Achei muito bom pelo fato de ser simples e custo beneficio bom pelo que oferece
Desvantagens:
Acredito que não encontrei nenhum contra visto que é um CRM para pequenos negócios

Comecei a usar o Bigin e a primeira coisa que me interessou foi a interface
Comentários: Comecei a usar o Bigin e a primeira coisa que me interessou foi a interface; amigável e intuitiva. Não te faz ter "preguiça" de testar por quê tudo parece muito difícil. E ai na sequência, fui descobrindo a infinidade de recursos dentro da mesma plataforma. Venho de uma longa caminhada de testagem de CRMs e o Bigin, foi o primeiro que me fez querer usar, de verdade.
Vantagens:
Interface amigável e intuitiva; Funções e recursos; Possibilidade de criação de fluxos e automações;
Desvantagens:
Ainda não conseguimos fazer a integração com nosso site.

Melhor CRM do Mercado
Comentários: Muito fácil de usar e se adapta facilmente ao seu processo de vendas. Você pode relacionar quase tudo com sim para ter uma visão de 360 graus do seu processo. Um processo de evento (negócio) relaciona-o com clientes, produtos, tarefas, notas, eventos, etc. A sua aplicação móvel permite-lhe realmente fazer muitas coisas, não é apenas visualização. Possui uma integração muito fácil com o Gmail para sincronizar contatos e eventos.
Vantagens:
Muito fácil de usar e se adapta facilmente ao seu processo de vendas. Você pode relacionar quase tudo com sim para ter uma visão de 360 graus do seu processo.
Desvantagens:
não há o que pontuar, atende muito bem nossas expectativas.
Bigin é o CRM mais fácil de todos
Vantagens:
O que eu gostei mais sobre o Bigin foi sua simplicidade, como me ajudou a criar um fluxo de trabalho para minha empresa e que tenho certeza, nos ajudará demais.
Desvantagens:
Acredito que os CRM's no geral deveriam também ser Omnichanel para canais de mensageria como Whatsapp e outros.

Comentários: utilizo o bigin zoho para organizar toso os meus clientes e isso facilita muito o andar do negocio. desde a prospecção até o pos venda.
Vantagens:
zoho begin é o melhor crm comparado a outros. seus recuros são de facil entedimento e a visualização dos quadros e pipeline é otima. possui um otimo valor para assinatura.
Desvantagens:
acredito que devria ter um botão para excluir contatos e negocios de forma mais rápida.

A sinceridade que prometeu entregar ao usuário. A verdade é que não "basta ser honesto, deve parecer honesto."
Desvantagens:
O tempo de teste de 15 dias é fundamental pra gostar do software.

Todas as funcionalidades que utilizei no BIGIN foram muito intuitivas e atenderam completamente as minhas necessidades.
Desvantagens:
A versão gratuita deveria dar mais do que 500 entradas.

Easy and Powerful
Comentários: It is an extremely satisfying experience.
Vantagens:
Excellent features that are more than necessary for every SME. It has more than I imagined and I am now implementing new processes based on the capabilities. I am trying to master the automation in order to make it even more powerful and useful. The ease of use is just amazing!
Desvantagens:
Microsoft Office integration could be improved.

Great product with easy to use features
Comentários: It was positive overall, but mostly to a really good product which seems basic but has plenty of feature to start with.
Vantagens:
Easy to implement. We were up and running within 24 hours. It is easy to customize along the way as you see or need to make changes.
Desvantagens:
Service is lacking. While the product is easy to use, you will have questions and the service is offshore and very very spotty
They need to remove the ajax query function from the search bar and the search article bar

pretty much all you need on a crm.
Desvantagens:
Having ajax in a tool like that does give an excellent impression at first glance, not having to pop-up to a different window each time you do a search the sad part is this search bar function fails more than often to the extent I have to delete and start over or even as bad as refreshing the screen. I never put reviews but i will appreciate the team looking into this or at least having a button to switch from ajax to normal opening another window to load data.
CRM for statups
Comentários: It's got us from an excel spreadsheet to an actual CRM with sales pipeline.
Vantagens:
The main pros were it's easy to set up and import data and there's enough features to keep us running. When we need to expand there's not a bit drama as we'll move into zoho.
Desvantagens:
Contacts are mapped based on entities/companies so we had to adjust our import process but it wasn't a big deal

Great CRM at a low price with high-end features
Comentários: It works and is easy to use. I highly recommend this CRM especially if $$$ are tight.
Vantagens:
The fact that even at a high price the platform has features that usually come with a much higher price.
Desvantagens:
I can't think of anything at this time, but no CRM is perfect and different CRMs fit different people.

Vantagens:
Zoho Bigin is a straightforward, cost-effective, and user-friendly CRM tailored for small enterprises. The interface is sleek and uncluttered, which I adore. It provides all the vital CRM functionalities required by small businesses, such as managing contacts, leads, and deals. Moreover, Zoho Bigin effortlessly syncs with other Zoho offerings.
Desvantagens:
What I miss the most is an overview of the entire email inbox (a view of all emails) so that I can quickly see who opened the email and who didn't.
Excellent System and Great Value for Money

Pipeline nature of deal tracking is intuitive. It has the functionality that the majority of businesses would need and nothing else.
Desvantagens:
No two-way sync with Google Calendar as yet.
An assurance beginning
Vantagens:
With such incredible features, Zoho Bigin is just amazing. It has no flaws and is flawless. Its usefulness completely astounds me. I am even more thrilled that this is an Indian product! One of the greatest CRM apps for small businesses is this one. I've been experimenting with many approaches, like using Google Sheets and other programs, but this one works incredibly well.
Desvantagens:
When compared to other SaaS products, it has a little rougher overall UX/UI, and regrettably, in order to interface with email, it needs full access to your Gmail account. I've been unable to utilize the email integration because of this.

It's designed for freelancers and small agencies, so it lacks small features like a time tracker. Nothing serious

Comentários: Bigin by ZOHO CRM is absolutely fantastic! I love everything about it. I've tried lots of other tools and not been sold. This one is the best by miles - and the most affordable!!!
Vantagens:
Bigin is very easy to use, and others also pick it up quickly. The best part is customising fields for all modules - super quick and easy to do and can be done on the fly. The Gmail add-on is also excellent, and seamless, as is the use of IMAP emails. Brilliant tool.
Desvantagens:
Not any con's I can think of, other than the email templates bit wasn't as intuitive as the rest. I worked it out, but that was the only thing that had me a tad puzzled for a while. Very minor detail.

Comentários: So far I and my team have become very comfortable with bigin.
Vantagens:
I have been using Zoho for 15 days and can claim it is the most user-friendly CRM/ sales management tool for startups, with a lot of productivity features like I-MAP for emails, and great templates. If I had a query in the first few days the team is very responsive and proactive in supporting you. Highly recommended product for sales teams.
Desvantagens:
It would be nice if onboarding can be done in the trial perios.

Bigin CRM is perfect for our Small Business
Vantagens:
The Sales Pipeline is very intuitive and simple. We always pull up the Bigin Sales Pipeline on our weekly sales call as the team discusses current sales opportunities.
Desvantagens:
Little tricky to find things sometimes. For example, today I tried to figure out how to merge multiple contacts into one contact to eliminate duplicates. Was pretty intuitive in ZoHo CRM, but not as easy to do in Bigin.
