Comentários: Very professional, straight to the point, and highly intuitive. The system meets expectations and makes processes seamless.

I don't know yet! I'm still exploring, but so far, I haven't encountered anything negative.

Best Experience with Hipeople

Comentários: overall I would recommend most HR pesonnel to use Hipeople, they are profetional and easy

Vantagens:

The simplicity and the part where i had to record a video of my selft was great, I really enjoyed it

Desvantagens:

the time they give to complete questions is a bit short, if it can be a bit longer most people would get a chance to complete all of the questions

A good service, but can be improved further

Relatively simple and much easier to use for candidate screening.

Desvantagens:

Their UI for the generic question likert scale questions is oddly different from what users are accustomed to. Easier for candidates to give answers opposite to what they would have wanted to say.

Comentários: Amazing, really pleased. I would recommend this system to any talent acquisition profesional and to HR representativa that need the tools for assessing their personal.

Vantagens:

The situations, questions and the whole process was great. During the time I spent reading each question and giving the right answer, I never felt pressured meaning the time given for each question was the right amount. The system is easy to understand, the layout of everything (from the colors to the lettering and font) was really comfortable to work with. Really an amazing resource for the assessment I was given and I am extremely pleased.

Desvantagens:

During some of the quick assessments, mainly in the one stage of the shapes and the patterns that had to be analyzed, the question and the shapes (images) might've been a little to small making them hard to see.

Comentários: A very positive one. Unlike other assessments that I have gone through. HiPeople didn't make it long-winded and complicated. Direct and to the point. You know what you are being assessed for.

No cons to speak of. If I were to mention one it would be the matter about having the webcam on. It wasn't clearly stated if I should have it on or not. If I can recall it mentioned, "may have it on."

You should give more information in the first mail that goes out. For eg: what is the duration of the exercise, do you need video, what info do you need to be prepared with beforehand, how long will the link be active,,etc
