It is very user-friendly and doesn't take long at all to learn your way around the software. The recent updates to the interface have been very well thought out. The updates show that they listen to what users need and are experiencing. The technical support team is usually very helpful and tries to address issues as quicky as possible. The admin team is super responsive and attends to things very quickly. The quality of the software and the deliverables one can create using it are fantastic. It is has enabled me to add a whole host of offerings to my clients and this has increased the scope of my business tremendously. I've used it to create everything from explainer videos to book launch reveal videos to an entire online training course\! The possibilities are almost limitless. > > **Desvantagens**: There were some technical glitches in the earlier days that caused some delays, but the team seems to have grown and developed their own skills so this no longer appears to happen. I've mentioned it already, but I'd love to see more attention given to spelling and correctness. A huge library of assets is wonderful, but it can make locating what you need unnecessarily difficult when the names of assets are incorrectly spelt and when the naming conventions used are inconsistent. This is literally my only pet peeve with this software. The misspellings occur everywhere (even the updates log), and this is something that should be ironed out. It is not only frustrating at times but results in making the software seem that little bit less professional - which it doesn't deserve. > > I've loved using CreateStudio and have every intention of being a loyal customer for years to come. I also really liked how intuitive the workflow feels, which makes it easy to move from idea to finished project with very little friction. For anyone who wants to produce professional-looking content without getting bogged down in technical complexity, that’s a huge advantage. > > **Desvantagens**: The biggest drawback is that large projects can slow things down quite a bit. Rendering final videos sometimes takes longer than expected, and processing edits can occasionally feel sluggish when projects become more complex. Since the takeover by Banzai, communication from the development team has also noticeably decreased, which used to be one of the strongest positives of the platform. I also think it’s important to be transparent about the pricing structure: the base software is useful on its own, but access to the extensive asset catalog requires a subscription, and AI features require credits.
