5 people will call and speak about one issue. Their internal communication can be improved upon so that the merchant doesn't have to repeat the issue to different people.

> **Vantagens**: The feature I like the most under this payment gateway is the UI. The UI/UX design as per merchant point of view is amazing. Also, today's transaction amount gets updated immediately after we receive payment.

> **Desvantagens**: The interface for customer's looks very off and obsolete in terms of design and feel. It should be updated. Also, sometimes there's a lag in the message when we receive the payment. The payment mail comes little delayed for a few transactions. Hence, this can be improved as well.
