Vantagens:

A grande vantagem deste software é a digitalização de qualquer documento de uma forma perfeita.

Desvantagens:

A única desvantagem do software é a limitação de algumas funcionalidades na versão free.

Arkon-Microsoft Lens

Comentários: No geral é muito bom, facilita na digitalização de um texto que levaria muito tempo para ser escrito, com o lens faz em questão de segundos.

Vantagens:

Gosto da agilidade na pesquisa, de um objeto ou texto escaneado com a câmera do disponível móvel.

Desvantagens:

O que menos me agrada é algumas pesquisa trazem resultados nada a ver com o objeto escaneado.

Gosto bastante do aplicativo Microsoft Office Lens por ser bem completo por dia só.

Comentários: A minha experiência dentro do aplicativo foi incrível, visto que eu utilizava outro aplicativo que não possuía todas as funcionalidades no Microsoft Office Lens e, quando eu descobri esse aplicativo revolucionário, percebi que esse é o melhor que eu havia encontrado até então.

Vantagens:

O que eu mais gostei no aplicativo foi sua variedade de funções, uma vez que ele possui leitor de QR code, escaneador de documento, dentre suas outras funcionalidades, o que faz com que não seja necessário baixar vários outros aplicativos com uma única função cada um.

Desvantagens:

O que eu menos gostei no aplicativo Microsoft Office Lens foi o seu design interno (dentro do aplicativo) o qual poderia ser mais organizado e bonito.

Vantagens:

I like that Microsoft Lens is a part of the Microsoft platform and as such is integrated with the other Microsoft programs seamslessly.

Desvantagens:

It can sometimes be a lengthy process to save and convert the scans.

Vantagens:

Microsoft lens allows to easily scan and store the physical docuemnts into various supported formats.

Desvantagens:

Microsoft Lens' OCR technology and file filter tools are not as effective as of the competitors like Camscanner.

Comentários: Overall I have had a pretty pleasant experience using Microsoft lense.

Vantagens:

I like how straight forward it is to use Microsoft lens and being able to save the files I scan to my OneDrive.

Desvantagens:

Unless the handwriting is super clean and clear, I wouldn't suggest using the ocr feature. Ocr work well on printed text and unless the handwritten text is clear and clean it will struggle to produce the correct words.

Microsoft lens is value for money

Comentários: I can't describe how Microsoft Lens help me in my practical life. It reduces my work pressure a lot. In a word i just love it.

Vantagens:

It takes less time to convert images to PDF and PowerPoint with maximun accuracy which impresses me a lot.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes it is not accurate while converting image to word file if the image quality is not high.

Microsoft Lens is a professional scanner that gave me a premium results for my all scans. Easy to use and have all required filters. As well as, scanned files can be converte to a PDF or different format which really helpful.

This app makes me easy to scan my documents at anytime. Interface is soo simple and easy to operate. Available filters are great. Furthermore I can save scanned images to my gallery, PDF, word and PowerPoint. That's a great feature that I love

Gets stuck when saving scanned photos, but not every time.

Very simple to use- just point at a sheet of paper and shoot and let the software do the rest. The software makes it easy to copy and paste the text to whatever document you like.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes taking photos or uploading photos of the textbook or printed work that you want to extract text from can be difficult. Sometimes the size of the image to extract text from can be difficult

Simple tool for pdf conversion and good for microfot users only because has limited tools

Comentários: overall i feel like microsoft lens is good for microsoft users only who need very simple pdf and document converter with minimal interface and with text editing and full text speech options.

Vantagens:

the interface is very simple and minimal and has very limited tools though. the text extraction is good and the data capture and transfer is also very fast and efficient. the full text speech is also helpful and so is the text editing tool too.

Desvantagens:

there are very limited no of tools and personalization options. also the sharing options are even limited. the conversion to pdf has very limited tools which are so many when compared to other apps.

A really great digitizing app

Comentários: I sometimes use it to digitize visual media in order to obtain a high-quality rendering. You can scan documents in high quality, convert handwritten text into digital text, and edit it in Word, PowerPoint, or Onenote. I highly recommend it

Microsoft Lens is a really great app. With Microsoft Lens, it is very easy to convert a physical, visual medium into a digital file. With a single click of your smartphone photo, you transform your visual support into an editable digital file. I like its scanning accuracy and its sharing and integration features with Microsoft Office applications. It integrates very easily with other Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Onenote, Powerpoint, etc. Or, with its scanning accuracy, you can simply keep the rendered file or share it. Also, it is possible to process a file already in its gallery to make it editable. Microsoft Office Lens is an application to try at least once

Desvantagens:

I have not had any particular problems with this product. I don't have any recommendations to make at this time

Comentários: overall microsoft lens is very simple and very basic pdf converting and document converting tool and good for microsoft users only i feel so.

Vantagens:

the good things that i liked include the very simple layout of dicuments and pdf conversion which is very simple to use in the microsoft and sharing is also good among the microsoft tools among themselves. the text extraction is also good also its capacity to scan multiple range of document is impressive.

Desvantagens:

the text editing is very minimal and doesnt provide many advance options. also the data extraction too. the text extraction also feels kind of hit and miss that needs to be improved

This software save too much time for us ,its text extraction capturing capacity is ultimate. We can capture the text from document and white board and also edit and covert in pdf without any hurdle.

Comentários: Overall i feel that the microsoft lens i good option for scanning documents and pdf conversion when you are already using the micrsoft environment then it becomes handy otherwise the scan and edit tools need be increased and the export options too.

Vantagens:

I liked that great ramge of documents can be scanned whether it be cards or receipts. The conversion to pdf is also very smooth and seamless and same is true for document conversion . Text to speech and automatic language detection tools are also very helpful and handy.

Desvantagens:

I feel that the tools available are very limited compared to other scanning apps. Also the export options are very limited. Data capture and tranfer also needs to be made more efficient and effective.

Comentários: Overall my experience with this software is really great and amazes me.

Vantagens:

It's a very helpful software for me. Really help us saves time because instead of never ending typing you can now just scan paper/ documents to turn it into a pdf file. You can also convert the pdf file into jpeg, how nice! It also not just scan documents, it scan professionally and with high quality.You can also adjust and crop the file.

Desvantagens:

It's a bit hard to use at first but worth it when get the hang of it's features.
