Increase HR and payroll compliance and daily efficiency

Comentários: Post-sandbox testing, Workday can update and release software. This sandbox environment allows me to try things out, observe what happens, and then fine-tune my procedures. Many issues are resolved because to Workday's ability to notify workers of pending tasks and make information about those tasks readily available to them.

Vantagens:

If you're familiar with the system and its customizations, you should be able to accomplish just about anything using Workday. I really like how workday can be used to both investigate past company procedures and improve current ones. After years of using ADP, I have concluded that Workday is the superior HR software.

Desvantagens:

In my opinion, the time it takes to find and interview potential candidates is too long. While Workday's learning resources are excellent, I do wish they provided more configuration-specific instruction.

Workday HCM Is Impressive and Friendly to Use

Workday HCM has been an amazing and consistent human capital management solution. The features of Workday HCM are easy to understand.

Desvantagens:

I do not have reasons to dislike Workday HCM. Workday HCM is superb.

Solid tool for all admin/payroll activities

Vantagens:

Workday is a very easy tool to navigate, especially when trying to find specific documents related such as pay slips, insurance documents, etc. Their plug in makes it convenient for clocking in and out quickly.

Desvantagens:

It sometimes takes a while for it to load documents and reporting.

Comentários: Overall it’s a fantastic tool for organizations, if they know how to configure it correctly. Each country is different and the system allows you to customize processes based on locations.

Vantagens:

Having all your HR related tasks in one system (time tracking, vacation tracing, performance, learning, employee files, payroll, etc) make it a one stop system for companies.

Desvantagens:

The security access groups can make it challenging to understand where actions may be stuck. The rules make it challenging to make changes.

Simple yet effective

Comentários: Workday HCM was a pretty simple yet effective login system with minimal to no issues.

Vantagens:

It was very easy to navigate. I didn’t have any issues with logins or password resets.

Desvantagens:

I can’t think of any cons about this system at this time.

Great payrole software

Vantagens:

Easy to use, easy to navigate, mobile app friendly

Desvantagens:

N/A, switched from ADP, and like this much better

Comentários: We mainly used it for HR purposes and for employee vacation requests, but it worked with our existing hardware. The unused features could not be removed, mainly the clock in/clock out function.

Vantagens:

It was very easy to integrate with our physical time clocks.

Desvantagens:

Unused features were still visible on the employee side. confusing them.

Accessibility

Comentários: It was easy to manage pay and still be able to see pto without having to search everything was clearly available

Vantagens:

The amount of information you can obtain and how easily you can maneuver through the program

Desvantagens:

There is not anything I didn’t like .but if there was one thing I could change is maybe have access to medical benefits in the same program.

Comentários: A cool thing about Workday HCM is that you can sign up for free and play around with the tool, not being charged until you pay first team member.

Vantagens:

Desvantagens:

We find Workday HCM to be user-friendly and intuitive to navigate on the employee and manager side alike. However, additional charges apply for specific advanced features such as onboarding automation.

Generally good, but a bit tricky to learn and hard to integrate with other systems

Comentários: Overall, I use Workday most days. Being able to find everything in one place is great, and the ability to run reports to check on training courses etc. is good. It is easy for the instructional designers to upload courses and track completions, and the HR team can run an array of different reports and control access to sensitive data.

Vantagens:

We use Workday HCM at the moment, and it is very powerful, linking talent management, holidays, payroll and benefits. We recently merged systems with another company's systems, and this was tricky but worked well in the end.

Desvantagens:

I dislike the fact that Workday will time out annoyingly quickly if you are writing something like a staff review, losing your work irrevocably. I believe this may be a setting changeable by our IS team, but the cloud-based nature of Workday means that it can be fragile to bad connections etc. We have also not yet been able to integrate it into our ADP system for parts of the business, so some managers can't approve leave if their employee works in a different location.

Comentários: Overall it's good. I like that there's an app as well, so it is easier to access if needed.

Vantagens:

It is easy to use, especially the clock-in and clock-out feature. You can find all the tax documents for previous years, which I think is great.

Desvantagens:

Some features are not as easy to find. Took me a minute to find where to update direct deposit information.

Excellent Design and Functionality

Vantagens:

From an employee's perspective, it's incredibly intuitive and easy to use. The mobile support is excellent. It greatly enhances the convenience of HR tasks like payroll, leave management, performance tracking, and organizational charts.

Desvantagens:

From a user's perspective, there are no real drawbacks. The functionality and design are both excellent. However, from a company's standpoint, the cost can be a burden depending on the organization's size.

Work Day App.

Comentários: I really like it, very convenient when you have mutable task to do and also nice that you can look at any past pay stubs if needed. Very helpful in tracking your vacation time.

Vantagens:

It is pretty easy to navigate through once you have done it several times. It auto fills your work days, so unless your work week changes, it is very fast to submit your work time. I really like that everything (payroll, vacation, etc..) are all in one location. I like the option of being able to use on my work computer or personal phone

Desvantagens:

Although I know it is a good idea, having to use the authenticator is a little bit of a hassle. I am not sure if it is my phone or the app. but occasionally I have to restart my phone to get the app to open.
