A notable issue is its inability to accurately retrieve phone numbers from Airbnb guests, which means I'm unable to send text messages or use WhatsApp for communication. The support team also seems to lack the necessary knowledge to provide effective assistance. Adding to the frustration is their policy on account cancellation; it cannot be done online and requires manual intervention. Despite being told that the sales support team would contact me regarding this, I've received no communication.
