The platform was intimidating at first, but the more we use it, the more we understand it and see its benefits. > > **Desvantagens**: Due to its complexity (which is a good thing and part of why we chose it), there is a lot more to learn. The other software we used was simpler and they seemed to do more of the set up for us, but I am not sure that was a good thing. I am referring to linking to quickbooks and the payment processor. You have more options with SingleOps, but then that means there is more to understand. > > So far so good. They are very professional and on point\! You are not left to yourself. They have a plan and they walk you through it. I have finished our onboarding and now we are set up with a customer success rep, while still having support available when we need it. From the initial phone call with \[sensitive content hidden\] to see if SingleOps would be a good fit for our business and then getting to work with \[sensitive content hidden\] learning the system. I really loved that she laid out expectations every time we met and would also send a follow up email reviewing what we had discussed along with links for additional help if needed. She also add my "homework" for the next visit which was very helpful for me. It has smoothed out our overall operations and communication between the office, estimators and the crew. I really like that we can all have most of the same information for jobs, and clients and we can all have it from one website and not have to use a bunch of different apps. > > **Desvantagens**: I do find just the over all look of SingleOps to be a bit busy and overwhelming, but I am getting used to it. I also wish there was a better report for reporting employee times for the book keeper. > > So far we have had a great experience with SingleOps.
