Amenitiz - bastante útil

Vantagens:

Permite gerir as reservas das várias plataformas (-custos de mão de obra, -taxas)

Desvantagens:

Serviço de apoio ao cliente, não estar operacional ao fim de semana

Parceria muito válida

Comentários: De forma geral, ficamos satisfeitos com todo o trabalho e proposta. O único ponto que nos desagrada é o retorno do pessoal do suporte.

Vantagens:

De forma geral, todo o trabalho oferecido é de qualidade BOA

Desvantagens:

Os canais de suporte. São demorados e muitas vezes não supriram nossos anseios e necessidades.

Staff muito bom, sempre disponiveis [conteúdo sensível escondido], muito intuitivo e é fácil de explorar.

Desvantagens:

No telemovel não é tão apelativo e limita o uso. Falta o programa de faturação certificado pela AT em Portugal.

Comentários: Utilizo a Amenitiz recentemente. Ainda não consigo emitir uma opinião sólida.

Desvantagens:

Não há a possibilidade de registar fichas dos vários hóspedes de uma mesma reserva. Não é possível abrir ou fechar quartos com edição em massa. Temos que fechar tarifa a tarifa, quando na realidade queremos simplesmente fechar o quarto num determinado período.Não permite anular um desconto que introduzimos (por engano) numa reserva.Quando recebemos a notificação de cancelamento de uma reserva, não conseguimos ver qual a reserva na app.

Comentários: I am very happy with Amenitiz and highly recommend their platform. I spent a lot of time comparing all of the channel manager and booking engine sites before deciding on Amenitiz. I am a new bed and breakfast and they have helped with everything. We created a great website together and the customer service has been excellent. Being new to the business I have had several questions and things I was unsure of, but they have responded quickly to and handled perfectly all of my requests

There is nothing that l have experienced as yet.

What they say on their website is NOT WHAT THEY DELIVER

Comentários: Their product is completely and utterly unusable for me. Despite proving this to them, and despite hiring a developer from my end to help them improve their product, they weren't interested.The worst part? They won't let me out of the contract. Do yourself a favor and look for an alternative. Unless you want to get rid of your money, your guests, and your nerves.

Vantagens:

I have to admit I learned a lot about what not to do in terms of advertising.Their website and their customer service claims served as a great reminder how to quickly ruin a business by overpromising and underdelivering. Or in their case, not delivering at all by selling an unusable product.

Desvantagens:

They promise the world and deliver absolutely nothing. In the end, you're left with a product that is harmful to your business, and you spent countless hours and money for this "service". They are not interested in resolving any issues. They count on the fact that you already spent too much time to make amenitiz software work, and that you won't leave them because you don't want to spend that time somewhere else, again.A business model that will ruin them, for sure. Clients are not as stupid as amenitiz seem to think they are.

Future proof Property Management System

Comentários: I have been a customer of Amenitiz for more than 2 years and am very pleased with the partnership.

Vantagens:

They are continuously evolving the service to provide the best possible experience.

Desvantagens:

Some time back they were not meeting my expectations for support. This has improved considerably over the last year as they have staffed up the Support department.

Found this to be the best that works for me.

Simple to use, everything I need it to do. Staff alway happy to help.

Desvantagens:

Nothing not to like. Personally has everything I need it to do. The app could do with an update to be able to do more on the go, but it does the job.

Comentários: Io ormai lo uso da un anno e mezzo e mi trovo molto bene a parte qualche problema iniziale e qualche problema legato a check-in ultimamente

Vantagens:

A me piace un po' tutto di amenitiz non ci sono cose che non vanno al momento quindi usando un po' tutto non so cosa chiedere di più

Desvantagens:

Ecco un unico svantaggio è che non sono sbloccate tutte le opzioni nonostante paghi un abbonamento alto hai comunque delle funzioni bloccate cosa che non è bella

al principio era tutto bellissimo e fantastico, ma più andavo avanti e più uscivano problematiche, falle e lacune provvigioni di amenitiz pay non restituite quando viene fatta una cancellazione nei tempi o un rimborso assistenza pessima pochi, pochissimi, hanno una buona preparazione, spesso non rispondo o rispondo in modo errato al quesito tutela per gli hoste nei pagamenti di amenitiz pay quasi del tutto inesistente

Comentários: En un principio siempre tienes las dudas de los cambios, pero el cambio ha sido para mejor sin duda.

Fácil funcionamiento de su página , la página web que te hacen etc. El buen funcionamiento de su chat para solucionarte cualquier problema.

Sinceramente no tengo nada que comentar nada negativo de la plataforma

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

Vantagens:

La creación de la web para recibir reservas directas, [contenido sensible oculto] es muy muy buena en su trabajo.

Desvantagens:

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con la plataforma Amenitiz ha sido muy decepcionante. Desde el tercer día de uso, he encontrado múltiples errores críticos que no han sido resueltos, a pesar de mis continuos reportes al soporte técnico. Los problemas más graves incluyen errores en la gestión de reservas, que es fundamental para cualquier operación de alojamiento turístico. La plataforma tiene dificultades constantes con la sincronización de Airbnb, mostrando fechas disponibles que los clientes no pueden reservar, lo cual aumenta significativamente la carga de trabajo de nuestro equipo. También hay fallos importantes en los permisos de los usuarios, limitando la funcionalidad necesaria para el personal de mantenimiento y otros roles clave. Además, los errores en los plantillas de mensajes automáticos de check-in han causado confusión y frustración tanto en nuestro equipo como en nuestros clientes, mandan mensajes de check in de otras propiedades y hay veces que directamente no las mandan, una auténtica locura que seguimos sin dar crédito, como es posible que esta plataforma exista en el mercado. Inicialmente, la comunicación parecía prometedora y todo eran buenas palabras, pero una vez que la relación comercial comienza, el soporte y la resolución de problemas son inadecuados. No recomiendo esta plataforma para la gestión de apartamentos turísticos debido a sus múltiples fallos y a la falta de atención adecuada post-venta. Me ha resultado una pérdida de tiempo y de dinero. Tengan mucho cuidado, parece que lo único que interesa es que firmes con ellos, por supuesto el dinero se lo quedan y sin contestación por parte de todo el equipo :)

Rápidos y eficaces

Comentários: Hasta el momento mi experiencia con Amenitiz no tiene ninguna falla y estoy contenta con el resultado y la celeridad en la respuesta.

Vantagens:

Son rapidísimos en solucionar problemas y dudas, así como en el diseño previo y puesta en marcha de todo el producto.

Desvantagens:

A día de hoy no tengo ninguna queja del servicio ofrecido por Amenitiz

En el inventario seria mas comodos tener un calendario donde se vean todos los anuncios y mas amplio. Y no cada vez volver al principio.

Amentiz est un logiciel intuitif , facile d'utilisation, les réservations en direct se font facilement, la mise en place du channel manager s'est bien passée avec un bon accompagnement, le versement des réservations faites par amenitizpay se fait entre 10-15 jours.

Desvantagens:

ma seule difficulté est peut-être la modification des informations sur mon site web que je ne trouve pas intuitif
