Vantagens:

Gosto de como é fácil gerenciar projetos do inicio ao fim e atribuir tarefas. Também permite revisões/aprovações que facilitam o andamento dos projetos.

Desvantagens:

Ás vezes, há muitas seleções, o que torna as coisas um pouco complexa para usuários sem experiencia em projetos. Lutamos com muitas tarefas/subtarefas dentro dos projetos, o que ás vezes cria um pouco de confusão.

Comentários: Estou muito satisfeita e não fico mais sem essa plataforma. Através dela conseguimos com rapidez o planejamento dos projetos, definir tarefas subtarefas , também podendo sincroniza-lo com as equipes e calendários é muito prático.

Vantagens:

Essa plataforma nos ajuda a identificar o que é importante priorizar e o que pode esperar. A visibilidade dos recursos é muito boa relatórios e os fluxos de trabalho em tempo real.

Desvantagens:

No meu ver, a plataforma é rica em funcionalidades e cumpre o que promete, não tenha nada á reclamar.

Comentários: minha experiência com a wrike é razoavelmente boa tendo em vista alguns problemas com o suporte técnico

Vantagens:

A Write é uma excelente ferramenta de colaboração com nossas equipes internas, possui excelentes ferramentas

Desvantagens:

O suporte técnico deixa um pouco a desejar, quando estamos com problemas e precisamos resolver uma demanda urgente eles demoram um pouco pra atender

Comentários: Com o Wrike eu conseguir colocar os projetos futuros da minha empresa, conseguir ter o controle financeiro de gastos e lucros, além de me auxiliar a montar estratégias de trabalho com minha equipe

Wrike is a game changer when it comes to team collaboration

Comentários: Wrike helps us share knowledge and divide tasks with my team. It is easy to log in and check the tasks that need attention. It keeps everyone informed and allows users to contribute even when they are away from work.

Vantagens:

Wrike is easy to set up, esp. for users switching from another project management platform. All the team members can pick tasks and upload files when they are done, making it easy to keep tabs on every project. It saves our time and helps me monitor my team and assign tasks even my home office.

Desvantagens:

Some team members upload their scripts and forget to move the cards. There is no way around it so they have to move the task cards to ensure the platform reflects the current project status. Automating the car movement could probably solve the problem. It does not look modern for users looking for attractive platforms.

Solid project planning sytem

Comentários: Generally very good, a good way to organise and communicate multple projects with many stakeholders

Vantagens:

It's got some great automation tools for setting up recurring projects

Desvantagens:

The interface is a little overwhelming at times especially when looking at multiple projects on the gantt chart

Good potential, but not intuitive.

Comentários: Negative for the reasons I mentioned above.

Vantagens:

Definitely powerful for scheduling tasks.

Desvantagens:

Clunky and not user friendly. Also the amount of work to set up one task could just as easily have been an email.

Wrike is top of the line!

Comentários: Our team was able to collaborate with each other all while utilizing the A.I. LLM features within the platform to seamlessly tackle tasks without having to switch between gpt apps.

Vantagens:

Wrike has a great interface that makes Project Management easy. The proofing tools made my job as team leader especially easy as it was a few clicks to fix typos before the project could be completed.

Desvantagens:

There could be more features for financial aspects of the project, I only suggest this as a further upgrade as the platform could become a one stop for everything.

Wrike- hands on expertise at Builder.ai

Comentários: At Builder.ai, I came across this tool. They had an internal tool but later switched to this. It requires some initial training and then you are good to go. I have used it’s to-do list for tracking my tasks. It has a reminder system for tasks due or near due. Its great overall

Vantagens:

I like the room booking system, it is a unique concept. Like you have sprint of some duration, you can book room of a duration and allot tasks to team members and track them

Desvantagens:

Costing is high, similar products in market comes at half of its price

We love Wrike!

Vantagens:

The near-endless customization, it's perfect for working with clients, the use of collaborators, the automation, the approval process

Desvantagens:

The only complaint I have is so small, it's that we cannot send our clients a report without them being able to click into each task and view all of our internal discussions. We wish there was a way to toggle that off.

Wrike has made my work life more organized.KEEP IT UP

Vantagens:

I like that I can access my spreadsheet anytime I want without having to switch between different platforms through my mobile app also I like the ability to create custom items,create blue prints,set automation rules,see tasks in a number of views(table view ,Kanban boards etc).

Desvantagens:

Unexpected crashes or functional loss do happen from time to time but they are quite unusual.

Wrike: Sophisticated Tool for PM & TM

Vantagens:

Availability of iOS mobile application allows me to streamline business processes on the go from anywhere. Managing project, tasks and enhancing real-time communications is what I relish a lot with this tool.

Desvantagens:

Wrike requires to be integrated with external applications to suit PM and TM needs for global enterprises.

Comentários: Project and task management. Time and expense tracking on projects.

Vantagens:

Availability of both cloud and on-premise platforms for desktop and mobile devices is what I like most since I am able to access it from anywhere across any device.

Desvantagens:

Thanks to vendor success team for fixing all the bugs that I was experiencing on Wrike.

Wrike: All-in-one PPM Solution of this Era

Vantagens:

Wrike for the past five years has been a game changer for PPM. I give double thumbs up to the fact that it has a mobile application that allows me to plan, track and manage projects on the go.

Desvantagens:

It is too unfortunate that the vendor has not yet incorporated offline access capability.

Excellent tool for PM's, Easy to use for non-PM's

Comentários: This has been a fantastic addition to our Projects Division toolkits, and has been integral in the success of several projects we have run via Wrike. Without this tool we would not have been able to properly organize all of the steps and milestones, and undoubtedly would not have had such success with each project we completed.

Vantagens:

We were looking for a full project management suite our PM was focused on a robust tool that met all of the PM standards and requirements. As we reviewed various software suites we found that although many met their needs, they were very difficult to use and understand for non-project oriented staff; this was critical for us many staff are required to interact with the Projects Division as part of their stakeholder and SME roles. We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily.

Desvantagens:

As an admin level user for myself it is very easy to get 'lost' within Wrike, as I have access to all projects, tasks and PM features. Although note that this isn't a fault of the software but rather how we configured our environment and user access.

Wrike is Great for Project-Based Work

Comentários: Wrike's flowchart displays all activities and includes a comment and recommendation section for each task, making it an excellent communication tool. Wrike makes my job easier, and I love using it since I can customize the interface to my liking. It may be accessed from any web browser, on desktop computers running macOS or Windows, and on mobile devices running Android or iOS.

Vantagens:

Wrike has been an indispensable tool for us for a wide range of purposes over the course of several years. As an example of Wrike's usefulness, we were able to move our Change Request process from paper-based Excel spreadsheets to automated, digitally-driven Wrike task lists, complete with reporting. A centralized location was created so everyone could see what updates were open and past due.

Desvantagens:

Some sorts of views might be awkward to alter in some situations. Dates and times may be a pain to establish and modify. Not quick enough for everyday usage across all projects and takes time to manage the to-do list.

In sum, if you're wanting to increase productivity and better manage your workload, Wrike is a tool I'd strongly suggest.

Desvantagens:

If I had to select one thing, it would be that all the features and options may seem overwhelming at first. It took me some time to learn how to maximize the effectiveness of each feature.
