use & pretty good!

Vantagens:

Really easy to use, without having used the platform before I was able to figure it out quite easily. The customer service team have also been fantastic at assisting and deploying changes we've made recently to our homepage widgets & integration with Klaviyo

Desvantagens:

Isn't entirely immediately obvious what the full capability of the software is & how we would be able to further use it to the advantage of the business

Phenomenal Review Platform

Vantagens:

We care a lot about brand and being able to customize things according to our look and feel as well as customer needs. Okendo provided an extremely easy solution for us to customize according to our needs as well as implement. We are always lean on engineering time and the Okendo team very seamlessly helped us with the implementation. Since we've been a customer, they have released new features regularly for use to gather additional customer feedback and utilize it on the product page. Our products refresh annually so we have a limited time to capitalize on reviews for a limited period of time to lift conversion of the product. Okendo was a solution with the right features at the right price to make it a no brainer. Their client support is also phenomenal. They are easy to work with and always happy to help whenever we reach out with a request.

Desvantagens:

We are getting so many reviews that we would like to have a better way of understanding our data of what we've gathered so far.

Great functionality and very responsive customer service

Comentários: Attractive customer reviews on every product page give customers the confidence to purchase. Okendo is customizable so that it fits with the look of our Shopify theme and it also integrates with our loyalty program so that customers who leave reviews through Okendo can get loyalty points.

Vantagens:

Okendo reviews look great on our product pages and help customers to buy with confidence. The price and the responsive customer service can't be beat.

Desvantagens:

I have no complaints because every time we have any issue or any ask Okendo is very responsive.
