Comentários: What I like most about Qooper's mentoring software is how straight forward it is. It has all the functions you need. Nothing more, nothing less. Especially for mentors and mentees, the software is very user friendly. Next to that, it is easily manageable as an administrator as well. All the questions that might arise during the usage of the software can be easily answered by the many instruction video's Qooper offers, which saves you a lot of time. Last but not least, Qooper's customer support is excellent. I liked the fact that before having a demo, you could already explain your need and wants, which were dealt with in the demo. This personal approach was much appreciated by me and my colleagues. I look forward to starting our mentoring program and collecting our first results in the coming months!

Comentários: I'm still working through it but loving what I see.

Love Qooper

Comentários: I took the assessment tests and I was surprised at how accurate and thorough they were. It put a lot for me, into perspective in the person I am and where I want to be moving forward.

Vantagens:

User friendly and everything is in one place.

Desvantagens:

I haven't found anything I don't like in regards to using Qooper.

On a mobile device, Qooper is really hard to navigate. I also would like it if when you complete a 'next step' on the platform, that it would disappear from the home screen.

Comentários: This is my first year of membership in ASPET and because of my participation in the Mentor match program, I have used Qooper and found myself a mentor.

First Month of using Qooper

Comentários: Its an Amazing tool with a lot of features

With Qooper, it's easier to manage your goals and documentation, and it also makes collaboration easier because it's integrated with your local calendar.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes I get a lot of notifications from other groups or teams that I did not subscribe to. I don’t know if I need to adjust some settings or something.

Comentários: It's been great. I love how I can schedule meetings directly from Qooper because my outlook calendar syncs perfectly.

I don't like that I can't see who sent me a chat. I have to check each advisor to see who sent me a chat.

Comentários: I like this platform for mentoring. You do not need to share your personal email or phone number if you choose not to.

Vantagens:

Have chat and video options for coordination since it integrates with zoom.

Can we see when the user last signed in to Qooper so that we know if a user is checking messages or not?

Comentários: since this my first time utilizing the software and my first mentoring experience, its my only mentoring experience as of now to rate. So far so good.

Qooper for educators

Comentários: Overall, I like having two methods of communicating with the mentee. The training videos were an added layer of support to help both the mentor and mentee be successful.

Vantagens:

I like being able to easily live chat with my mentee. Also, the zoom feature provided another means of effective communication.

Desvantagens:

I had trouble opening the zoom feature after canceling a meeting then rescheduling it. The system would not allow me or mentee to start our meeting using the link provided.

A good recorder of programs

Comentários: It's fine to check and arrange activities in qooper, and it's a good recorder of program.

Vantagens:

Arrange meeting easily and available in both teams and zoom.

Desvantagens:

It's hard to check all the activities in My Calendar session, and can not change the range from the one week to one month.
