Great for automating payables

Comentários: Nanonets is a pretty robust AP automation contender. It helped us reduce the average invoice processing time by a large factor.

Vantagens:

Nanonet's out of the box invoice/receipt parser is pretty accurate. It was also flexible for custom requirements.

Desvantagens:

The integration set up had some issues to begin with, which required more than a week to set right. Not entirely sure whether the issue was with Nanonets or our ERP.

Vantagens:

The most enjoyable part was that it provides such accurate text extraction compared to other OCR's out there like Tesseract that the work no longer feels tedious and the platform is so user friendly that you are always at ease using it

Desvantagens:

There are no real flaws with this software, you will not have any real complaints

Simple review

Comentários: My overall experience of using nanonets was good but some improvements needs to be implemented to get the best experience.

Vantagens:

The most I like about this software was document entry automation and use of AI is implemented in the backend to smoothen the process.

Desvantagens:

I think all the features implemented in nanonets are perfectly fine but some features needs some improvement which will enhance the usability of nanonets.

Nanonets exceeds expectation

Comentários: Nanonets is time saving, cost cutting, precise, and efficient. I couldn’t find better words to describe it and I couldn’t find a better OCR software if I wanted to.

Vantagens:

Nanonets has an amazing OCR. We typically search for data in geographic reports. However, using the data gathered from these documents constitutes the bulk of the job. We were looking for software that could automate the data extraction procedure. Nanonets has remarkable precision and is quite simple to use.

Desvantagens:

Nanonets delivered what it promised, and I couldn’t ask for more.

Comentários: Overall, I had a great experience with Nanonets. I used it just for trials as I was curious but then I was amazed to see the results. I'm going to continue using this product for all my further projects and I recommend anyone to go for it whoever needs it.

Digitizing Old Data Source for Research

Comentários: I was trying to read data published in an old statistical yearbook, which I had as fotographs on pdf files. the tables in the year book would span 2 pages at a time, with some pictures being slightly distorted so that the rows of the table would not line up on straight lines. very challenging setting for standard OCR. I found nanonets performed very well here and I was extremely pleased by the results. speed was very fast.

Vantagens:

The product is easy to use and provides very good results. The UI is self explanatory, there is very little to learn in order to achieve good results.

Desvantagens:

I did not manage to understand how to build and train a custom model for my use case, but that was only due to lack of time on my side. I was actually very impressed with the default model.

Nanonets is a real revolutionary product. From beginning to end, the user experience is fantastic. And also this is pretty simple for a beginner to get started.

Desvantagens:

There are no specific issues or dislikes. The entire procedure is quite seamless. In the time I've used it, I haven't discovered any problems.

Useful and simple OCR service for data preprocessing

Comentários: I'm writing master thesis and working with data analysis technics. In my case Nanonets OCR goes to process with handwritten text with the best accuracy. It gave well-build structured data that can be taken for further modeling. Also I must admin the fact, that with API it gives many opputunities in different ML spheres, not only text analysis

Vantagens:

High accuracy without standard limits, that allowed to process almost any image or document User-friendly output formats directly or via modern API Possibility to train own model or use pretrained one

Desvantagens:

Just one tip to add some SQL extension as output formats

Comentários: My main job entails extracting data from documents for my clients. Nanonets has a very precise data extraction software which has helped me complete my work faster and more efficiently. But the best thing was the speed with which data was extracted.

Vantagens:

I liked the data extraction tool the most. The amount of time Nanonets has helped me save in everyday data extraction is incredible.

Desvantagens:

I couldn’t try out all the features in the limited days of free trial, but the features I did try were enough to convince me to invest in Nanonets.

Comentários: As a legal intern, one of the most important aspects of my job is to make briefs that directly reference decisions and grievances. Even the sharpest minds (like mine) become tired just by gazing at printed paper while typing. I can scan files straight through the app using Nanonets, which saves me time and mental energy.

Vantagens:

To say that I'm impressed with Nanonets would be an understatement; I use it primarily for OCR. It has made filing and pleading documents a total snap. My work has been made simpler by it, and I'm sure others have noticed the same.

Desvantagens:

I like everything about the platform. I would like it more if Nanonets had an Opera extension. But that’s not much of a drawback given the fact that there are extensions for all major browsers like Chrome and Brave.

Comentários: For the moment my overall experience with Nanonets was great. The team helped me to have access to the tool and learn it on my own time. Which I greatly appreciate. Everyone was super responsive and available. For the user experience, and the extraction, once the model is trained and the workflow set up, it is a life changer.

Vantagens:

What I like the most about the software, was the ease of extracting the right data from a complex financial reports. Which saves me countless number of hours of manual work.

Desvantagens:

At first it was a bit hard to understand how to customise the table extraction at the right places. However, it only took me a few tries to get it. keeping in mind that the extractions that I wanted to customise were complex, since it is from the french administration.

Great software with aesthetic UI

Comentários: Overall, I had a wonderful experience using Nanonets OCR. The ease with which I could complete my project made the entire experience all the more rewarding. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone who is apprehensive. You will be pleasantly surprised with how well-made the product is.

Vantagens:

The entire setup process was seamless. I used Nanonets as part of my MBA project, wherein I had to extract details from restaurant invoices, like address, total price and so on. What I liked the most was the high level of accuracy with which the tool could extract those information. I also loved the overall UI of the website, which makes it all the more easy to navigate through various options.

Desvantagens:

Honestly, there isn't much to not like like about Nanonets. If I were to nitpick, the one thing that strikes me is the difference in training time. One of my colleagues who has a Macbook, was able to train his model in half the time that my Laptop took. I think this could be taken care of in the future.

Best Place to find OCR Software with high accuracy

Comentários: We are using it for automating the KYC Onboarding process for our customers, and filling in address details and other information is a time-consuming process. But this platform has improved our users' onboarding experience, and we are happy to integrate it into our system.

Vantagens:

Nanonets is one of the best OCR software I have ever used. I like this platform the most because of its high accuracy models. I am very happy for using this platform into our product.

Desvantagens:

I didn't find any reason to dislike the platform. The features this platform provides are excellent, and I would recommend this platform to everyone who needs to automate the data extraction process from various documents.

Comentários: The overall experience was very good. Entire process of building model is very easy.

Vantagens:

The ease of use of dashboard is very user friendly. The data input can be easily integrated with other apps at real time . The accuracy of data collection is satisfactory and improved with volume of input data set.

Desvantagens:

The data input process is very user friendly but during training of model, individual validation for each image is time consuming. Also when receipts from different sources are used, software is not able to identify correctly making manual validation a necessary pre requisite. This aspect should be improved .

Just go for it - Awesome

Comentários: Overall, my experience was great because it solved my purpose. Even the trial version seamlessly worked! I am happy that I used this tool. And I am sure 54 students whom I trained might go for this if they needed it at their workplace.

Vantagens:

Nononet is easy to use. I am in the teaching profession. I had to demonstrate how the procurement department can make use of Nanonet to MBA students. I provided them with some scanned bills to train the model and later another set to test. It worked like a magic. My 54 students were happy and satisfied.

Desvantagens:

Probably, Nononet can provide some sample datasets so that learners will feel comfortable. Also use-cases! They may consider providing more facilities to instructors so that they can teach this powerful tool even better.

Annotation is quite time consuming but I cannot think of a way this could be avoided other than using your paid annotation service. I think it is a necessity associated with the process.

Everything we needed and great support

Comentários: Does exactly what we needed. Got what we were sold. Great experience.

Vantagens:

Our use case was performing OCR on around 750 pdfs a month of the same format but each with their own unique data. We use a zapier integration to populate the data and upload to our marketing platform of choice. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. The support team is amazing. Helped us get setup the whole way and checks in regularly to see how things are working or if we need anything.

Desvantagens:

A small learning curve but the support team trained me well and now I am able to manage myself.

Comentários: Great customerservices, functional software and the integration was smooth.

Vantagens:

Our development team have implemented Nanonet OCR to scan and read receipts and invoices, and extract data such as amount, date and vendor.

Desvantagens:

The software works, but since the app is international, we have to deal with different ways to write dates and different characters for decimal separators.

Comentários: The system works but the special ingredient is the customer service team, they are always available and helped a lot during the set up process.

Vantagens:

The system is easy of use and the molding process is pretty intuitive.

Desvantagens:

Exporting the information is something that the systems can't do exactly how we need to, but the Nanonets team has helped us a lot on doing that.

Vantagens:

I found it really convenient using Nanonets. The document detection is seamless and comes with simplicity. It is probably one of the best in the industry. Surely the best I have used thus far.

Desvantagens:

The data detection and loading took a lot of time. That is probably due to the requirement of a high processing system. Besides that I really didn't face any issue as such.
