Excellent customer service. Every interaction with the technology and the team has been first rate.
The only thing that bothers me slightly is that during zoom calls Wingman pops up as an additional caller.

Wingman Review
Vantagens:
The ability for our sales managers to dive into the calls that their teams are making.
Desvantagens:
Nothing as of yet, I think its a user friendly tool

Vantagens:
The product is very user-friendly. The onboarding was very fast since they have quick, straight to the point videos that help you to learn how to use the system. Reviewing the calls; categorizing the parts of the calls to help the sales onboarding and overall the improvement of the sales team when it comes to objections is my favorite part of the system. I truly believe it can be used not only for sales teams, but for each client-facing department.
Desvantagens:
Transcript can be improved a little bit.
Mostly the same as what you'd expect, but not as expensive
Vantagens:
I rely on Wingman primarily for call recordings (to check myself/my memory as well as share training calls etc. with customers) - it does both of those things perfectly fine.
Desvantagens:
It's a little clunky in some ways/takes some getting used to. Was harder to set up and I think it's a little tacky everything is on "trywingman.com" but it does what it's supposed to.

Impressive and Valuable Call Recording Tool
Vantagens:
An easy to use tool with intuitive UI & UX makes it an incredible addition. The recording quality and transcription capabilities are great and top-notch.
Desvantagens:
Limited options in native integrations with third-party system tools and services makes it less appealing. Better AI driven transcription support and additional localization support for more languages would make it even more so an incredible tool to have in our stack than it already is.

Comentários: The Deal Center interface is helpful (especially the warnings) in bringing my attention to deals at risk and the topics are helpful as we try to build out education modules for our customers.
Vantagens:
I use it with my team for weekly calls and deal reviews. I was surprised at the usefulness of the new Deal Center when integrated with Hubspot. I'm a visual personal and seeing our frequency of interactions with our customers in real-time brought great insight.
Desvantagens:
We work with a lot of folk who have heavy accents and the transcription has a tough time with those people. Even as a native-English speaker, certain industry-specific words don't get transcribed and I'd like to be able to have the platform "learn" those words to help with accuracy.
Great sales recording tool
Vantagens:
Being able to record all sales calls with ease, review the analytics of the calls, review the calls after they have been done and a great and easy-to-use mobile application to watch calls while on the go.
Desvantagens:
UX/UI is very simple. Not able to share snippets or calls with prospects for only a specific period of time.
Insanely great sales coaching tool - I can "attend" every meeting without attending.
Comentários: GREAT! I love it, it's a game changer for coaching.
Vantagens:
Love being able to watch meetings on fast speed, comment for coaching, and move on. It's so much better than other ways we were coaching before, with manual zoom recordings.
Desvantagens:
The ONLY feature missing is the ability to view meetings live as they happen, via Wingman. Gong has that, but there is a 45 second delay which makes it effectively useless.

Excellent for sales teams
Comentários: We use wingman on sales calls and its added so much value to our process. Being able to quickly and easily search and review the "game tapes" has been instrumental to our ability to improve our processes. Also, they have pre-built features that analyze calls and highlight important ones based on a variety of criteria e.g. number of questions asked by prospect.
Vantagens:
The core features right out of the box are incredible and surpassed expectations. Seem to find a new way to delight me every single time I go into my dashboard. Easy to set-up and comes with great integrations right on day 1. No hidden fees. You get what they promise. Love the ability to quickly switch between transcript and video.
Desvantagens:
The voice recognition AI took a little longer to learn my accent

It has everything we would need from a call recording platform. Very easy to use and set up for our team.

Vantagens:
The tools does a great job of helping us record, analyze and improve the efficiency of the team. Apart, saves us a lot of time taking all the notes.
Desvantagens:
I don't much like the battle card popping up again and again during the call which is frustrating sometimes. So far so good.
Winman - Review
Comentários: Keeping meeting notes, recorded calls and videos are very helpful for future references. It helps a lot in follow-ups, sharing training content, and review submissions.
Vantagens:
The call recording feature is a fantastic tool for reviewing calls, seeing talking percentages with clients & sending the videos to them afterwards if needed. The Transcript feature is the cherry on the cake, helps to maintain meeting notes easily.
Desvantagens:
Nothing as of now. All the features are working as expected and getting the most out of it.

Great for teams of SDRs
Comentários: Coaching SDRs is more streamlined with Wingman. AI/Machine Learning helps find the essential parts to focus on for conversations.
Vantagens:
The most impactful features are call recording, transcription, and AI/Machine Learning. The product is easy to use, basically plug and play. Integration with our existing business processes for coaching and using Zoom was easy.
Desvantagens:
I feel the development team could improve the call processing time. There are a lot of features to tune for your organization and battle cards that are difficult to use.
Awesome tool for Customer facing teams
Vantagens:
The ease of use and the transcription feature are my favourites. It seamlessly syncs with your calendar and all your meeting are automatically recorded. Being able to create Battlecards and game tapes on the admin platform is also a huge plus. Wingman is slowly becoming part of our onboarding curriculum for sales and CS folks.
Desvantagens:
Transcription might not be perfect.. that's understandable given different accents and dialects. I also feel there should be an option for folks to disable it while joining for a call.

Vantagens:
Wingman is user-friendly and really helpful when it comes to having access to the recordings with the customers and also with the transcriptions. It makes easier to keep track of the topics discussed.
Desvantagens:
It's not possible to restrain who is going to watch the recording or create lists of people who are allowed to access recordings and transcriptions. That would be really nice for private meetings.

A magical add-on to help you better focus on what matters most
Vantagens:
Since I joined my current job one of the most welcome new tools I’ve been exposed to has been Wingman. The seamless integration with Zoom makes it a convenient companion that is always there to help record my calls with external partners. The magic extends beyond a simple recording. The transcription of the call turns it into a nearly perfect notetaking service, and it can also enhance your meeting skills by showing you the ratio of time you spoke compared to the other people in the call. Plus it can even contextualize portions of a call to help you spot problem or opportunity areas.
Desvantagens:
The only thing I was challenged with learning to use Wingman was realizing how to “enable” it for my external calls. It turns out the default setting is on for all external calls, which you can disable on a call by call basis or enable for any internal calls you also want to record.
Saving a lot of time with Wingman!
Vantagens:
The product is easy to use and captures all the details almost accurately. The transcript is super helpful rather than spending an hour listening to a really long call.
Desvantagens:
There's always room for improvement. UI could be better, and I wish I could access everything I need on the web app instead of the desktop app.

The transcripts are so accurate that I never have to go through the entire call to find a particulate conversation, I can just scroll and read.
Desvantagens:
Sometimes the software stops recording, but that is 1/100 times. So all good.

Usage & quality
Comentários: It's a very informative software to understand the flow in a call, much more than just a recording software and can be a great use for anyone whos looking to understand their performance over calls and conversation with a client.
Vantagens:
The software is very intelligent and needs minimal human efforts. Joins the calls automatically and hassle-free recordings without being worried about missing any recordings for future references. The other best part is that the recordings can be heard from the audio or viewed as a chat which makes it easier for any future references.
Desvantagens:
The only thing so far is that if you schedule a call for a certain time but start prior to 15-20 mins - wingman sometimes doesn't record it.

Great tool for recording meetings and coaching
Comentários: Gives us recordings and transcripts which lets us go back on any info missed. It saved a deal where I misheard a client and estimated a price for the year which she took as per month. After reviewing the recording I realized the miscommunication and reached out to the prospect to clarify.
Vantagens:
Let's me know if I've been speaking too long (monologing). We also have access to battle cards that pop up when we mention a competitor. I have a tendency to be long winded, this has helped me by also prompting to ask a question if I've been speaking too long
Desvantagens:
On the transcripts it sometimes attributes words spoken to the wrong person. If I were to read the transcripts alone I may get confused if I'm an outsider who wasn't on the call.

Great service and software
Vantagens:
I like the auto transcription model of this business, Its a unique product and a must have for large agencies, I love the sentiment tracker and analytics.
Desvantagens:
None yet. I like the software too much.
