Vantagens:

Starting a web design agency and using wcfm as a main project to our maximum potential has come a long way!

Desvantagens:

It is very complex and has many settings. It could take a while to understand. Documentation is there to help though.

Great software, great value

Vantagens:

Great software and support. Have a marketplace of hundreds of suppliers and have lots of clients and the basic version is free so what is there not to like.

Desvantagens:

Could improve the support on the free version but is good for a free product.

Customer Service leads alot to be desired

Comentários: Would I recommend, for certain NO. Given the sheer insulting attitude this company has to its paying customers, NO . Saying your customer is an idiot isnt a company that should be in any market. "It’s evident that you’re confident, though possibly without the required knowledge. I’ve repeatedly stated that the issue doesn’t originate from WCFM, but it seems challenging to convey."

Vantagens:

The plugins are slightly better than DOKAN but not by much. The amount of plugins you need to install is isnt feasable in the long term and does nothing for page speed. So far after buying a licence I have 4 plugins installed and in order to get further funcionality I need to install yet another plugin. Why so many plugins are required when it is well known that the fewer plugins on a wordpress site the better it performs.

Desvantagens:

I purchased my licence 2 months ago, so far I have had a need to contact supplier 3 times. The first was any easy response, the 2nd I was ignored and the 3rd I was spoken to with contempt. The person admitted that they chose not to investige my issue thoroughly, in fact they wrote the following. Admitting that they choose not to ask further questions to investige and provide assistance. I find the contempt they are showing to a paying customer shocking, which I why I decided to write this negative review. I am not paying a licence to be spoken to with contempt like they person who I had the unfortunatle luck to deal with. You can read their commments below"You might ask, why I didn’t tell you this before – it’s because you haven’t specified any information about which plugins you’re using or provided your site link. Today, I retrieved your URL from the WCFM license activation details and visited your site."

Excellent solution, being improved all the time

Comentários: While we're still in the pre-launch stage of our marketplace, WC Multivendor Marketplace has been a great tool to use. It offers more functionality than competing multivendor solutions at a better price. It has allowed us to take on vendors, get our products up and online and get ready for launch.

Vantagens:

- Well priced - Support is responsive - Very well thought out - almost every function you can think of, it has - Can build a professional looking backend for your vendors easily and inexpensively, building trust

Desvantagens:

- Some of the admin backend is a little confusing as there are so many options - Communications with vendors through portal is a little clunky - We're using Printful to create and distribute products and the integration between products in WooCommerce / WC Multivendor Marketplace and Printful can sometimes be confusing. There are three places a product could be edited, so it's difficult to know where they should be edited.

Great addon

Comentários: Giving my clients control over their event and coupons, is a must and WP Vendors takes the effort out of this... Easy to use and customizable....

Vantagens:

I think Vendors is a fantastic addon to your current WooComm customizations, and giving your clients fill control of their Event (in our cases) dashboard is a must.... Our clients love the look and feel!

Desvantagens:

I found that I had to add a lot of custom CSS to the Vendors dashboard but that is understandable as we wanted a different look and feel...

Even a great application is worth nothing without the right support

Vantagens:

The application is very well designed. Provides a lot of features and modifications.

Desvantagens:

Only unfortunately, the customer support is lacking. A marketplace is a bit more complex than a pure online store. We have specially purchased the premium support. Unfortunately, we often wait more than 2 months for an answer to our tickets, even if it's just a "no, that's not possible". I admit we also asked for some customizations, but a quicker answer and if it is only a "no" would be very helpful. We had to postpone our launch because of WCfM several times, because legal bases for the EU did not work.

Great in concept but does not work

Comentários: Has potential however would stay clear until they fix there internal business process.

Vantagens:

The software has an easy to use vendor backend and the front-page management is good.

Desvantagens:

The plugins had to be registered individually, and even though I purchased the Ultimate package the software would not recognise it The support was very bad.

The Best Multivendor Marketplace available!

Comentários: The development team has great support and offer very affordable customization options.

Vantagens:

This plugin is simply awesome! The development team has really went all out, to give as many options needed to make this plugin better then the rest! You can't beat the amount of features included for the price. The plugin seems to have weekly and monthly updates. It's very simple and user friendly.

Desvantagens:

I have not found anything that I do not like about the plugin so far.

Through my journey, i tried & tested almost all Multi-vendor plugins in the market now a days. i never been satisfied like i do today. great plugin, great features & great support. Finally i found what i'm looking for, a great partner. well done :)

Best Multivendor plugin system ever!

Vantagens:

I tried all other MV plugins for wordpress, this one is part of a new wave of plugins that are changing the game from an all-in-one plugin. So if you want a one-stop-shop, this is it!

Desvantagens:

A little hard to navigate at first. I'd love to see steady updates improving user experience.

Don't waste your time

Comentários: horrible. They really suck as developers and customer service.

Vantagens:

Nothing. I'd love the plugin if the features and integratos actually work they way they say they do, but they dont....

Desvantagens:

Their support. The plugin does not work seamlessly unless you simply build with guttenberg blocks. Many of the compatabilities and integrations they claim to work, do not. Then, when you contact support for help, they often take a week to reply and the response doesn't solve the problem. It's obvious they don't read the actual tickets or view the screenshots or attachments you provide. It is a cheap knock off version of Dokan that doesn't function correctly and their support is atrocious. You will waste so much time just getting basic functions, like the site search field, to actually work.

Exceptional Woocommerce Multivendor Marketplace Plugin

Comentários: I used the WC Multivendor Marketplace to build my Multivendor website. Surprisingly, most of the features I requested from the developer to design into the marketplace where already established in the WC Multivendor Marketplace thereby making it easier for developers to accomplish the request of their clients. This is the best Multivendor Marketplace and no other woocommerce marketplace can compare in terms if features and easy of design.

Vantagens:

The WC Multivendor Marketplace has everything you can imagine makes a Multivendor Marketplace. The functionalities are unbeatable. I did not even know until I started exploring the dashboard and reading about the different functions. Some of the exceptional features include the following: Commission setup that can be applied across all products or specific to a product Withdrawal and payment setup that can be automated depending on the mode of payment. Manual method is also available for bank transfers Shipping Setup that can be applied country wise or by zone Refund System Setup that allows to setup timeline for when a purchase is eligible for refund Store Policies where vendors can define policies applicable to their store Review management System that allows customers to post a review on stores in addition to product review. Thus making possible for prospective buyers to make informed decisions on vendors. Single Product Multivendor that allows a vendor to sell the products of other vendors thus making a product available in various stores and enhancing product search. Inquire System that allows buyers to make inquiries directly to vendors instead of support chat. Other notable features include the ability for vendors to setup opening and closing hours, week day off etc, Seller Verification to build customers trust and confidence when making purchases

Desvantagens:

The only downside is that the WC Marketplace has overwhelming number of features which is actually a Pros!!!

Premium Support?

Comentários: good features. cover almost everything need. little customization will be very hard with low quality 'premium support'

rich features, almost got everything i need. from seting up vendors account, upload products, product location everything quite smooth, checkout, delivery

Desvantagens:

Bad support, even with "premium support " my tickets were not attended over 2 weeks. The reason because of COVID they said. WCFM they don't even know they told me the same thing on my previous ticket until I get mad. In conclusion, if you're running a small business 5-10 orders/day. this may suit you. For multimillion business. please don't.

Confusing and missleading

Comentários: Would I use this system again, NO. Is it value for money, well it is a fair price, but the lack of support and professionalism lets it down and when taken into consideration, then no, it's not good value for money.

Vantagens:

It read and I was informed that the software would do all that we required of it. On initial enquiry the system seemed great for what was needed form it.

Desvantagens:

It is poorly designed, the help files are in pigeon English, with grammar being very poor. What it says it provides is not the case, e.g. it says it's compatible with Divi, then finding out they do not support the Divi Theme, and their support system is very slow. The response time is very poor, and when support is given, it is very vague with no quality customer service. We purchased lifetime licenses, yet we're not able to download and re-install the software. Warning, if you want something sophisticated, this might not be the right choice.

An Overall Excellent Product

Comentários: The customer support is amazing! Every marketplace is different however, these guys go above and beyond to assist you in making your marketplace work the way you need it to. I REALLY appreciate it!

Vantagens:

Extremely customizable, easy to use, always up to date and new features are frequently added. There is so much needed functionality included with this plugin that so many marketplace plugins don't have. This plugin meets the basic needs of a marketplace owner and then adds all the bells and whistles.

Desvantagens:

There is no solution for marketplace tax calculation for vendor sales

Great Front End Dashboard

Comentários: It's very good overall.

Vantagens:

Love the ease to setup and get my vendors onboard.

Desvantagens:

A little difficult to get the settings in the front end to stick. For example I have set the products to be published without requiring approval but that is not working. Coupons are set to show on the vendors dashboard and they are not showing.

I gave it an honest try, but had to request a refund

Comentários: I had to review all the multivendor marketplace, and chose to purchase WCLover Multivendor, but the initial issues took too long to be resolved. And I have to request a refund and go for an alternate product at a higher price point.

Vantagens:

Lots of feature, at good pricepoint. I am sure they can do better if they focus on the support and resolution.

Desvantagens:

The support was not prompt.. spl when a maketplace was development, I expect quicker turnaround.

Best value you for your money and constantly improving

Vantagens:

I love the overall design of the user interface. It is clear, vivid, and easy to navigate. The developers have done a great job incorporating as many essential marketplace features as possible, and support is very responsive to both issues and ideas for enhancement.

Desvantagens:

The biggest issue I am having right now, and the reason I have not been able to go live with my site yet, is the lack of integrated shipping labels and automated tracking. The software does provide a spot to manually paste shipping tracking numbers now, but my users will potentially be shipping so many items that I need a way for them to quickly create a shipping label from their order page and automatically track through USPS. There may be an additional plugin I can use, but so far I haven't figured out the best way to accomplish this.

Review

Comentários: Client wont use the site as it doesnt have the ability to edit images like wordpress does. We thought it would be standard as it is standard in wordpress but it isnt. I lost a years payment because of this and also customer refused to pay me and we ended up having arguments over this. Caused a lot of distress and for this reason I would be wary of recommending it again. All over something so small but when you give us a note it will be a couple of months and almost a year later I still have to tell my client it is not done.

Vantagens:

Integrates with other plugins Wordpress friendly

Desvantagens:

We were told a year ago that the image editing for the multi vendor would be available in the next three months, It still has materialised a year later. Would prefer vendors to be able to be in charge of their own payments rather than all the money going to the owner of the site and then have to deduct the paypal commission Some of the sections are not user friendly to edit.

Comentários: As a small business, the plugins can get quite expensive. Especially by the time you are done purchasing all the of the ones you need to best run your website. The price of their plugs are without a doubt the best priced out of ALL plugins not just in their category. I can say I am really glad I selected their plugins for my project. They have great support too.

Desvantagens:

Stores being able to use their own domain - feature.

Desvantagens:

No Cons - WC Multivendor Marketplace simply works as described.

anyone can use it. one needs not to be a techy or developer and even the free makes the work 100%

the addons after the ultimate (which not necessary) but great extra functions are quite expensive. The developers keeps thinking outside the box making it awesome

Terrible support!

Comentários: The radius search doesn't work at all which is a key feature of why I purchased the software. When I pointed this out in a support ticket they just stopped replying.

Vantagens:

It can do a lot and some of it even works.

Desvantagens:

Support is awful, one of their features doesn't work and I've had a ticket open for months. I was last updated over a month ago saying it had been passed onto the dev team but since then I've heard nothing. They have just vanished.
