ARI was easy to navigate and get to do what I needed to do. I like that its a mobile application and hosted which takes all hosting stress away from the business.

The product is absolutely easy to use particularly even for first timers because they can use it with ease.It helps in achieving a very organized workflow.Very detailed reports on our repair reports and we are able to do repairs on time.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about it except for the few application errors that we find in it.

easy to use and setup, the monthly fee is fair, only a small issue for multi invoices payment,

invoicing & customer searching, download invoice, email, print.

Unhappy customer
Comentários: Not happy, we’ve been complaining about slow software and highly glitchy that has been causing us major errors. We already submitted about 15 complaints. And the last one was multiple invoices are being created under the same number which will cause us so much trouble with our accounting. We hope those issues get taken in consideration or unfortunately we’ll have to look for different software.
Vantagens:
Very difficult to operate. Only pros that it doesn’t automatically delete information entered
Desvantagens:
Unlimited Glitches, software is slow. Freezes most of the time.

Hello Mida Thanks for your feedback. We are constantly working on improving the software. We believe the last update (V10) came with some great speed improvements. As for the Invoice numbers, we believe this may be related to multiple users inputing info at the same time. We continue to monitor for such issues!

Vantagens:
I loved that it is easy to use! Especially in the automotive industry that I am in. Also that I can use it on my phone and computer.
Desvantagens:
Sometimes it lags a bit. But it solves itself.

The initial costs are low and the access you get to third party integration is worth it.
Desvantagens:
It is clunky and does not seamlessly flow. Its compartmentalized and requires numerous mouse clicks. Not fully customizable and the invoices (for me or my clients) are not detailed enough.

This manages my mobile business perfectly

My mobile mechanic business is ran with this software being the nucleus of my operations and it couldn’t be any smoother. The hardest part of owning and operating a mobile mechanic business is keeping customers happy but with this I can schedule document and give out detailed invoices to my customers in a professional manner, I highly recommend to anybody in the auto industry!
Desvantagens:
I wish there was an AI feature for assistance

Comentários: When I switched, I came from shop monkey. Ari offered most of the same software in their system for a much lower price.
Vantagens:
Inexpensive, and reliable. ARI is easy to use.
Desvantagens:
Some integrations don't always work, and I have to switch to a different device. this may be an issue with my tablet.

I like that it actually works, and I have been able to send invoices and keep track of vehicles.

I would say it has small glitches sometimes and with certain items fixed like sending email invoices, saving maintenance labor cost better, customer could approve/deny from their end would make it a great system.

Comentários: Overall experience is five star still need assistance on having a merchant capabilities with their preferred providers so it makes it difficult and setting up. It’s over now using PayPal Venmo, and Zelle until merchant accounts can be set up.
Vantagens:
Coming from the corporate gaming industry, IT, finance, and HR. Interned for two years with an independent in Exotics locally in Las Vegas that used Shop Monkey I feel that the software and customer support by far is superior for the cost incurred on a monthly basis. While in the Gaming Industry and rolling out Forrest migrations costs can be main deterrent when presenting to the finance department. I feel that the IT department can save money if properly planned, discussed and integrated with the finance departments. I tend to lean towards new innovatives and underdogs as they listen to their customer base know what truly is needed and implement as such.
Desvantagens:
Only thing that would be great is a 24 hour customer service or an assigned POC for accounts to assist in any operational glitches, customizations, or answering questions. Timing is critical when you have a customer waiting when trying to keep things consistent in my system and data scrubbed properly for estimates, invoicing and houses data.
Simple but powerful app!
Comentários: I have been with these buy from the time they started. I purchased out a full version of it in its younger days seeing its potential so I can confidently say they are doing very well thus far. I am not sponsored by them or anything but if a product is great and simple I am all for it.
Vantagens:
Very user friendly, customer service is great, and they are always updating to meet broader needs of an automotive business.
Desvantagens:
Cons cannot be in the vocabulary of an app that is just coming up the game. Functionality is there but needs time to catch up to the big players far as full integration is concerned. It wouldn't be fair to judge the underdog that is trying their best to compete.

This is showing to be super easy to use & not too time consuming. The fact that it is set up like an app is nice as it speeds up the work for entry by our staff. The DVI's are awesome, especially for our C techs who are still learning. Really looking forward to moving from paper reminders to digital & this also opens up more opportunities for reminders. Coming from a shop with no real shop management system we like that it will also track customer vehicles so we can see what the issues were last time, what we did, what it took, etc.
Desvantagens:
No actual edit button on work orders, you have to select the more & then edit. We really would like as little steps as possible. The parts entry/order process seems a little longer than needed as well.

Efficient Auto Repair Management with ARI

Thank you for your review. Actually, there is a way to change an invoice into a JobCard; all you need to do is open up the respective invoice, go to More Options, and select "Change Invoice into JobCard". Save!
You need ARI for Auto repair.
Comentários: I love it. I could not do auto repair without it and customers are impressed with how professional it makes everything look.
Vantagens:
I love the ease of use ARI provides, it is simple to track customers and write up invoices. They integrate parts tech which is new to me but a wonderful add on. But the biggest key thing that keeps me an ARI user for life is the customer servjce they provide. Customer service is very prompt and they always respond and actually listen and make changes. I lersonally have had things changed that i suggested to there team amd to ny amazement it was there on the next update.
Desvantagens:
The old interface i lreffered much mlre to this new one they have but i am sure with time they will work out the kinks. Everyone apparently wanted a new interface i was one of the few that liked the old one a lot.

Vantagens:
Quick & Easy to use & set up. Professional presentation & support
Desvantagens:
Only one. Some item duplicated themselves in some invoices & cause issues with customers thinking they're being overbilled. Support are trying to sort but has been going on a while.
ARI helped move my company into the digital world

The obd interface and app os lacking would love to see an elm or j2354 device offered by ARI and more bidirectional and software updating features via obd dongle
Invoicing for the small guy!
Comentários: Loved this application. It helped startup and run my invoicing for 2 years now.
Vantagens:
Very easy to navigate and keep updates with customers over the time the vehicle is in the shop. This gives the customer a general time and less back and forth.
Desvantagens:
No labor times. I would like to have vehicle labor times for each VIN matched vehicle to the invoice.

I have worked on garages for 30 years and this software is the best I have used . The ease of use is excellent and it is improving all the time . In the couple of occasions I have had technical problems they have been resolved right away .
Desvantagens:
The appointment screen could still be improved but it’s getting better every update

Comentários: Great experience, hoping to soon integrate CAR FAX so i can start reporting to them. I truly love this product, has saved me a ton of time.
Vantagens:
The ease of use of this software to make a RO, estimate, and invoice is great. The appointment set up and website is also great and my customers love it. I also like all the integration features as well as electronic invoicing and estimates that can be approved by customer through their phones. It is a great management program for the price.
Desvantagens:
The only thing I feel should be added is for the technician to be able to add to the 3 Cs "CAUSE and CORRECTION". I have to manually edit the RO in order to add the tech notes from the notes into the Cause and then the Correction. Would be nice for the technician to be able to type this in on his own rather than me making the adjustments.
Ari Automotive software
Comentários: I can get estimates and invoices to the customers quicker it's easier to keep track of expenses of income

That they are constantly trying to improve that app

We do just about anything a shop would do and we do a lot of restorations so when I put the information in ari like payments or purchases they automatically add it to the month that you entered into the app. We don't claim expenses or income until the restoration is done
