Comentários: I recommend it for its ease of use, free version and several functions that allow a good job.

O Zoho Meeting funciona pelo navegador e por isso trabalha bem no Windows, Mac, Linux e Chrome OS. Tem versão gratuita e período de teste grátis. Por ele você consegue fazer controle de acesso, promover enquetes, gerenciamento de usuários, controle de acessos e gravação das reuniões.

Comentários: O Zoho meeting é um software fácil de usar. O preço está alinhado à pequenas e grandes empresas. Para nós foi uma facilidade usar em nossas reuniões. Estável reuniões com muita qualidade.

Vantagens:

Ele é fácil e grava as reuniões. Não precisa instalar no computador.

Desvantagens:

Poucas pessoas conhecem a Zoho. Diferente dos concorrentes, temos sempre que pedir pro pessoal instalar no celular.

Comentários: Quando preciso falar com algum colaborador, basta enviar o link da reunião por qualquer mensageiro.
É muito prático.

Vantagens:

Permite que as reuniões possam ser feitas por qualquer dispositivo, sem necessidade de instalar nenhum aplicativo. Basta ter internet.

Desvantagens:

Não encontrei aspectos, até o momento, que tenham alguma percepção negativa.

A nice meeting recording software for small companies

Vantagens:

Besides being very reliable, the pricing model is very well suited for a small company or freelance professional. Because the recordings have a very small file size, the limitation of 10 recordings for the cheapest plan is not a problem. I can store my most important recordings locally.

Desvantagens:

It seems like mobile users are required to download an app, which makes it not an option when my clients absolutely need to meet on a phone.

An underrated service with excellent performance and good feature set

Comentários: Zoho Meeting compares well with the industry-standard products from big names such as Zoom, Google and Microsoft. There is no desktop program, only the browser service, but it is more than enough for good performance and usability.

Vantagens:

The streaming quality is excellent and the standard videoconference functions (scheduling, chat, screen sharing, changing camera aspect ratio per user) are convenient to use. The paid version also offers branding and uploading of pre-conference files. It is nicely integrated with our Zoho email service for scheduling and sharing the user avatar, and for users of the complete Zoho workplace suite there are supposed to be other useful integrations.

Desvantagens:

Some of the options available in the paid version are not as user-friendly to set as I expected. For example, using a custom domain is something I struggle a bit to set up. Also, I miss the feature, available on Microsoft Teams, of sharing files on-screen on the fly during a meeting — in Zoho, it seems to only be possible to share specific files when scheduling the meeting or to share the whole screen during the videoconference.

Great zoom alternative

Comentários: Didn't get a chance to trial the premium features with a meeting before the trial ended, but it was easier to setup than zoom

Zoho meeting is nowhere close to other video conferencing apps.

Comentários: I am not happy with it, but really want to be able to use it. I would suggest Zoho start focussing on there BRICS partner country. Africa needs its own server. Particularly in South Africa.

The facility enables me to collaborate, share screen with multiple users in the same meeting, and it's easy to connect -even with low bandwidth connectivity.

Desvantagens:

The pricing can be a bit cheaper, especially for connections of more than 5 accounts.

Comentários: It's very convenient for connecting us where face-to-face meetings are not possible. It facilitates that engagement via virtual engagement, ensuring we can collaborate, share, get-up-to-speed when we need to.

Vantagens:

A very convenient, modern-day solution that connects me on the go, let's me host or join secure online meetings, web & video conferences with many participants including remotely.

Desvantagens:

Its free version is quite limiting unfortunately. And its audio and HD video support a challenge. Hope it can improve on those.

Very good videoconferencing and meeting scheduling application

Comentários: I love Zoho Meeting and was comparing with other types of videoconferencing and is anwering pretty much all my needs

It is very user friendly and easy to connect with the participant. I also like the fact that we can use a white board and record the session. This is the features that I like the most

Desvantagens:

Nothing specifically. It is just sometimes a bit difficult to find the functions but once you know where it is, it is easy.

Comentários: But the downloads mean a good and useful way of building a presence.

Vantagens:

The clear advantage of Zoho over Zoom is that Zoho generates leads. People have to register, so you know who is who. It's also easy to use, set up meetings and webinars etc etc.

Desvantagens:

It's not terribly clear what is the difference between Webinar and Meeting. there is some muddling. You might think you have set up a Webinar, but it's really a meeting, so you need to check that.
