Fantastic Customer Service Experience

Comentários: We are scheduling vaccinations for over 300 employees in 15 min increments over three days. Needed them to pick a time, get a confirmation and allow for follow up and exporting of names for check in and record keeping.

Vantagens:

I had a difficult project to set up, this software made it possible to send a link to more than 300 emails, have them choose a 15 min time slot and send a confirmation email as well as a follow up. It also allows me to see who is coming in those slots for a chek in process. I hit the customer service JACKPOT with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who worked with me for two days to make sure all my pieces of this intricate project were in place, she even check after I was complete and made recomendations for tweaks. Thank yuu times 1000, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!

Desvantagens:

I am sure in future updates, my project will allow for their production team to add some more features - but this is not a CON, just growth potential!

A sticky situation turned into committed customer

Vantagens:

The flexibility and automation of scheduling multiple events on multiple dates is the main reason I turned to this software. It's easy to use and super flexible. Not to mention customer support is very helpful to ensure your guests have a positive experience.

Desvantagens:

Because you start with a free service and you automatically have access to ALL the features, it's not clear where the upgrades come into play. It would be nice if that was flagged for you as you create your event. Customers would have a better experience and understand the parameters of the premium upgrades.

Comentários: My experience with RSVPify hasn’t been too terrible but could be better as some of their competitors have better options for less or even free but I love how much customization freedom that you or your company can have when it comes to this program, but expect to pay more for better features.

Vantagens:

It is easy to use, customizable, cost-effective, and eco friendly.

Desvantagens:

On the free plan, you have a certain amount of people allowed on an invite for an event and no video onsite demo

Not Worth the Time or Money

Comentários: Clearly focused on business and not customers.

Vantagens:

Nothing. I did not like anything about this software.

Desvantagens:

Too complex, not enough/very few templates, way too time-consuming for generic event planning. Customizable to a fault (not enough templates to use for quick completion of a project). No free trial offered. Poor marketing of plans--especially after researching and seeing reviews--definitely not worth the money. Go with a website that actually has a free trial, a website that is simpler to navigate, and a customer service department that is direct and actually willing to hear you out and assist. Biggest waste of time and money. Would not suggest to anyone. I use services like this often and I am fairly computer savvy (or can work with something until I figure it out), but I would never use this website again. Not helpful and you can find way cheaper options that are faster to navigate.

Easy to use as a small business

Vantagens:

We recently used RSVPify for one of our big pop-up events and it was helpful in collecting registrations and getting leads for our subscriber lists. It was creative, not so rigid, and eased our way out.

Desvantagens:

The settings are slightly inconvenient to figure out but no other cons.

Outstanding product for small to medium size event - great value!

Comentários: This software is a cost effective solution for event registration and management. RSVPify is simple and can be used in a very simple and effective way. That apparent simplicity belies its potential for much more sophisticated event management.

Vantagens:

We selected the product because it allowed us to upload a guest list, limit registrations to the guest list, and had an e-checkin/ticket capability using QR codes. We used the software for 11 events, ranging from 20-380 attendees, and it worked just as well for all of them.

Desvantagens:

Having a dedicated app that could be used for scanning the QR codes and checking people in would be a much better solution than a combination of mobile device camera/QR reader and web browser. The delivered solution requires using two pieces of software and on an iPad open a browser tab for each checkin. After a while tabs need to be manually closed. Additionally, the option to automatically check in people when the code is scanned would have sped things up. In the current implementation you scan the code and then have to manually check the person in.

RSVPify has made my job easier!

Comentários: Using RSVPify has allowed me to remain organized, and therefore more effective, while planning big corporation events.

Vantagens:

I loved that RSVPify helps users create and manage event invitations, guest lists, and RSVPs for various occasions like weddings, parties, and corporate events. It offers features such as customizable event pages, guest list tracking, meal preferences, and more, which can streamline the event planning process for users. Using RSVPify has made my job as a marketing executive easier.

Desvantagens:

I would say the price point of RSVPify was the least liked.

RSVPify Freed Up Time and Money so we could focus on our employee recognition

Comentários: Overall I give RSVPify 5 out of 5 stars! It was easy to use, they have superior customer service and were affordable. Also, because of RSVPify I was able to save several thousands of dollars on RSVP cards for my event which translated in great employee gifts and a huge savings to for my organization. RSVPify is a TIMESAVER, GAMECHANGER and MONEY SAVER!!

Vantagens:

This software was extremely easy to use! I like the instructional videos and that when I needed hands on help, Rep set up a conference call and was quickly able to show me how to improve my RSVP. I also liked that is was affordable so it was not difficult for me to get approval from my leadership team.

Desvantagens:

The one thing I did not like about the software is it did not come with a number that I could just call to get help.

Easy to use, looks professional

Comentários: It was really easy to track down the attendance also importing/exporting guests. The RSVP interface and general RSVP experience of a guest is very professional.

Vantagens:

Event page creator is great and user-friendly. Documentation and customer service was very helpful.

Desvantagens:

Event page creator should have a video option, not only images. It is expensive.

Game changer for event planning

Comentários: Postive – doesn't overcomplicate and easy to track responses.

Vantagens:

Made managing events easy, has the feeling of proper invitations.

Desvantagens:

Not that intuitive to begin with, but got to grips.

Review of RSVPify software

Comentários: I’m very happy with the RSVPify software. Each completed product looks very professional, with clear layout and attractive artwork. My members have praised this new format.

Vantagens:

What I like most about this software is the ease of all age groups to open the invitation and navigate to each section and fill in responses. It continuously guides the user to each section. Not a single respondant had difficulty using the software, and the average age of the group is around 70-72.

Desvantagens:

When I generated a new invitation I had some difficulty sending it because it wasn’t clear how to cancel the previous invitation. However, the virtual assistant quickly relayed step by step instructions on how to clear the previous document, and I was successful.

Excellent Option for Party Planning!

Comentários: RSVPify has made it effortless in organizing large company events, we can post all information in one link sent to the entire office and the software does the rest. No more mailing invitations and managing a spreadsheet of attendees.

Vantagens:

This program organizes all event details including tracking number of attendees, names and contact info, down to meal choices. There is even an option to allow your guests to write a note to the event coordinator. Additional options are available we haven't required yet, but are available if the need arises. I love the flexibility of the set up allowing any artwork we choose along with the ability to choose our color scheme to match our company branding standards. Once the setup is complete, all you need to do is wait until the RSVP date has arrived and you can easily export the information to an Excel spreadsheet.

Desvantagens:

No cons at all with the software, it's almost perfect. The only con I have is being forced to purchase a subscription. I utilize RSVPify once or twice a year to organize company events, and in the past I was able to purchase by the month, now I'm forced to purchase a subscription. However, RSVPify has made it simple to cancel the subscription unlike other companies that make you solve complex puzzles to find the cancellation information. All you need to do is set a reminder and cancel once your event is completed.

Perfect for my needs!

Comentários: With RSVPify, it's very easy to check responses using a computer or your phone with the RSVPify app. Uploading the guest list allows you to keep track of who has responded and who hasn't. Downloading the responses in Excel and sorting them or creating a pivot table with them makes the process very easy to compile results. Great product!!

Vantagens:

I love the ability to set up our RSVP exactly how I need including the design of the RSVP, the questions we can require each respondent to answer, and predetermined responses for the respondent to select from. I also really like being able to upload the quest list to keep track of who has responded and who hasn't which allows me to make sure everyone is included.

Desvantagens:

I use this for 2 events a year so I have to sign up when I need it then cancel for the rest of the year. It would be great if there were more options on plans rather than only monthly payment options.

Love the product

Comentários: It was very satisfying to be able to build a nice looking, branded RSVP form. I loved the way the final form looked.

Vantagens:

I have used RSVPify for personal and business use. I loved the flexibility to be able to build different flows, as well as the ability to change or add an attendee manually. The price is great and support is almost always available. When they did not have a feature, they helped me with a work around.

Desvantagens:

I would have liked to have been able to do multi-event RSVP without having to use a workaround. So that I could get how many people they are bringing, any special requests etc. Need more flexibility with accommodations.

Easy To Use RSVP Platform

Comentários: Fairly good. I've used it for multiple years now.

Vantagens:

Whenever I need to use an RSVP platform for an upcoming company event, it's easy to login to RSVPify and see past event history and create new events. The tools are simple to use to design the RSVP landing page and embed it into our website or send via a text / email. Our employees have an easy time using it as well.

Desvantagens:

Seems a little expensive to use the pro version. Usually I have to start taking RSVP's a month or two out from the event. And typically we have between 100-200 guests that RSVP. So the way the cost is setup, I'm often paying for multiple months for minimum use. I'd like to see a different payment/plans structure or just have the monthly cost cheaper.

Comentários: Overall is been good. It serves the purpose.

Vantagens:

The Design Templates are very beautiful and professional. It is also very easy to set up the event and adding all of the entree options etc.

Desvantagens:

The design Options. As a graphic designer, it was a little outdated the options and software you have to design invitations. That Is why I choose the template. Also I dont like the fact that I have to go to Guest List first to add a person or a party then go to Invite then click invite via email then add a new invitation then send it. This process can be much easier like addidng a button that says send email invitation right when you are adding the person to the guest list.

Exceptional Tool

Vantagens:

I loved the landing page aspect and that registration was easy and customizable.

Desvantagens:

When exporting attendees, their RSVP information didn't carry over in the export.

Used for local prom, hundreds of students were happy

Comentários: I was super happy with everything.

Vantagens:

I liked being able to clone these events. I like the RSVP list and the options available to me. I was very happy with support as well. I had questions and what wasn't covered in the FAQ or guides -- wasn't a problem. Support was able to answer my questions.

Desvantagens:

I had a cap on 250 attendees due to covid. I needed to create a backup/overflow event of the same people to register to if the first one was full. This was time consuming and also caused us to need a higher subscription rate. After the events were over I was still charged another monthly fee (even though events were expired) -- I guess that makes sense as I didn't cancel, but if no events are live why is event software charging you? Either way it was my responsibility to cancel the service.

Company Holiday Party Sign Up

Vantagens:

I liked this website as it was an easy way to have employees sign up for the Holiday Party we have each year. It also allowed me to customize and create a cute initial and informative page to provide further details about the event for any interested party that scanned the QR code.

Desvantagens:

I did not like that it did not inform you that there is a maximum of 100 sign ups allowed when you use the website for free. I initially thought the whole process was free but once we got to 100 signups, it informed us that the max had been hit and no one could get access to the link anymore. If this was told initially it would've been appreciated.

Peace of mind

Comentários: The experience was very good for the attendees and the organizer.

Vantagens:

The software was the perfect go-to for internal events that only take place once a year. Many features from customizing the image to menu selections, made it a polished presentation to our staff for our Service Awards Dinner. Loved the link and QR code to make responses to the event effortless.

Desvantagens:

The challenge is having more than one event at a time, you need to delete an event and can not save the information on the site. The site does not work on some web browsers (Internet Explore).

Impressive product + best customer support

Comentários: Phenomenal. Great responsiveness from support, and really great product.

Vantagens:

Really nice invite layouts, lots of customization, and nice invite-only feature. Looks super professional for our business.

Desvantagens:

The only thing missing is a calendar view to show members the full month events. Would love to have this added.

Comentários: Overall experience with RSVPify was amazing. A good friend recommended RSVPify for our wedding and we loved the overall service. Made life that much easier for our special day.

Vantagens:

For our wedding, we loved using RSVPify to organize our guest list. We didn't want to go the traditional route sending paper RSVP's in the mail because we knew we wouldn't receive the correct count for seating. So with RSVPify, we had a visual of who were attending and also able to send out updates to our guests about our wedding. So convenient and super helpful.

Desvantagens:

I think the only part that was our least favorite about the software was navigating how to delete individuals from a certain party who RSVP'd. Instead of deleting an individual, we were forced to delete the whole party and have guests resubmit their RSVP's.

My preferred Event Management Platform

Vantagens:

It is very functional and has good features. The tools let you send reminder. You can send invitation to recently added contacts.

Desvantagens:

I wish it was more flexible to allow more rows to the contact information such as company name.

Easy to set up, easy to use

Comentários: RSVPify helps us plan customer trips where we need to collect a lot of information from different people. The export feature, cloning feature, and custom questions are a must for us!

Vantagens:

Being able to clone previous events saves a lot of time for us, especially when we do the same type of events each year

Desvantagens:

A lot of the features available above the Silver subscription tier would be useful, but the plans are too highly priced for what we need - would be nice to be able to add features on for a small monthly fee

Ease of use and great product!

Comentários: Loved using this! Unlike other free platforms we were able to target our audience and focus on key attendees. Customer service was incredible!

Vantagens:

Simple to personalize, and use as an admin and also as a user.

Desvantagens:

Unable to collect address of attendees which we wanted for thank you cards.
