Microsoft Bookings - a great alternative to Calendly.

Comentários: It's pretty easy to set up a calendar. Our MS365 is the online version. It works very well and customers are booking meetings. Microsoft helpdesk is great. They want to phone you if there is ever a problem.

Vantagens:

We have the MS365 suite. We only pay £6/month for two users, with six email addresses. The suite of tools/apps is great—including Microsoft Bookings. It's better than free Calendly and probably on a par or better than paid Calendly. It's so easy to add calender booking links to pretty much anything to enable clients to book with you.

Desvantagens:

Nothing to not like. It's a booking calender and does the job well.

Microsoft alternative to Calendly

Comentários: So far, so good. I've set it up for the different types of meetings I offer for my students (indiviaul versus group), and I see that it's perfectly synchronized with my calendar.

Vantagens:

I like that I can save my custom meeting times no matter what type of meeting for. I also quite like that it syncs effortlessly with my Outlook calendar.

Desvantagens:

I have not found a way to make a link not expire for a longer period. I would prefer to be able to customize this option.

Cancellation impossible

Vantagens:

Very feature complete. The software provides a lot of abilities to manage calendars across locations and employees.

Desvantagens:

1. The API is in beta, gets changed without warning, lacks major convenience features like requesting availability and overall seems to be built in order to make the usage of scheduling without Microsoft UI as hard as possible 2. We tried to cancel the service but Microsoft locked us out of the account. The support will not take our termination and refers to the authenticator app. Since we do not have that app, we cannot log in. We are paying since over 6 month without receiving any value. Microsoft Support stopped responding to our request to cancel. We consider to ask our bank to block the deduction of subscription fees because of fraudulent behavior.

Microsoft bookings is easier to use and makes scheduling a breeze

Comentários: Overall, Microsoft bookings make meeting scheduling with clients and customers and also managing your own scheduling a breeze. It also has an app integrated into Outlook and Teams and one can directly manage calendars and meetings from Teams and Outlook. The bookings and calendar are secure and stored directly in Microsoft 365 platform. I recommend it for all organizations.

Vantagens:

I personally like that Microsoft bookings is integrated with the Outlook and Teams which makes booking for meetings whether in person or virtual a breeze. It also prevents the repetitive bookings. One also receives reminder text and email notifications which are super helpful. I can manage my personal calendar as well as shared bookings.

Desvantagens:

I like everything that Microsoft bookings offer and you don't have to take subscription if already have Microsoft 365 subscription from your organization.

Comentários: My overall experience has been great. Customer service is on point and works great to manage and help me figure out the few issues i have had.

Vantagens:

Its ease of use. Some scheduling software can be confusing and yiu have to look here and there for appointments. With this everything is connected and stored in easy to find files. It can be used with other Microsoft apps and is found in a lot of the Microsoft 365 subscriptions and the Office 365 subscriptions. That makes it so simple and easy to acess everything and when your trying to manage a lot appointments its nice to be able to have everything in multiple places and easy to acess.

Desvantagens:

I have had issues with the Microsoft Bookings app on my phone. It will occasionally close or freeze on me.

Microsoft Bookings for School Parent-Teacher Conferences

Comentários: This system has saved us countless hours and a great deal of confusion for scheduling parent-teacher conferences for 60+ staff and 1000-or-so families. It is easy for those making bookings, and staff have immediate access to the details of their bookings through their O365 calendars.

Vantagens:

Ease of use, 24/7 availability for clients, minimal staff time required for setup and administration, automatic calendar / Teams meeting creation for staff, reminder emails for everyone involved.

Desvantagens:

Initial configuration is time-consuming and not always intuitive, and there is no way to remove the wildcard "Any staff" option from list of staff members clients can choose.

The Best Business Booking and Scheduling Solution

Vantagens:

When it comes to handling business bookings and appointments, we trust Microsoft Bookings and it has been working well. It is available online and on mobile devices to ensure easy and smooth booking. It is so easy to use and makes managing appointments easy.

Desvantagens:

Microsoft Bookings has been all good. All features works and no complaints.

Great Booking and Appointment Management System

Vantagens:

Great solution under the same subscription which is already semintegrated with familiar Microsoft tools. Incredible performance overall and syncronization across different devices and apps.

Desvantagens:

Permission control could have been handled better and access to the booking system via other Microsoft platforms and add ons is rather difficult. Same goes for usual utilities and options which are available on other Microsoft applications. Still it is easy it integrate and manage, but not with other soft than Teams.

Limited customisation options when creating bookings for future meetings and is not as intuitive as other options.

Microsoft Bookings

Comentários: Saved us so much time, and back and forth emails. We would not be able to do our seasonal hire without it.

Vantagens:

Our very small team annually hires over 150 people over the course of a few months. Having the ability for our team to sync their calendars/availability and let interviewees book their own interviews has been a game changer for us. Saves so much time and effort. It auto syncs with Teams so everything is taken care of. And since its built into the Microsoft suite it wasn't a separate program we needed to pay for. Bookings really runs itself once you've set up your parameters, which is so important to us.

Desvantagens:

As we are using it for interviews, we must have two of our own staff present on the interview. Teams can't book with two of our team without me making a built in team of every pairing. So I do have to manually enter the second interviewer, which is frustrating. This is the only downside we have found with bookings.

There is no cons that I have seen while working with Microsoft Bookings.

Comentários: Strong product. People find it easy to sign up for appointments.

Vantagens:

As this product was included in my organization's Microsoft 365 subscription, I decided to use it instead of sign up genius.

Desvantagens:

The product took a bit of time to adjust to compared to sign up genius. I however did not watch any tutorials.

Smart & Easy Online Booking System

Comentários: Microsoft Bookings is a very simple and flexible booking system and i am using this excellent service for last many years and my overall experience is very incredible with this service of Microsoft.

I use Bookings to schedule meetings with our valued agents. Overall ease of use, and integration into my other software makes this software a no-brainer

Impossible to make a recurring appointment (in 2021)!!!

Comentários: I think it's an unnecessary product and that they should have simply improved Outlook (which is already pretty great).

Vantagens:

I think the ability to send unlimited reminder emails is a nice feature, but it's already possible to customize email reminders in Outlook (albeit unfortunately in a more limited capacity--it seems like you can only choose a one-week reminder or a one-day reminder, which I don't understand) so why doesn't Microsoft simply make the email reminders in Outlook more robust?

Desvantagens:

I have been forced to use this software to book recurring weekly trainings for up to 6 months, which means I am obliged to MANUALLY ENTER each and every appointment for my students. I think that the reminder emails are a nice feature, but it's already possible to do in Outlook. Frankly I find it absolutely insane that you can't book a recurring appointment. It might work great for something like a hair salon, but for regular appointments, it's torture.

Easy planning, by your customers

Comentários: It really solves the booking problem. There is no middel person needed to take phonecalls and schedule customers in. All is done for you and scheduled for you.

Vantagens:

When offering a service, where customers have to see and book available days this is the best office. Integrated in the office 365 package it has great compatibility with the other applications. Made bookings are placed directly in the agenda and new customers are placed in the contact list. The customers sees a clean and clear webpage provide by microsoft.

Desvantagens:

No cons, this really is a great application with no better.

Best booking tool out there!

Vantagens:

Easy integration into existing platforms. Allows for customers to book open slots in our calendars directly rather than utilizing email back and forth.

Desvantagens:

None. Integration directly into our outlook was seamless. And customers find it easy to use in any browser.

Easy Booking

Comentários: I use Microsoft Bookings to schedule individual technical support sessions with new faculty members using a personalized scheduling webpage and link. Also, I appreciate the automatic reminders to help me stay organized.

Vantagens:

I love the convenience of accessing Bookings directly through my Office 365 app! Also, this scheduling tools syncs with my Outlook calendar allowing others to book an appointment. Once the appointment is booked, an email notification is automatically sent to me and the requester. The great thing about this scheduling tool is that you can customize questions to ask the requester so that you can prepare for the upcoming appointment.

Desvantagens:

Microsoft Bookings does not sync with external calendars. For example, if you have a personal calendar on a different application, you would have to manually insert those appointments on your calendar so the requester does not book when you are unavailable.

Please develop it more!

Vantagens:

I like how it integrates into 365 easily & it's relatively easy to explain to users.

Desvantagens:

It really needs work! No Microsoft Flow automations and awful embedding options, just looks really ugly.

Good for Appointment Tracking

Comentários: This program does work nicely for booking appointments and helps to keep me organized. However, I believe some parts of the program are confusing and the price is a bit much for the product you are receiving.

Vantagens:

This program is good for keeping track of different appointments. I tried this program in order to allow clients to book with me. They stated that it was simple and they liked the fact that there were confirmation emails and reminders sent.

Desvantagens:

This program can be somewhat difficult to use. Some clients did not appreciate that they were unable to customize certain details of the appointment. Also, I could not figure out how to export the bookings to other programs. Further, this program is pretty expensive for what you're receiving.

Bookings had made work life so fast and efficient for me

This app had helped me and my team mates many times to plan our time, it goes beyond a schedule tool, it had made my life alot more easier and arranged. And I can go back any day to track my activities at work. Beautiful way to work and live!
