You're not making it easier to understand the vendor terms of approval and I have tried for over 3 years to get paid for Assignment ID \[sensitive content hidden\] . This company no longer exist on your platform. It is your responsibility to assist the techs to get proper treatment. Every case I have filed has ended in favor of the vendor. You should ask yourself what you can do to prevent this from happening again. You have made any effort to help me get paid . And you continue to reach out to me. I've followed all your instructions and nothing is done. You have no guarantees for success and no tech should be taking your job listing's. There are more risk than reward.

> **Desvantagens**: When I used the software there was not a lot that ensured the technicians were who they claimed to be and there was not a background check requirement. Software itself was a little clunky and took a while to load if there were multiple filters as well
