it was easy to explain the problem and ask other peoples' thoughts and as well as to solve the problem thanks i would use again if i need someone to help with my problems

Great for adhoc tests

Vantagens:

We've been looking for a cost effective user testing platform for a while, trying out different ones. Most need you to sign up for a monthly or annual cost but we needed something that we could just use adhoc and this is a good solution for that as we only pay for recruitment. I really like the highlights reel you can create.

Desvantagens:

The dashboard is quite hard to navigate. I seem to go backwards and forwards a lot trying to find the right pages for my study.

Good for live site unmoderated testing

Comentários: Overall, the main use case is for unmoderated, live site testing. No other platform we use has this, so that's our only use case. If another one of our tools adds this, I'd honestly move away from Userfeel as I feel the quality of the participant pool is better on other competitor sites.

Vantagens:

- Unmoderated user testing on live sites. Not many other tools I've used that have a pay-per-go have this capability - Relatively affordable - Easy recruitment and recording - AI support for synthesis analysis of unmoderated tests. This has helped me very quickly and easily pull insights!

Desvantagens:

- Strict recording cap on unmoderated, cuts off unexpectedly - Minimum of $600 per session. This has stopped me from using it recently.

Userfeel Experience as a UX tester

Comentários: Userfeel works well when you are looking for a side-hustle. You don't need much experience as a tester, as such. It works best if you regularly visit a range of websites and try assorted apps and have confidence that you can speak clearly expressing your opinions on layout and usability.

Vantagens:

Userfeel (via the App) offer easy work for UX testers. The app is easy to use e.g. you can move the test controls out of the way so you can concentrate on what you are testing. the instructions for doing each test are very clear. The pay for doing a test (typically about 10 - 20 minutes of your time) is very reasonable at $10 per test.

Desvantagens:

The work isn't very consistent and you have to compete with many other testers to get the work. However, I was able to set up an alert on my phone* so I had a good chance of snagging a test before other testers. *This was not a feature of Userfeel, but achieved via some Google Gmail settings

Userfeel is very helpful because it helps companies get great feedback from everyday people and helps the company with their product/software development as well.

Desvantagens:

There is nothing that I did not like about Userfeel

Terrible user pool, lied about the possibility of a refund before ordering.

Comentários: Bad user pool. Bad customer service. Dishonest and not helpful.

Vantagens:

The idea of a pay as you go only version of UserTesting is great. With a terrible pool, it's not.

Desvantagens:

The users were not what they said they were. I asked for American native English speakers. They were clearly not. I asked for a specific job title. They were clearly not. Before the test, I asked Userfeel about whether or not I could get the specific pool I needed. They said if I was not satisfied they would give a full refund so I proceeded. This happened, I asked, and they did not. They lied. When I pressed them, they literally ghosted me. Aside from the demographics, they feedback they gave was simply not quality. Most merely read words on a page.

Easy user testing tool. No subscription or monthly fee needed.

Comentários: I love Userfeel. It's easy and affordable alternative for usertesting.com which charge insane prices.

Vantagens:

It's easy to use. You can test any site in any language and using screener questions you can have better targeting.

Desvantagens:

There are testers that lie about their language, but Userfeel offers satisfaction guarantee, as a result the test will be replaced for free.

Comentários: It was a good experience. When wanting to work from home and continue to make money it is a great opportunity to have in my pocket. I like that it is interactive. I don't just look at the screen all day but get to talk as if I am holding conversations with others.

Comentários: Userfeel gives me a chance to see my website thru a visitor's eyes. So if I have several usability tests the outcome is as possible as true. The price is fair and the test results are ready in a matter of 24-48 hours!!!

Vantagens:

- Ease of use, - There are many features in order to pick the appropriate testers and to get the most out of their answers concerning their overall impression about my e-shop

Desvantagens:

I found no Cons at all since it was easy to use and proceed to the next screen.

I think it's a good way to improve a website/app because owners need realistic feedback. Through this userfeel tool they have the videos of real users speaking their thoughts as they use the website . Besides that, it's easy, cheap and reliable source.
