DeBounce is a great tool for email validation

Comentários: In general, the overall experience is great.

Vantagens:

I have a lot of email addresses to verify/valid, and I come to DeBounce as the pricing is reasonable and the quality is decent, and the speed is pretty fast.

Desvantagens:

I suppose it's the data is removed after 7 days. I hope it can extend to more days - like 30 days.

This saved a a great deal of time.

Comentários: As a new user, I’m impressed with how easy it was to set up and it does its job. The plug-in settings are easy and the default values work fine for us. At this point I can’t say enough of the time that it saved our company and getting our email addresses squared away.

Vantagens:

Bounce allow us to verify email addresses upon registration of our site. This immediately saved us about five hours a week in verifying emails and our user that we are doing manually. The set up was incredibly easy using the API and plug-in we had the system running in less than 20 minutes.

Desvantagens:

So far it’s worked flawlessly and we don’t have any complaints

Incorrectly marked hundreds as opted out, then no support

Comentários: Very, very bad. DeBounce marked hundreds of contacts in our database as having opted out of email. This included current customers, active leads, and more. Some of them were just not plausible, and we even asked a few contacts if they had really opted out, and they said no. Then I realized *my own* email was marked as having opted out of our email. When trying to do outbound, about every fourth person we were trying to contact was marked as having opted out, so it really limted our sales, onboarding, and customer messaging. The worst part—we got ZERO response from their support team (and it's been over a month and a half). Finally HubSpot was able to help us get it resolved since DeBounce did nothing. Do not recommend.

Vantagens:

Easy interface to use. It's nice to have a feature to validate emails.

Desvantagens:

It marked about a fifth of our contacts as having opted out, then their support team never got back to us to help figure out how to resolve it.

Comentários: Overall, it has been a great experience. It works great for me especially within Clay API.

Vantagens:

DeBounce is great especially with API integration, I mostly use it with Clay and being able to use it with waterfall enrichment.

Desvantagens:

Nothing at this time. I haven't noticed anything that I don't like.

Comentários: DeBounced was recommended to us to clean a list of 25,000 insurance agents. From the process of signup through the authentication, Debounce was easy. The services 5 spam traps, many Catch All and Invalids which was removed from our databases and also add to our internal "opt-out" lists to ensure no future emails will be sent. We have several hundred Wix clients know thousand more insurance professionals we'll be referring DeBounce to.

Vantagens:

Ease of use and effectiveness of cleaning up a database to improve deliverability. We cleaned 25,000 and tested roughly 1500 in a A/B campaign. 99.8% delivered .

Desvantagens:

Candidly, we've not noticed anything and find nothing to be negative about DeBounce at this time.

there’s really nothing I don’t like about Debounce. It’s such an efficient tool that consistently improves performance without any downsides. Whether I’m working with real-time data inputs or event-heavy interfaces, it always delivers smooth, optimized results.

Comentários: I had problems sending out email newsletters because I hadn't checked my database for invalid emails until now. I decided to use DeBounce and was extremely pleased after uploading my list and verifying the entire email list, only active ones remained. Saves time and resources!

Vantagens:

Very easy and useful platform to use. With just a few steps, I verified my email list, which I later used for email campaigns, and it was pretty good.

Desvantagens:

I like everything so far. I have no negative feedback. We will continue to use it in the future

For starters the price is very good. We opt for the 10k credits and for 15$ it's more than we asked for. The overall use of it is also very intuitive and very easy.

Comentários: Overall, my experience with Debounce has been great. Of course, I got my bulk email list validated in a few hours at an AFFORDABLE price (which is great!) For the number of contacts we had, the price that we received was more affordable than other competitors (we ended up paying almost $125 for our contacts while competitors were charging us over $800). Customer service is friendly and attentive. As stated above, I was having issues with the yahoo emails, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] (I believe that was his name) was able to assist me and answer my question in a calm, patient way.

Vantagens:

This software is easy to use and highly affordable if you are a company that needs multiple emails verified. Uploading your bulk list is easy and hassle-free. If there are only one or two emails you need to be verified, DeBounce has the option to allow you to verify one at a time. I am still a new user but I do log in weekly to validate some extra emails that I have found.

Desvantagens:

There are a few things I do not like about the software. When I upload my bulk list and export after verification, my other segments, such as name, phone number, address, etc. do not export along with the email verifications. It is not the end of the world, but there is more work on my end to go into my original customer list and have to de-dupe my spreadsheets. Another issue and I understand this is not DeBounce's fault, is that my customer list contains a large amount of yahoo and aol emails that were not cleaned. I understand this is an issue that all of the email scrubbing industry has with yahoo and aol emails so I was not as upset. Hopefully, there will be a solution to this issue.

DeBounce has a great accuracy rate when it comes to filtering emails whether it's connected via API to a website form or used to clean bulk emails manually. in addition to that it's very affordable when compared with the other email validation platforms.

Desvantagens:

I have been using DeBounce since March 2019 and I didn't notice any critical issue that need to be fixed so far.

Comentários: I clean my list from time to time and use api with forms in my store to verify emails. Works without poblems so far.

Vantagens:

it is efficient and cheap. No bugs or false results (i think), works fast, easy to implement. It does what it should. And it doesn't charge for unknows - that's fair approach.

Desvantagens:

I don't know, maybe api statistics could be separated by monthly usage. So I could see how many calls were this month and how many of them were invalid disposable etc.

Save yourself time and headache and reduce your email risks.

Comentários: It keeps us from sending emails to invalid addresses or spam traps, for fractions of a cent per check.

Vantagens:

DeBounce took all the risk out of processing my client's email list and signups on his website. We've used the API and the batch processing. It's fast, inexpensive, and works. There's not really any way to build this yourself. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Desvantagens:

I have no improvement suggestions at this time.

First time user coming from Mailgun

Comentários: Easy to set up and use.

Vantagens:

We use Mailgun to send our mails. As a free user there, you’re not allowed to use their email validation. So we looked for an alternative. When we found Debounce, we found the price is also a lot cheaper. Also we were surprised by how thorough the validation works.

Desvantagens:

The time we had to wait and it took almost a day to validate around 2000 emails.

Easy to use!

Comentários: I thought this was a very good service. I have used a couple of different email capture systems and quite a few of my subscribers fell into both systems so that meant I have many double ups. This got rid of the double ups and has made my life easier.

Vantagens:

It was a very quick upload and return of data which I thought was good.

Desvantagens:

I felt that removing all of the fields and having to go in and then match up fields was a little time consuming. I would like to see the fields that are uploaded on the list basically be returned to me as well.
