Vantagens:

Gostei muito da facilidade de instalação e configuração

Desvantagens:

Não encontrei problemas no uso diário desta ferramenta

Powerful In Simplicity

Comentários: This is great for users with Databases. A VPN is way too slow, but if I publish the app...it's ultra quick. Users find it super easy. If you need to use it without a VPN, highly recommend the Security Add-ON.

Vantagens:

Acts like a full MS Terminal Server, without the complexity and price. Acts like Citrix ZenApps, without the complexity and price. It's so simple to configure, that you will wonder why would you do it any other way.

Desvantagens:

When you have multiple installs, the licensing portal is a little hard to track, but now you can add notes manually, so that helps tremendously.

TSPlus Hits the Spot

Comentários: We have been happy with TSPlus and their support when needed has been very helpful.

Vantagens:

TSPlus is easy to setup and allows us to make our applications available via Windows Remote Desktop or from a web browers. So without changing any code our application can be run in a web browser. Another nice feature is to be able to transfer your license to a new server when you take an old server out of service.

Desvantagens:

Currently TSPlus meets our needs so I do not have any suggestions for new features or complaints. It just works. Microsoft keeps making changes that affect TSPlus so you have to keep TSPlus up to date or else you may find that a Windows update breaks TSPlus.

Excellent product

Vantagens:

Easy to implement and great support, although adding support by telephone would improve it still further

Desvantagens:

Desktop / screen navigation on a mobile device can be a challenge

TSPlus works well and makes it simple to manage Windows Servers

Comentários: We provide costing and accounting software to civil construction on AWS EC2 instances that we then supply to our clients. TSOPlus provides a reliable and easy to use server management process that is much easier for our people to learn and manage. It means that they do not have to be MS Server gurus.
The staff at TSPlus that I deal with now are the same ones I started with over 10 years ago which is comforting and to me indicates a stable company that will be around as long as I am.

Vantagens:

We provide our job costing and accounting software mainly on AWS EC2 instances running Windows Server OS. TSPlus is reliable and provides an easy to use sever OS management and user/group management that is easy use. A key feature for us is the ability to create client side menus with access to specific software for specific users and groups

Desvantagens:

Everything in the software works as it should but the licencing portal is not that easy to manage

TS Plus meets the needs

Comentários: Ts Plus is a very good, robust product with very good support. It brings functions to small businesses that in the past have been the province of larger businesses in the past.The use of HTML5 to access a TS Plus server is a huge advantage in my opinion.

Vantagens:

Allowing users access to a Windows desktop either through the browser or via RDP without costing the earth makes the TS Plus investment worthwhile. The regular updates are invaluable and paired with the TS Plus advanced security module, a hard to beat proposition

Desvantagens:

I don't really have any negative aspects that standout.

Vantagens:

We needed the software to quickly web-enable our self-learning platform worldwide during the health crisis. The TSplus support team was fantastic at helping us to deploy it quickly so that we could start generating revenue online. An amazing discovery for our business because we thought we had to use Citrix, which frankly is expensive for our budget. Since then, plenty of students learn English online everyday thanks to our web-enable platform!

Desvantagens:

At first, I thought that it was too good to be true, so we wasted time comparing with others. They have been around for a while, just not much in the UK.

Comentários: We set up a cloud server to host our software for several clients during the pandemic. It has worked so well they want to stay on it.

Vantagens:

TS Plus was so easy to install and get going. We were able to have it up and running and configured for users in an afternoon. It is intuitive and it has good security built-in. You can either give users a remote desktop or let them access certain apps. The apps run just like Citrix in that they appear to be running locally.

Desvantagens:

There is nothing so far that we've found a show-stopper. Everything just seems to work and there is very little maintenance we have to do on the server.

Comentários: Helped us through Covid. We don't use it much anymore, because we don't utilize thin clients, but I don't know what we would have done if we didn't have this through Covid. I would impliment this anywhere thin clients are used.

Vantagens:

Cost effective and easy to use

Desvantagens:

There were bugs from time to time - such as blank screens for end users. This didn't happen often, and could be resolved by logging in and terminating the session. But it was a bit of an annoyance.

TS Plus

Comentários: For now, level 1 support

Vantagens:

I wasn't the one that initially implemented this, nor do I use it much. Inherited from someone else. I only administer it. It's crucial for our level 1 support to access a jump server.

Desvantagens:

It was hard to figure out how it's configured, where the admin program was, things like that. That's why I had to contact support. They were very responsive.

Great product

Comentários: positive. Again, why is this optional field reqired to be over 40 characters, Rethink your field requirements policy please.

Vantagens:

Easy to setup, really good security features.

Desvantagens:

why is this a required field? it's ridiculous that you're asking me to say something negative when i have nothing to say here

TSPLUS is great!

Vantagens:

I use TSPLUS for my customer because it provides multiple remote access to a server without learning Microsoft remote access methodologies and works great for my clients purposes

Desvantagens:

Not any cons that were critical or crucial that came up in my evaluation in choosing and implementing TSPLUS

Très simple à installer et à utiliser, très pratique

Un petit bémol concernant les impressions qui nécessitent éventuellement un software supplémentaire pour être tranquilles

TSPlus Support is very good

Vantagens:

The software seems easy to use and manage and the support staff is excellent and very responsive.

Desvantagens:

I am strictly a support person and not an active user. On the Administrative side, things are easy to do.

A few too many checkboxes sometimes to turn a feature on but thats all

Good solution and easy to deploy

Comentários: We are using TSPlus for remote access to specific "client-heavy" applications. It's easy to deploy and users say it's faster and easier than using the native client apps.

Vantagens:

Makes remote access much easier for most use cases.

Desvantagens:

No issues so far. Support is email and web-based but they have been quick to respond.

Excelent Tool

Vantagens:

Easy to install and configure. No extra RDP license needed.

Desvantagens:

So far so good. I am happy with this solution.
