Vantagens:

BN Touch costs was less than Media center but more than Jungo. BN touch have great videos.

Desvantagens:

One of the only gripes I have with BNTouch is the lack of being able to customize the look and feel of the CRM itself.

Fairly flexible, easy to use, competent system

BNTouch is ok..... nothing special

Vantagens:

We use it mainly to create actionable tasks. Setting up campaigns has taken a lot of time. We dont want to rely on automation, but more so structure of follow up.

Desvantagens:

It syncs to our LOS, but its not great. It's not the easiest system to use.

Comentários: Overall I would recommend BnTouch. It has all the functionality we need and then some. It can do anything we might ever want it to, and we could do a better job of utilizing this tool and making the most of what it's capable of.

Vantagens:

It's comprehensive. I appreciate that there are a lot of features and functionality with BnTouch. They have tons of options and settings, lots of data, email campaigns and automated options. We can maintain contact info and notes on clients, realtors, other referral partners, and separate loan records for the same client(s). We like being able to log events and keep everyone in the loop. I've had excellent experiences with customer support! They've been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever there's a concern. They helped us with onboarding and implementation and did a lot of the heavy lifting for us.

Desvantagens:

I can get a little bogged down in all of the features and functionality. It can be cumbersome and cluttered and sometimes we feel like we are paying for lots of features that we aren't taking full advantage of. It has all the bells and whistles, but if you want something more streamlined and simple, it may be a bit too robust for you.

SOLID CRM for Loan Officers

Vantagens:

This CRM comes ready to go. It has a whole sweet of pre-built campaigns that you can use but you can also make your own and it is very easy.

Desvantagens:

The custom templates the initial set up of these is a little annoying. there are definitely some items that are odd about the reports. there is a graph on your dashboard that shows you your leads through funded loans, but the funded loans is never correct and they refuse to fix this or describe what it is to make it make sense.

What I really like about BNTouch Mortgage CRM is how well it caters specifically to the mortgage industry. The mortgage-specific features, like loan tracking and document management, make my day-to-day tasks so much easier to manage. The integrated marketing tools are also a big plus—I can easily run email and SMS campaigns without needing a separate platform. I appreciate the customization options, allowing me to tailor the system to fit my unique workflow. The client portal is another highlight; it lets my clients securely upload documents and track their loan progress, which makes the whole process smoother for everyone. Plus, the reporting and analytics tools give me the insights I need to measure performance and make smarter business decisions. Overall, BNTouch helps me streamline my work and build better relationships with my clients, which is why I find it so valuable.

Desvantagens:

While I appreciate many aspects of BNTouch Mortgage CRM, there are some downsides I've noticed. The learning curve can be steep due to the platform's comprehensive features and customization options, which can be a bit overwhelming at first. The cost is also a consideration—it can be pricey, especially for smaller teams or individuals. I've found that the available third-party integrations are somewhat limited, which can be frustrating if you rely on specific tools. The user interface feels a bit outdated, making it less intuitive than other systems I've used. Additionally, while the customization options are great, they can be complex and time-consuming to set up. Lastly, I've experienced some delays with customer support, which can be challenging when I need quick assistance.

I have fund no cons using this software and the support is fantastic, if you need a CRM for your mortgage business BNTouch is the best choice.

Comentários: BNTouch makes it super simple to keep in contact with Realtor/referral partners, potential and past clientele. Being able to track each lead makes the followup process so much less painstaking than other, more overly complicated CRMs.

Vantagens:

The functionality and usability of BNTouch is by far one of the easiest I have used. The customer service is top notch and the staff are quick and responsive when you have a question in regards to how a function works!

Desvantagens:

One of the only gripes I have with BNTouch is the lack of being able to customize the look and feel of the CRM itself. While I do understand that function is more important than form for productivity, when you're staring at a screen for hours upon hours per day, being able to make it your own would help with the eye strain and mental fatigue that tends to happen over time.

After 27 years in the car business, I've used quite a few CRM's

Vantagens:

I like having my leads import and having the vital data on one screen so that I'm not clicking around to see the data.

Desvantagens:

I'm new to the mortgage industry after 27 years as a GM in the automotive business. CRM's are the lifeline of any sales position. The biggest thing that needs improvement, that I see, is that BNTouch HAS to make the app more user friendly and HAS to have a text-to-customer feature that notifies the user when a client replies. The system, as it is, isn't reliable.

Great Marketing Tool!

Vantagens:

I use BNTouch weekly to daily as a marketing tool - The email and text message marketing has made it an ease to send out a market update, tips and tricks, and even our own videos. We can market to potential, current and past clients differently. And market to Partner Agents all in just a few clicks.

Desvantagens:

My only critique would be a more customizable dashboard so I could pin the columns I use daily.

We've got our gold-standard live support team that can also walk you through anything within our system.  BNTouch changes the game for your business, but there's a bit of a learning curve when you first join the family. We assure you that if you give it 2-3 hours a week for the first month, you'll almost be a pro by month's end. We can guarantee that the risk is 100% worth the reward. I didn't love it

Vantagens:

Customer service was always willing to help with issues, and they really tried their best, but response times were pretty long, making it difficult to deal with.

Desvantagens:

We used it for several months and my team, including myself, still found it to be not at all user-friendly or intuitive. I know there's a learning curve with these sorts of things, but after 4 months, we should have been able to at least have more than a super basic understanding of how to store contacts and send emails. We constantly had questions about how to perform certain automated marketing functions, and in order to ask the questions, we had to submit support tickets, some of which wouldn't be addressed for a couple days. Additionally, the website says the mortgage pipeline is fully customizable, but we found this to not at all be the case. As a result, the pipeline was fairly useless to us, because we couldn't display it in a way that made sense for our business.

This offers everything that the last CRM we used did PLUS a WHOLE LOT more!! And at a GREATLY reduced cost!!!

Well I found some of the social media marketing a bit difficult to negotiate but their team is super good about getting back to you with questions and I am just really right now having nothing to complain about :)

An ease of Use

Comentários: Having this CRM makes tracking much more simple. It has helped me stay connected with each of my Clients and Realtor partners.

The ease of use and organization of Client Database vs Realtor Partnerships.

Desvantagens:

It was a little tricky to get the hang of, but lots of support made for a smooth transition into getting familiar with the ease of it all.

Great CRM!

I truly enjoy using BNTouch CRM system. It has helped improve our business by staying organized and on top on productivity.

The only constructive feedback I have is something I am not sure is avoidable. Just the set up took sometime but that is because it is completely customizable.

Comentários: I believe it's developers can improve it to that level of big CRM out there. I would like people to start using it and see how good it is.

Vantagens:

From its dashboard it looks good, the way things are visible and how simple you can use it. Most of things I prefer on a CRM bn touch has just that.

Desvantagens:

It's not unique and is under rated. I believe it has potential to grow big. Bn touch must keep updating it for it to compete with other big CRM on the market.

Best CRM out there

Comentários: We did a lot of research on different CRM's currently available on the market and this one offered most. We have been using it for over a year and absolutely love it. Especially since they did the upgrade to a better more appealing platform.

Vantagens:

Our favourite feature is the Client & Partner Portals. We found this REALLY streamlines our business with our clients and they always LOVE using the portal. It is also a great way for us to market to our other partners, mainly realtors. Offering them something no other broker is. It allows them to be more involved in the process which they really like.

Desvantagens:

No real down sides to using this CRM. As long as they continue to re-invent and offer new features I will continue to use them. We would really like to see a revenue tracker where we can keep track of our commissions that have been paid out or not and print out year end reports on them.

Steep learning curve, but powerful product!

Comentários: I've only been using BNTouch for a few weeks, but I can tell it's going to make my life and my business much more efficient! The automation capabilities in particular are extraordinarily powerful - unfortunately, this also means they're fairly complicated. There's definitely a steep learning curve - I've had to contact their support department probably a dozen times in the last two weeks. But that said, their support is very helpful, and I learn something each time I speak with somebody. Overall, it seems like a great product so far, and I'm excited to learn more about how to utilize their features!

Vantagens:

The fact that it's tailored specifically for mortgages is helpful - there are places to add all the relevant info I need.

Desvantagens:

It's not very intuitive - so much to learn, and hard to do so without someone holding your hand. Also, I wish the pipeline view was a little more customizable.
