Desvantagens:

Ainda estou na versão gratuita então não consegui utilizar todas as ferramentas para opinar, porém já consegui fazer buscas que ajudaram melhorar o meu serviço.

Vantagens:

Constant Contact excels in handling various groups/lists and large numbers of contacts. I've dealt with companies with a vast customer base, and Constant Contact enables you to manually eliminate subscribers and errors from more extensive groups/lists. They're coming out with a new edition of their email builders, but the existing one allows for individual CSS coding per block, which allows for a lot of customization.

Desvantagens:

Constant Contact has several oddities that I haven't encounter with Mailchimp, especially when using external connections for photographs and URLs. The email builder's text and link editing is a little strange and has a few flaws. Also, unless you make folders for all of your emails, the new search option for past emails is quite sluggish and takes a very long time to find.

Comentários: It just works and did not require a bunch of back and forth with support like some cheaper solutions required

Vantagens:

Was very easy to get setup properly with subdomain to send emails using custom subdomain for marketing purposes and not impact normal email domains.

Desvantagens:

It is a luttle expensive but you do get what you pay for so the added cost for less hassle is a worthwile return

The price, the customer service, and the functionality are all sub par.

Comentários: I have been extremely pleased with this fine company. Constant Contact is my only connection with my prospect list, which has more than doubled since we started this Spring. I really can't see how I can do without my partners at Constant Contact.

Vantagens:

The great deal of information available helps me to invest myself in my business. The customer service team is outstanding. No problem is too insignificant for the best efforts from the reps at Constant Contact. The templates are really inspiring and fully adaptable for my needs and the AI suggestions are really useful. This has really been the answer to my customer relations.

Desvantagens:

The multichannel campaigns are not as well supported by the knowledge bank as I would like. It is a new feature and I expect that there will be more helps coming soon.

Excellent tool for boosting online sales

Comentários: My overall experience with Constant Contact has been very positive. I have seen a noticeable increase in customer engagement and sales since I started using their services. The automation features have saved me time by allowing me to schedule campaigns and follow-ups effortlessly. Customer support has also been very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or issues.

Vantagens:

I particularly appreciated the ease of use of Constant Contact. The customizable email templates allowed me to create professional and attractive campaigns quickly. The integration with social media, especially Facebook, was a major asset for reaching a wider audience and increasing my sales. Additionally, the detailed reports helped me understand what works and adjust my strategies accordingly.

Desvantagens:

One aspect I found a bit less satisfactory is the cost, which can be high for small businesses. Also, the initial learning curve can be a bit steep for those unfamiliar with digital marketing tools. However, once these obstacles are overcome, using the platform becomes much smoother.

Vantagens:

Constant Contact (unlike another event platform/email provider I was using until I ran into a technical problem) has phone customer support with live humans (what a concept!)

Desvantagens:

Nothing I can think of at the moment, but maybe next time.

Constant Contact is one of the best but not the cheapest

Comentários: I like Constant Contact. Setting up and beginning campaigns didn't take long, and the template library makes it even easier. Like most business owners, there aren't enough hours in the day, Constant Contact, unlike some competitors, is straightforward and your first email campaign is just a few clicks away.

Vantagens:

interface is good, system is easy to use and has a lot of templates to choose from.

Desvantagens:

I found it a little pricey with the top tier at around £70 upwards a month. As a small business it was a big ask. A company with a larger turnover would find it more cost effective.

Vantagens:

I love how simple it is to use and how well it connects with websites, e-commerce platforms, Etsy, and other services. I've found it to be one of the easiest platforms for creating email campaigns, with more advanced reporting and analytics. Also, customer service is excellent.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes the email is spammed or hasn't reached the recipient's default inbox. I think it's a little bit expensive.

Efficient but Limited

Vantagens:

I like that I am able to import templates I build in BEE Pro's email builder. Maintaining customer lists is easy. The company is well-known enough to have extensive plug-ins for both WordPress and WIX sites.

Desvantagens:

Their things make their email campaign builder limited: no mobile design front-end editor, no ability to customize email width, or easily affect padding and margins. Also, it is weird that you have to contact their customer service to remove their logo at the bottom of the email - even if you pay for the pro plans.

Comentários: Customer service has always been helpful, especially when trying to figure out why specific customers are not receiving messages. There is strong automation capability, but we haven't utilized it to its potential.

Vantagens:

Responsive design and ability to create multiple, clean, attractive templates with varying brand elements. Simple, intuitive drag-and-drop interface. List management is user-friendly and customizable.

Desvantagens:

Formatting of text styles is clunky and time consuming. There is the ability to apply headline and body text styles to some elements, but it is not intuitive at all. Management of bounced/suspended email addresses is not intuitive or informative.

Best email marketing products for small businesses

Comentários: Constant Contact has been our team's favorite platform to use for email marketing. We are a small company, so we cannot speak for large businesses, but for us, it has been perfect to reach our 10,000+ person audience on a regular basis, as well as incorporate landing pages and gain more subscribers.

Vantagens:

Constant Contact was our top choice for two reasons. 1. Emails are more customizable than other platforms. You can move elements side to side which you can not do on a handful of competitors' platforms. This was huge for us as the look and style of our email are extremely important. 2. Constant Contact offers the ability to create landing page sign-up forms. Total game changer and incredibly easy to create!

Desvantagens:

Frequently the platform slows or errors and the text editor covers the text box we are working on. To fix it, we have to refresh the page and likely lose our work.

Comentários: Always a great experience using Constant Contact ... and on the very rare occasion when I may have a question or concern, their Customer Support is excellent.

Vantagens:

Constant Contact makes it super easy to stay in touch with our association members as well as to create various marketing campaigns.

Desvantagens:

The only negative I have is with pricing. While Constant Contact provides tremendous value, and offers fantastic savings for a subscription paid annually (which is a good thing) ... for us as a non-profit, it is easier budget-wise for us to pay monthly, so we are not able to take advantage of the bigger discount. It would be helpful if Constant Contact allowed those same savings to be applied for non-profits who pay monthly ... especially since we have been a long-time customer.

The Only Way to Stay in Touch with Clients

Comentários: Overall Constant Contact is by far the best email marketing platform we have used. After trying several other products there is no doubt that overall Constant Contact is the best product on the market today.

Vantagens:

The platform overall is reliable, easy to use, easy to implement and is a great value for the cost. The ability to schedule campaigns, manage contacts, grow our social media followers and so many other features have made Constant Contact an integral part of our business.

Desvantagens:

Additional improvements to the user interface and the help sections would be useful.

An email marketing platform that works!

Vantagens:

We signed up with Constant Contact in somewhat a state of desperation, after having no luck with other platforms to do what we wanted them to. We were looking for an email marketing platform that would effectively take our data and create merge fields that worked, had the ability to segment lists, and also provided detailed reports including who had opened it, who had not unopened it and had the ability to re-send with one-click to everyone who had not opened a specific email. We also wanted a platform where we could create our own customizable template that still had a professional appearance. Constant Contact did all this for us, and our customers have been commenting on how the communication we're sending them "looks professional, has a consistent look, and always has relevant content". We couldn't have achieved this without Constant Contact!

Desvantagens:

The one disadvantage with Constant Contact is that anyone that has the same email address is merged into one contact. This has been a small issue for us where we want to keep both contacts names even though they have the same email address. We have been able to work around this by asking all our customers with duplicate email addresses to update their email address.

Invaluable Tool for A Small Business or ANY Business

Comentários: Constant Contact revolutionized the way we communicate with our clients to let them know what's coming up in our issues and how they can participate (our magazine is 100 percent supported by advertising) and our readers (each month we create an email "alert" with Constant Contact which lets our readership know that our free digital issue is now available online). My whole staff knows how to use it and it can be adapted to a great variety of communication purposes. Clients can download our rate kits from a Constant Contact email; readers can link to our issues from it. It has lowered our print bills for collateral materials immensely. No more printed flyers or brochures! And no more use of snail mail — clients can receive your Constant Contact mail immediately or at a pre-scheduled time.

Vantagens:

Very easy to use. If you know how to upload an image or a graphic, you can create eye-catching emails or newsletter style communications very easily and modify or update them frequently and quickly. The analytics -- to see the percentage of recipients who opened your email and exactly which person did or didn't, the bounce rate which allows you to keep your lists current, and many other features are not only helpful but simple to use.

Desvantagens:

As time has gone on, the cost has increased, but it still saves us a great deal of money because our postage costs have gone way down. We hardly ever use our postage meter anymore for marketing mailings. It's all done through Constant Contact. They used to have a free desktop "widget" that allowed you to input an email address right from your desktop, but that has now been discontinued. It was extremely convenient for the way we do business. There are now other ways (paid) you can connect directly to Constant Contact to have new email addresses input, but we have not been successful at getting them to interface for us, even though they are supposed to work. Constant Contact support was not helpful on this at all -- this happened recently and was really our only disappointment with them EVER!

Comentários: With Constant Contact, dealing with marketing campaigns has become a pleasure, as we have been able to cooperate in designing campaigns and publications and following them up. The data collected has also helped us create a realistic perception of the extent of our success in attracting customers.

Vantagens:

Constant Contact provides many, many capabilities that enhance our ability to prepare and publish comprehensive and distinctive advertising campaigns. It is really great that all the settings are easy, as it does not require much effort, as there are ready-made easy-to-customize templates, and the contacts are easily set up. Constant Contact enables us with high efficiency to design the content of the advertisement as we wish, and drag and drop helps in that, and enables us to deal flexibly with all components and add images, texts and links with ease. Scheduling is also excellent, as we can easily organize publishing times on different platforms. It is also great that Constant Contact enables us to capture a lot of data that expresses the extent of customer response to advertising campaigns, and it is great that this data can be easily exported to different analysis platforms.

Desvantagens:

I haven't experienced any complications with Constant Contact, especially when dealing with email campaigns, and it's great that Constant Contact always provides us with newsletters with updates and lots of good ideas.
