Comentários: electronic billing right now- going to implement the treatment notes next, and get more familiar with the other software options.

Vantagens:

It is easy to understand & use, and customer service reps are always patient and helpful. They are always creating new ways to help the doctor & staff do thier jobs more thoroughly.

Desvantagens:

Comentários: Easy business system is quite robust and is capable of doing a lot of things that I haven't been aware of in the past, and probably I'm still not aware of. I think the weakest point is the customer service and letting the users know what the software is capable of.

What's the system is set up? It's very easy and fast.

Desvantagens:

Easy business does a lot of things, but you don't know about them. The staff at easy biz needs to inform their users about the updates and their training needs to be greatly improved

Vantagens:

Scheduling patients application has always been the best feature on this software.

Desvantagens:

SOAP note taking is outdated, normal values are incorrect, ease of use is poor.

Vantagens:

I don't have to call often, but when I do have questions the support team is always fast, friendly and very helpful.

Desvantagens:

I wish the extra modules were not so expensive to upgrade to. And I do wish they still did in person training seminars.

WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER EZBIS FOR YOUR CLINIC

Comentários: EXCEPTIONAL! HAVE BEEN WITH TWO OTHER COMPANIES EARLIER IN MY CAREER OVER THE PAST 29 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN WITH EZ-BIS FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS. NO CHANCE I WOULD EVER SWITCH BACK TO THE OTHER TWO SOFTWARE PROGRAMS AFTER THE EXPERIENCE AND SUPPORT WE HAVE HAD WITH EZ-BIZ. EZ-BIS HAS OUT PERFORMED AND LISTENED TO THE END USERS ON IMPLEMENTING NEW ADDITIONS AS WE NEEDED THEM OR SUGGESTED. EXCEPTIONAL SALE TEAM AND TECH SUPPORT. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A CHALLENGE, QUESTION, OR NEED, THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RESOLVE.

Vantagens:

1. SALES AND TECH SUPPORT IS EXCEPTIONAL! ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU WITH ANY QUESTION OR CONCERN. 2. PRODUCTS ARE GREAT! FROM THE FRONT DESK MODULE TO THE BILLING AND COLLECTIONS MODULE ALL EASY TO IMPLEMENT AND SUPPORT IS A PHONE CALL AWAY IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. IF YOU ARE JUST STARTING OUT OR HAVE 6 DOCTORS IN YOUR CLINIC , THEY HAVE A SOLUTION TO FIT YOUR NEEDS. 3. SOAP NOTES IS VERY INCLUSIVE BUT STILL A BIT TO UNDERSTAND AND IMPLEMENT. ONCE DONE IT WORKS PRETTY WELL.

Vantagens:

EZBIS may not be as attractive of a product or as well known as other chiropractic softwares, but it far exceeds all other options out there in regard to functionality and customer service. We have been with them since our office opened and they're so responsive. They're always working to improve their product and ask for feedback regularly from their customers. I love how personable the staff is. I know the majority of the people that answer the phone when I call. They take customer satisfaction very seriously and truly care about their customers.

Desvantagens:

The ease of functionality in regard to the patient aspects (text reminders, outdated-looking and difficult to use portal) could use some improvement. The EHR could be a bit more user-friendly and have more options for notes reports (bullet point format instead of narrative format, etc.) Overall, EZBIS far surpasses all other options out there.

Ease of use and mobile app feature for on the go.

Desvantagens:

Appointment syncing with review wave is not the best. Any updates performed on the server cause connection issues and we have to get everything reconnected often. I would also like improvements on chiropractic exams that our doctors could use daily.

Comentários: Excellent. I was at a state convention, when electronic records were just starting ( many years ago) The talk between Doctors was that EZBIS was the best available. At the break, everyone rushed over to the EZBIS desk, it was quite a testimony, and I think I made a good decision that day to join with EZBIS.

Positive attitude of employees, interest level of employees.

Desvantagens:

there is one of your employees that helps with software that needs more training.

Vantagens:

The most important like for me is the service provided by EZBis. They were there for me anytime I was confused and help me around each corner. The staff is kind, helpful and best of all knowledgeable. Oh, I forgot to mention that the staff is patient with their clients. everyone is top notch in my book.

EZ Biz is the best!

Vantagens:

It is easy to use and navigate. You can pull any report with ease and it be accurate, that saves me so much time. I have used other EMR's in the past and EZ Biz is by far the best! It is easy to use, customer service is always professional, polite, and helpful. Also, there are no long wait times when you run into any issue, which rarely happens, but when it does it is fixed ASAP. They even help train you when you hire a new employee if you need. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Desvantagens:

Maybe, sending the records to the clearinghouse, Infinedi. But it is ok, but if I had to chosse that would be what I'd say.

It has yet to be implemented by CMS. When they specify a file format for such transactions in the future (hopefully), we could then comply.

EZBIS is superior to other chiropractic software services.

Comentários: EZBIS is always updating their software with new features and upgrades. The staff is very knowledgeable on every aspect of the software, unlike other medical software companies. If you have a question or concern, EZBIS gets you an answer immediately. Their tech support goes above and beyond to help you. You cannot find a company like this anywhere else!

Vantagens:

I have been using EZBIS for 19 years. The scheduling and billing aspect of their software is far superior to other chiropractic softwares. EZBIS is easy to view, easy to understand and to train others on. EZBIS is user friendly with many features that will help you run your office effectively and accurately. The Collection desk makes receiving payments with a click of a button. All payments are applied to the patient per claim with ease.

Desvantagens:

Many chiropractic offices are hiring naturopath doctors into their chiropractic practices. I would like to see the EHR upgraded to include naturopaths. Naturopathic doctors use more medical language and I would love to see this added to EZBIS to make every doctor happy in our office. Otherwise, the chiropractic EHR is excellent.

Best Software for Chiropractors

Comentários: I have been using EZ BIS for over 16 years now, sometimes for different offices that used to use something else. EZ BIS has never let me down. From the beginning when I had so much to learn they were there and helped me so much. Especially with all my claim issues. They have a great team and their customer service is off the chart.

Vantagens:

I love you can sit down with a New Employee and within Minutes, they have the basics to go into the program and see what they need to. Within three days they are moving around in EZ BIs with ease. They work hard to make sure you are compliant. If there is a box to fill out. FILL IT OUT. It is there because it is needed and makes sure you have what you need.

Desvantagens:

Health Insurance is changing to fast. We now have clever underwriters who write out things, or apply ded to one service and not another, or copay to one service and co insurance to another. Soft max. Hard max. I think for all the changes we could use a box to explain a little better in General screen but for now we will just go put it in memos. (but EZ bis will be all over it soon.)

EZBIS and Our Practice

Vantagens:

We have used EZBIS software since their DOS version (20+ years). It should go without saying, but it is so much easier now. The drop down menus are thorough, but still need a little change here and there (for our doctor's preferences in wording). And, with guidance and EZBIS technical support, the process of making changes was also easy enough.

Desvantagens:

Our doctor has had to make several changes to the notes menu. His changes are to enhance the wording to fit more to his technique of chiropractic treatment.

Have been happy with EZ Bis for over 20 years

Vantagens:

In a Chiropractic office, this software is invaluable. It is very user friendly and easy to train new employees on. They certainly have the best customer service in the business, very polite and very responsive. We have been happy for decades now!

Desvantagens:

Have requested on multiple occasions now to have an update where the system will allow billing single date per claim or multiple dates per claim to run PER insurance company rather than all or nothing. It is VERY costly and VERY time consuming to find and print out EOB's when only (1) insurance company we handle needs one date per claim. This request seems fairly simple, but has yet to be addressed.

Comentários: Have enjoyed working with EZBIZ software & Customer Service. No frustrations other than when it glitches and is down at times.

Vantagens:

The Customer Service reps are EXTREMELY friendly and very helpful. Especially [sensitive content hidden]! There is no question she can't answer. She's the absolute BEST! If we have things we want that the software can't do, they are willing to submit for consideration of adding options.

Best System for Any Healthcare Professional

Comentários: We are communicating with our patients easier through the helpful reminders and recalls within texting. We can easily explain a patients account because of the amazing organization within their information. We are better providers because EZ Biz takes the guessing out of the simple aspects of Chiropractic care.

Vantagens:

I've been using this system for over 20 years and I'm always blown away by the organization, attentive customer service, and simplicity of the program.

Desvantagens:

EZ Biz is constantly growing and improving, so any complains that I've had, has already been fixed.

EZBis for Chiropractic or multidiscipline practice

Vantagens:

I have used EZBis since 1989. I watched it change and grow. They implemented suggestions into the software fairly quickly. It's easy to use, easy to modify, easy to learn.

Desvantagens:

It has no cons. When something does need changes, I just make suggestions and the team works them in.

I am a Hard Sale, but I chose EZ Bis

Comentários: I have used three other chiropractic office programs through the years, but EZ Bis is the most flexible, allowing easy access to patient accounts to make changes. My assistant who has used ChiroTouch previously, says that ChiroTouch seems "clunky" in comparison to EZ Bis.

Vantagens:

Excellent and personable customer service, excellent help desk. Broad range of add-on modules to allow custom fitting to my needs.

Desvantagens:

The EHR module is cumbersome. However, in its defense, its use of language allows for a variety of daily visit notes. There is very little "cookie cutter" language like you see with other programs.

Comentários: The benefits of this program is the ease of getting around and being able to understand billing codes, procedures, etc., It is easy to understand and allows you to be proficient in electronic billing and/or medical records.

Vantagens:

I love the support of Ezbis. Anytime I have a problem or question, I feel confident they will walk me through it. And if not, they will find the solution and get back with you as soon as possible.

Desvantagens:

Not too many cons; I had previously worked with E-clinical which made the ease of learning Ezbis a breeze compared to that program.

Comentários: User friendly software - EHR is easy to use and reports are generated with moderate ease - undeniable high standards in their customer service and technical support departments -

Vantagens:

Ease of Use, Outstanding customer service and technical support - We have a support package that is reasonable and more important accessible in a timely manner. They listen to their clients' changing needs and upgrades as necessary

Desvantagens:

Stock reports (Surveys) are relatively very effective, however, building your own reports can be challenging.
