Comentários: It is nice and Solid, Support assists well too, Happy customer.

Vantagens:

Product is robust and Solid which makes it more trustworthy. It is simple with little to no fluff which makes it easier to get working with. It is now bread and butter of my work, use it daily with its integration with sheets and zapier.

Desvantagens:

Every tiny bit is priced and chargeable. only basic stuff is available with starter plan

Comentários: Good to use application for one's broadcast needs and customer support. It better and rightly priced than double-click.

Vantagens:

We are using Wati from the time our product (Quizly.App) was launched into the market. We mainly use it to broadcast our updates to our customers. Wati also helps us to manage our customer queries as well. Recently we have added work flow automation as well onto our website. Wati has also been integrated to our Facebook market place account from which we generate our leads.

Desvantagens:

Since Wati has upgraded, some of their automation features are under very high premium. So we have currently stuck to the base version of wati.

Comentários: I have had a deeply disappointing experience with Wati.io, a company that claims to enable WhatsApp for business. Their complete lack of data integrity and abysmal customer service have been nothing short of shocking. Despite multiple requests—five, to be exact—to delete my data and stop emailing me, Wati.io has continued to flood my inbox with spam. This disregard for my requests is utterly unacceptable. It's alarming that a company like Meta would associate themselves with such an unprofessional service. Wati.io seems to have no respect for customer privacy or preferences, which is particularly concerning given the sensitive nature of the data they handle. I urge everyone to avoid signing up with Wati.io at all costs. Save yourself the headache and frustration—this company is not worth your time or trust. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH WATI.IO!

Comentários: We've been using WATI since last 2 years at GetSupp. After the initial onboarding and integration, we were able to quickly get started with our use cases such as - retention, QnA flows, cart flows and more.
We like how the platform is easy to learn and gives you flexibility to experiment quickly. There is also a detailed repository of how to/ what to use cases along with case studies and examples.
The APIs are comprehensive, reliable and accompanies with proper documentation for our team to get started.
Over all we are happy with WATI and will definitely recommend it to budding/ growing consumer business across the world!

Vantagens:

1. Very flexible, and cover lot of use cases for a consumer commerce business. 2. Self serve: very easy to use and get started. 3. Comprehensive, reliable APIs. 4. Good FAQ/ use cases and resources.

Desvantagens:

1. The WATi support can be slightly more proactive. 2. The plans/ pricing can be better structured and made more use/ engagement basis.

Marketing through Wati

Comentários: Implementation of chatbots and easy webhook to get the data instantenously. Connecting the flow of data from wati to google sheets has been hassle free and data is complete as per customisation and instantaneously updated.

Vantagens:

Best thing about Wati is the creation of work flows and easy to use interface in terms of template and integrations, have been using it for over an year now for multiple clients. Pros - 1. Ease of setup, Wati is quite easy to setup and did not require any code even in it's initial phase. 2. Creation of Template and chatbots - One of the KPI's of Wati is it's user friendly interface. Creation of Template and it's preview meanwhile on the backend creating a chatbot is very convenient and it does offer a lot of options to customise the flow of chatbots.

Desvantagens:

In terms of lead generation it is tough to get the analytics data on the dashboard. While exporting the users who have replied we can get their name and phone numbers but the replies are missing.

Comentários: Our Experience has been really good with Wati especially for countries like India, where whatsapp is the primary mode of communication. There are lot of good features like chatbot, sequencer, custom tracking of urls.

Vantagens:

- Wide range of integrations & API, especially liked integration with Hubspot and Google Sheets. - Good Chatbot creation UI - Launching newer features faster.

Desvantagens:

- Deliverability sometimes gets throttled, but it's mostly on meta's problem. - UI of their mobile app, but they have redesigned it now.

Comentários: Amazing value for the price paid, I run 30% of my business sales on it, and generate customer love through automated messaging

Vantagens:

Convenient, with a clean web interface, really helpful for customer care team with a centralised whatsapp account, possibility to assign agents, great integration of a click-to-whatsapp on our website that clients love, a mobile app to handle request on the go, quick response, template management. And ZAPIER integration to automate all this!

Desvantagens:

Mobile app can still improve to have a perfect UI, would also be nice to be able to edit a template directly into wati when it's rejected by facebook

Kickstart your WA Business easily

Comentários: Wati provided easy plug and play to kickstart your campaigns with most needed integration in place (CRMs). The onboarding took not more than 24 hours. And our first campaign was running within 48 hours. The analytics however could be better. They can integrate AI to help correcting message templates especially to enable easy approval process. Creating short basic bot automation is fairly easy l. However these bots can be very simple and complex functions are not possible. The support team however can be far far better. Most times the queries are answered with links to DIY articles and videos, which is not helpful. Analytics is okay for basic insights however the product could have much better functionality to combine analytics across campaigns, run comparative studies and A/B testing within the tool.

Vantagens:

Pretty easy to use admin interface. Bot functionality and integrations are upto the mark.

Desvantagens:

Not having an account manager. Though wati has created excellent video content for self learning, an account manager facility would go a long way towards building complex products.

Vantagens:

Very easy to broadcast messages to our customers and their app is good. Messages are delivered and received without any delay. Chatbot and website flow features are also good. We were able to segregate customers and identify our potential customers.

Comentários: GReat, really really great. It's a must tool for any new business. Opimistion customer operations becomes a piece of cake with Wati. It;s also really user friendly and nothing technical that my team can't handle or setup.

Vantagens:

I have been using Wati for 2 years now. We have built and extensively integrated system with our LMS. We used to send reminder, track attendance, send wallet information, leave information, class joining links, and notes. The consumer reached out to us through Wati for any queries, and we automated 90% of the queries through their inbuilt workflows, and that helped us optmised out cost. With just 1 Customer Suppoer agent, we were able to server almost 1000 students, handling 100 of classes everyday, across 3 different time zone. Wati is an amazingly powerful tool for any business.

Desvantagens:

The payment transaction failed many times, but I think it might be my card issue.

Great for user Whatsapp for a Team

Comentários: Overall experience is good but if the chat expiring issue gets resolved, it would be perfect.

Vantagens:

Best thing about it is that there's multiple team members you can add to wati and assign them roles, you you can also highlight chats under different categories like Active, Unassigned, Assigned etc.

Desvantagens:

Worst thing i found is that the chat gets expired in 24 hours and as a user you cannot send your clients any messages after 24 hours. Since we use it for client communications, we have to move the client to another whatsapp number in order to keep the communication up.

Vantagens:

At first, they actually pretty good compared to their competitor, and now, we got a lot and lot of errors.

Desvantagens:

Their support system is garbage, seriously, from the website, you will be directed to whatsapp, but from whatsapp, you will directed back to their website. Its a joke. And if you use email to contact them, better wait for humanity landed on mars.
