Comentários: My overall experience was very good.

Vantagens:

Easy to set-up, the inventory syncing features are well conceived. No matter where you update your inventory level, it is going to sync properly across all your different platforms. Very few bugs, the price is good.

Desvantagens:

It is quite lightweight on feature at this moment, it would be really nice to see Trunk digging into analytics, especially some predictive analytics.

Comentários: Trunk enables me to sell on both Etsy and Shopify. Before I found Trunk, I was having so many problems with a previous app syncing inventory that I very nearly closed my Shopify and stuck to one platform. I remember when I first got in touch with the rep, I almost didn't believe him that Trunk could actually do what I needed from the software but it does it brilliantly. I'm so impressed!

Vantagens:

Stock syncing is an absolute necessity for my business and I am delighted to say Trunk handles this with ease. It saves me so much time and stress, I was always worrying that I might over-sell but since using Trunk I have had no problems whatsoever. Support is always fast and friendly. It was very easy to integrate with my stores.

Desvantagens:

It would be great to have some more filtering and sorting features, but the rep is working on adding them in time which is great!

Trunk - Inventory Management Across Three Stores

Comentários: Spendy, but it gets the job done

Vantagens:

Trunk turned the arduous and annoying process of normalizing inventories across my three storefronts and turned it into a no-brainer. Now, all I do is update my inventories on a single site and it ripples out across the other stores automatically.

Desvantagens:

Although the monthly pricing is a bit high at the moment for my taste, I've found it works great to turn on Trunk before my busy season around the holidays to make sure I'm not overselling my inventory.

Best Inventory Management System I've Used

Comentários: I started using Trunk because I wanted to make sure my inventory was syncing between Squarespace and Etsy. Trunk syncs within seconds between each platform and has completely taken the stress out of managing my inventory, allowing me more time to create items to sell. 110% worth it, you wont regret it.

Vantagens:

Super user-friendly platform, instant syncing between sources, easy set-up

Desvantagens:

It doesn't auto populate listings from one source to the next, you have to manually list them in each one.

Best Inventory Tool for Multi-Channel

Comentários: I am so happy with Trunk, I can't imagine going to any of the other apps I was using before. It's slighlty more expensive but well-worth it. Excellent excellent product.

Vantagens:

No other app has eevr been so easy to set up. With other incentory management tools you have to migrate your products and map SKUs - not Trunk! As soon as you integrate with Shopify, Etsy, Amazon etc it pulls all the SKUs and matches them for you! Duplicate SKUs are easily managed and linking products to others (ie bundles) is super easy. It does it all for you instantly once new products are added on any linked channel.

Desvantagens:

Lack of reporting and inability to export products to audit.

I recently set up my account with Trunk. Any of my questions were answered by their very responsive customer service.

Comentários: Trunk is the Advil for your inventory headaches. It works like a charm and opened up distribution opportunities that we had shied away from. Setup was quick and painless and we finally got a clear picture of our inventory. Worth every penny!

Jewelry business with Trunk

Vantagens:

Finding Trunk has really helped manage my inventory across multiple platforms. Being a small business, I found it very overwhelming initially to manage the inventory of a handful of shops so having Trunk that automatically syncs the inventory without any intervention is one of the best purchases when launching my business!

Desvantagens:

There’s a little bit of a learning curve in the beginning but customer service is very helpful

Love the simplicity of how this works. I've been searching for software to sync my inventory between platforms for quite a while before I discovered Trunk. Definitely recommend!

I'd love it if it were a little more like craftybase but it's great for what it does.

Very happy with Trunk...

Trunk is working very well for what we need, which for the moment is synchronizing inventory between different eBay sites. It also supports several other e-commerce platforms and website builders like Etsy, Shopify and Squarespace... that should definitely help us in growing our business! Their customer service is top notch, quick and nice, they answered all our questions when we contacted them months before we even started a free trial and were very helpful when we finally subscribed and set up the synchronization... In short, great product and great team doing a great job!!

Desvantagens:

I would like them to also allow for cross-listing your items directly from Trunk so that you don't have to go on each of your selling platforms separately to list the same item. I've heard that is in the works though so it's all good!

Must have service for Etsy Sellers

Comentários: Kits and bundles on Etsy! No more manually modifying inventories after every sale. Not to mention the incredibly useful 'low inventory' alerts. Trunk has saved us countless hours by automating many of our former manual tasks. A must have service for Etsy sellers!

Vantagens:

Kits and bundles is by far the most beneficial service to us as a majority of our products are part of a bundle. Low inventory alerts that are customizable is a close second in terms of amazing features

Desvantagens:

None so far. There are features in their roadmap that would be useful to us now, but I don't consider those features not being available yet as cons

Exactly what my business needed

Vantagens:

I can't tell you how happy I was when I found Trunk. As a small business, I desperately needed to limit my inventory so I don't overwork myself. However on Squarespace, my listings have up to 300 variables, and working with just Squarespace means every single variable had inventory, rather than applying to the entire listing as a whole. With Trunk, I was able to bundle these listings using the "material component dependency" example. It worked PERFECTLY and has given me so much more peace in my business knowing I have more control over how many sales I make. I am so so grateful I found Trunk!

Desvantagens:

It is on the pricier side compared to other software I use. However its worth every penny for the relief it provides my business. And the customer service is exceptional

I have an online fabric shop and our inventory was getting harder to manage across two platforms and we needed to add a third. My biggest fear has always been running out of stock and having to contact customers to tell them. I spent quite a lot of time researching inventory management systems and most of them didn't cover all the platforms I needed. Trunk did and had good reviews too so I thought what was there to lose by trying a two week trial! Once we had synced our SKUs across all 3 platforms I could see how easy this was going to be. Instantly I could see discrepancies in my inventory even though I thought I was doing a good job doing my own. Trunk is very clear and easy to use and best of all it does what it claims to do! I just wanted to say too that I love the SKU number repeat feature - Trunk sends you an e-mail letting you know if you use a SKU twice, which is great because cutting and pasting has its dangers!! I actually felt ill at the thought of trying to manage my inventory by myself again. Don't be put off by cost think of the hours it will save you sat in front of the computer away from your family! Desvantagens:

I am actually struggling to come up with a negative. Price for us was an issue, but Trunk is totally worth the money, it was just that for us as a small business it seemed like a big investment. However it has been totally worth it.

Makes multi-platform selling easy!

Comentários: I did the free trial and came back for more. This product is great and easy to use.

Vantagens:

Since my small business has an Etsy page, a Squarespace storefront and we participate in in-person markets processed through Square, there's a lot of pages to manage. I went looking for a solution to cross-platfrom inventory management when I made a sale on my storefront for something that had sold out on my Etsy, and didn't have the inventory available. Everything up until getting Trunk had been a manual process and I didn't like looking so unprofessional having to cancel the order because my inventory wasn't correct. Now, I won't have to worry about that ever again.

Desvantagens:

The sliding price scale is a double-edged sword, more sales means higher fee, but that does make sense. It's tough to justify when my product is a small, low cost, low margin item, but it still seems worth it.

Super Easy For Small Business Owners

Vantagens:

It's taken me forever to write this but I love Trunk! It makes managing my Etsy/Woocommerce a breeze. Because of how seamless it works - it will allow me to open up to other platforms as well - especially something as strict as Amazon. Also, I just want to note that whenever I have a question - even outside of their working hours - [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has gotten back to me within minutes. Super impressed.

Desvantagens:

Honestly, nothing really. Everything is super seamless even for someone that gets frustrated with web stuff!

Best app to sync products accross different pages for inventory management

Vantagens:

The developers are great at responding and working on customizations needed for our store. The app works across multiple product pages with accuracy and reliability.

Desvantagens:

The only thing that I can say is that I wish it would work across different products no matter where the inventory is updated. As of now, we have to make sure that we update the products where they have a specific tag.

We're so glad we found Trunk

Comentários: We sell on Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Walmart and before Trunk our employees had to manually keep the inventory in sync. It was beyond error-prone and was hurting our business since we would experience constant stock outs and oversells. At one point one of our guys was semi-fulltime fixing our inventory. I can't stress how much of a nightmare it was. We found Trunk and integrated it within hours. Then we spent a good amount of time correcting our inventory for hopefully the last time. Ever since then, Trunk has kept our inventory in sync beautifully, even during Black Friday or the busy holiday season. Hope these guys stay in business forever since we'd be seriously messed up without them.

Vantagens:

- Trunk currently does not support Walmart yet

Comentários: Trunk came from a recommendation in my Mastermind group. We had low expectations for this software since it was unknown in the market and didn't know if it could handle businesses of our size. They were kind enough to offer us an extended valuation period

Vantagens:

We did not expect setup to be so quick. It handles our 20,000+ SKUs and keeps them in automatic sync b/t Amazon and Shopify. The software seems to be easy to use and our employees like.

Desvantagens:

Not really have any since this is such a straight forward product

Vantagens:

A great time and energy saver! It manages my business across several platforms at once. I can manage my inventory in less than half the time because I can manage the inventory for all of my eCommerce sales channels thru one site. It's super easy and the price is great! It is allowing me to expand my business without the dreaded "manual" cross managing of inventory. I even use it to manage my inventory when I am on the road at a trade show.

Desvantagens:

Not a thing!! Honestly, there is nothing I don't like. Awesome software!

Comentários: It's just worth every single penny. When we were still evaluating we were deciding between Trunk and other inventory control software that was much more complex. We chose to go with Trunk for its simplicity and we just found it worked the best overall.

Vantagens:

I love that you can just connect everything and it all links up by sku in just minutes so it's super easy to just get started. I love that the inventory updates are instant. I love that it supports kitting. I love that it's a great value for the price.

Desvantagens:

I don't like the search, it needs improvement

Comentários: Trunk Inventory enabled me to expand my business and expand my customer base without having to manually update my inventory levels. I never have to worry about overselling a product and it saves me SO many hours of work, which frees up more time for production! Win-win all around! Totally worth it!

Once my products are linked on all platforms, I don't have to do anything on Trunk - it does it for me!

It was a little tricky to setup at first, but the customer service and help was wonderful! They helped me get it going and then it was easy from there.

Excellent way to organize inventory across multiple selling platforms

Comentários: Trunk has helped me navigate the organizational chaos of being a small handmade business owner, selling across multiple platforms. My experiences with customer support have been prompt and EXCELLENT, as I had some difficulties setting up my inventory and managing my SKUs initially. I would highly recommend Trunk to all my maker friends and associates. It has simplified managing stock and avoiding overselling one of a kind goods.

Vantagens:

Trunk makes it easy to keep accurate inventory across my various sales channels. It's user friendly, allows feedback for improving the user experience, and my interactions with customer support have exceeded expectations. I wish I'd started using Trunk earlier in my entrepreneurial journey!

Desvantagens:

I'm extremely pleased with the site so far, but I wish I could delete inventory items that I've created in error without having to contact customer care.

Time Saver

Trunk has saved me SO MUCH time and energy! I have an Etsy shop and have the same item in multiple listings and this keeps track of inventory across them all seamlessly. I no longer spend hours a week keeping track of inventory and updating listings to reflect stock levels. Wish I would have invested in Trunk years ago.

Desvantagens:

A way to print inventory, or export as a spreadsheet.

Having the option to list all your products on one page would be good, rather than having to click through pages.
