They do not answer the phone or email except when you  try to cancel the billing or dispute a charge.  The software often does not operate due to various hosting or other technical issues they have.

> The overall experience has been poor since the support is non-existent.   There is no easy way to integrate this with Outlook email so tracking becomes very difficult for all types of communications with clients.
